We had a lovely time at the hotel. The location was great and very convenient. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was neat but a little dated. The only drawback was there were very few outlets that we could use to charge devices. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again!

The grounds and location are nice but the room should be cleaner. You could tell the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The sheets were very thin you could see the mattress underneath so thin I was worried it would tear. I found a lot of hair that wasn’t mine and the bathtub floor was slimy.

Staff was wonderful. Room not so much. It was like roughing it in a small cabin. Room was TINY. Plumbing was difficult. They want to be environmentally friendly and ask about washing your towels daily but then every faucet in the place leaks, and badly. Only one trash can. Sheets were like sandpaper and didn't even cover the length of the bed. Breakfast was tiny and not well looked after. When I went there was one pat of butter and two glasses for juice left. Coffee ran out soon after and wasn't replaced for at least 15 minutes. Also there is a problem with wild dogs in El Calafate and there was a pack near the hotel. They barked all night every night. I would never stay here again. I would rather stay at a hostel.
