There is no staff at this property. Everything on line. Doors have key pad locks. This may be a turn off for most, but we were fine with it. I had trouble with the lock but my call was answered and the problem was taken care of. Turns out the room door lock does not work until 3pm unless you request it earlier. We arrived at 2:55 pm. .

A couple of explanations on my rating: gave staff and service 3/5 (mid) because there was no option to choose N/A. Self Checkin was available, so no reason to meet staff. Facilities are very limited despite the appearance of a bar and restaurant, but we may be too early given the seasonal nature of the location.

We reserved this property off Expedia. We were looking for a reservation about an hour from Yarmouth. The price was a factor that lead to our choice. We had to check in electronically, before we arrived and were sent a text with room codes the day of arrival. When we got there, there was limited lighting outside and the stairs were of odd size and dangerous. The exterior is in need of a paint job, and the parking was on the street or an ancillary lot that we were afraid to try and access because of the low clearance on our Spyders. We found the room codes did not work and called the number for service. They were able to give us the code used previously and it did work (but did not leave me feeling good). There is no one on property at all, but there is a kitchen area that leads you to believe that there is the possibility of food service; however there is none. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no lift. Stairs were steep. The room itself was clean and had a TV, coffee maker, and small fridge. There were very few electric outlets in the room, and I had to crawl around on the floor to get to the electric power strip that the appliances were all plugged into. We stayed one night and it was adequate for a one night stay. General FYI-Nothing in the town is open late or opens early. We had difficulty finding food for dinner or breakfast.

Very nicely renovated building. Everything inside looks new in this old charmer. Clean and quiet. I've read some people had a hard time entering, as there is a lock and no staff onsite. I just called the phone number listed on the sign on the door and was in contact with staff and was immediately given the entry codes and was in my room in a matter of seconds. There is A1 pizza within walking distance and they have incredible Donairs. Parking was adequate, with street parking in the front or a small lot in the back of the building. TV, coffee, shower, refrigerator, internet (albiet a little spotty). Everything i needed, and a comfortable bed a well. You could walk into town or down to the waterfront from here as well. It's a nice place. I recommend it.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. We loved it. Great location and easy parking. Easy to walk to things. The apartment was great. Spacious and clean. They had snacks, drinks and games provided in the room. Would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay. It was a bit confusing for the check in process since nobody is on the property however it is very clean, organized, big and worth what I paid. They are easy to reach via phone or text as well. I Will likely be back

Room was clean but very basic. Steep stairs to units. We paid the quoted rate from hotels.com which included taxes, they are now requesting another payment of $54.29 to cover taxes. ???

Nobody on site, no access code, couldn’t check in and had to find another room, which wasn’t easy in a fully booked town!!😡

Thé room itself was clean, however there was no staff on property. There is no front desk and access code is provided to you via text to enter the lobby and the room. However, the property manager was responsive via text and phone call whenever there was an issue.

The only thing it would have been nice to have 2 chairs not one but the bed was very comfy, room very clean, bathroom newly done and clean. Very relaxing and quiet.

We were there for only 1 night but weren’t disappointed with our stay! The room was very small but cleab and we had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely recommend for short stay. Big plus the village is cute and good restaurant!

Room was very clean and tidy. It was recently renovated so the carpet and paint were very clean and crisp. I asked for an early check in and late check out and was quickly sent a message that it was not a problem. I’d recommend the hotel.

Historic property with modern look but also had still some of the old charm. Clean, comfortable and very spacious.

It's a recent nicely renovated property, very clean. Like the hotel itself. And don't mind using self-check in and out progress. However, the stuff forgot to provide password accessing to the hotel, making it a big problem for us. Recommend them to put a contact phone number at the entrance if guest having check-in issue.

The hotel charged nearly $50 more than my booking on Expedia. I have contacted Expedia to investigate and get me a refund. It was annoying that the hotel has no staff ever at reception. There is no way other than text messages to deal with management.

I would have happily rated this property as excellent but I have emailed the property owner reference a small overcharge 3 times and not had a response which is a great shame As the room was superb , the whole place was immaculate and spotlessly clean

Excellent location. Our room was recently renovated to a high standard. Slowly getting used to the idea of "person-less" check-in.

When we first arrived very late there was no one around. The exterior of the building and the street it was on was a little eerie but once you walked up the first flight of stairs the hotel was beautiful. Very modern and beautifully restored. Beautiful artwork. Our room was huge all brand new. They left us snacks and had a coffee maker and wine glasses a cute black refrigerator. Immaculate. Check in easy. They send you a code and you’re in. Staff in morning very friendly. She ran down to parking lot to bring something we forgot in fridge. Not sure about area because we got in late and left early did not drive around town.

The hotel is central to everything in Shelburne. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

It was a one night stay, so it did the trick. Kind of off season for this area, summertime will be a great time to be in the Shelburne area

Rooms were very clean. There was a bit of a mixup on check in as room must have been double booked. Staff was very friendly and issue was resolved. There is no staff on site so everything needs to b felt with by phone. Really enjoyed the stay and room. Great complimentary snacks and drinks.
