Property neat and clean. Room fresh and clean. Keurig in room broken. When reported, the desk staff told us it would be taken care of the next day. No offer to bring a working Keurig from an unocccupied room. Pool big draw for us. Online pics not accurate. Green algae spotted along sides and around steps; murky water; slight odor. A big disappointment as the pool was the draw to this hotel.

After a very long trip we walked the half mile to the room which was occupied by maintenance. Management has big issues when departments don’t communicate with each other. On surface, it looked nice. Where can I post the pics of torn wallpaper, shoddy bed making, broken lampshades or the pile of debris and something gross on the base of floor lamp. Hardly worth $140. Wont do again.

I didn't really interact with the staff, except at the bar/restaurant, which was fine. The bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a roach in my room the day I got there. I killed it.

It was a horrible experience for not only me but for my wife as well.We came in late from an ash release for my mom and ended up sleeping on the couch! We did our usual bed check and found stains on the sheets, apparently it was from unusual activities,also it had a blood stain around the same area! We seen a blood stain by the tv that looks like someone tried to clean it but didn’t succeed! We had to sleep on the couch,with a malfunction air conditioner that was set the 68 all night! You guys gotta do better!

The room had stained carpets (several) a closet that was broken, scratches on the side board of the bed. They told us that all the rooms are pet rooms. The hallways are stained too. The lobby and restaurant are in great condition and if they reflected the rest of the hotel, as I had expected, this would be a great hotel.

Looked clean when we first go in the room. When we went to turn down the bed, there was a blood stain on the down comforter. I was disgusted. It did not look like an old blood stain either. I called the front desk and told the attendant about it. The woman had the nerve to ask me to bring the comforter to the front desk and she would give me a new one. I told her I was already in my pajamas so she finally agreed to send someone up. The next day I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not one on staff. I emailed the director of housekeeping about the incident and 1 week later, I have not gotten a reply.

We cant say enough about the staff every one of them they are truly amazing and quite frankly should be in a better maintained facility. The lobby area entrance were great & updated. The bar was fabulous but the rooms are dated and worn and even damaged. Mattresses need changing out and facility is loud. Do better hilton

The room was clean. The entrance was welcoming. There wasn’t much room to take a dog out to go potty in that area wasn’t clean very well. We selected this hotel because of the Pet policy. However, the worst part about the stay was the bed. It was not good. The mattress was old and lumpy.

Hotel was fine enough. Front desk folks were very friendly. The room was clean, but the A/C wasn’t very efficient and the room felt “wet” instead of cool. Bed was okay, but the pillows were awful. Not really deal breakers per se, but probably won’t stay there again.

Very nice property. Only 2 complaints. Asked for 2 extra pillows and were told they had none. Also the shower head was terrible. Water just dribbled out. Apparently corroded or stopped up. Needed to be replaced. Otherwise excellent rooms and service.

Took a while for anyone to come to front counter to check us in. Got to our room and there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. Tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work. WiFi was going in and out continuously.

I wish they would have had hot water. It wasn't 100% cold but both me and my girlfriend had a long day and were wanting a hot shower. It wasn't an option. Front desk clerk really appeared to be in over his head. Perhaps new. I did request extra pillows and had to keep asking because housekeeping was gone for the day and the front desk clerk seemed to have his hands very full

Though we used to go to Hilton hotels, especially this particular brand, we've had too many disappointments lately. Poor staffing, indifference of staff, measly breakfast with excessive pricing, etc. etc. They have lost their quality.

Crowded and people waiting 30+ minutes. Had to check out and leave before food came. No refund because no manager was on duty. Go somewhere else that appreciates the business.

Very quiet and well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We didn’t utilize the pool but the entire area was really nice. Breakfast is not complementary, and we gladly paid for a good breakfast and quiet surroundings. It was everything you would expect from a Hilton.

Did not offer breakfast complimentary breakfast, Had to leave facility for breakfast. You could purchase breakfast but too expensive for food and environment. One person served as host, cook and server!

We thought breakfast was included on this stay and were suprised to find out it wasn't the following morning. I think hotel needs to be a bit more transparent about this. Maybe it would help for you to make mention of the breakfast to guests when they are checking in. Thank you. Otherwise, everything else was excellent and I would consider to stay here again.

The room was fine. Could use a paint job. Pillows are terrible and flat. I paid for breakfast ahead of time which should have been a red flag. Got to breakfast. 1 cook and 1 person taking orders. Crowded and people waiting 30+ minutes. Had to check out and leave before food came. No refund because no manager was on duty. Go somewhere else that appreciates the business.

Good place to be, however, I would recommend to wait renovation/construction complete. The team started to work at 7:30 AM on Saturday morning. Not the best time to do some work in the hotel. Not sure how many pools this hotel has but for sure one is closed for renovation.

A big Hilton fan but was upset bc my room smelled very mildewy. As tired as i was i did not complain to staff and i know they would have kindly moved us. Just surprised they even allowed someone to sleep in the room.

the hotel was under construction so the pool areas were filled with supplies meant to update some of the rooms so neither the indoor pool or outdoor pool were available. the room was smelly and the ac looked beat up. we showed the front desk clerk and she put us in another room. the new room still smelled musky but it was the only one available. also, there is no vent in the bathroom so the steam from the shower lingers in the room forever. lastly the shampoo container was installed next to the bathroom sink and the hand lotion that should be next to the bathroom sink was instead installed in the shower next to the shower gel. we alerted the front desk and she said they would have it fixed but never did. we checked multiple times and was told the maintenance man would fix it the next morning and that she wrote it in the service log behind the front desk. when checking out i mentioned that it was never fixed and the service guy opened the log book and said there was nothing there for him about any of our problems. this might have been a good hotel in the past but it has really gone down hill. not staying here again

The room had a dog smell, the shower caulk had mildew, the bed sheets had holes and the room phone was not connected (not even wires to plug the phone into the phone plug). Other aspects of the room needed some maintenance and TLC also such as wear and tear of the furniture. Very disappointing from Hilton. I will not stay there again.
