This is a modern lodge with old Florida charm. Very convenient location to the Marsh Walk and boat landing. They even have boat and trailer parking (limited) for your stay. Cannot rave enough about the friendliness of the staff as well. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we were only stating 1 night. The room had full kitchen amenities (untensils, glasses & plates) that make it GREAT for an extended stay with family. The staff was great and it would have been great to lounge in the courtyard in the evening- we personally, just didn't have the time. The bar area, grill, lighting... all fantastic! My only negative was the shower temp that seemed to change from perfect to scalding over the 3-4 minutes in the shower- and the body jet controls, despite being given instructions, were not easy to operate

Will really consider staying again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place is clean but the fall season had the pool shut down for the year. Price was reasonable considering all that was with the room Close to the restaurants and Inlet docks which was a great place to people watch. Excellent kitchen area, w/sink, microwave, dishwasher and 2 heat stove, well designed. Supermarket was only a mile down the street. Myrtle Beach and Huntington State Park is within 15 minute drive.

Linda at front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. We stayed four nights so the full size refrigerator was nice. The room and en-suite were tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The downside for us (but may not be for others) is that it’s actually too quiet. Although there was a courtyard with a nice outdoor bar and seating, it wasn’t in use. There weren’t many other people staying there while we were there possibly because of the overcast weather. I had hoped we’d be able to hang out with guests over a drink in the courtyard or pool. The attached but independent restaurant, Costas, was delicious and also tastefully decorated with friendly staff/servers. The lodge lobby is quiet and lovely but again no one was around so it was too quiet. The location is terrific to visit the Marsh Walk and to drive into Litchfield and Pawleys Island. I’d definitely stay again because it’s clean, decorated nicely, close to the Marsh Walk, and the friendly service.

Lovely hotel tucked away in Murrells Inlet. The property was beautifully updated and clean. It was so relaxing at the pool and in the evening, even with the bustling restaurant on property, it was quiet. Absolutely loved it and will return.

Willow Lodge was nice older place to stay. The studio apartment was nice but the pool area was not! The pool ‘looked nice from a distance’ but needed to be cleaned and I didn’t use it.

As others have stated recently, breakfast is non existent due to recent ownership decisions. Also the rooftop viewing has been closed down due to issues with the railing. There is nobody at the lobby desk ever. The room door has an electronic lock, no additional chain locks or anything on the inside for security. Make sure you press the lock icon when you leave or your room is insecure. Find another option.

What a great find! We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30+ yrs and were looking for a quiet overnight stay before we met up with family for our annual vaca. The last couple of places we’ve stayed were so noisy. Willow Lodge is a gem. It is very quiet, room was clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness), very nice courtyard for relaxing. The costa restaurant is right next door. Very convenient and the food was delicious. A little pricey but the food and service were excellent. I suggest you make a reservation. We enjoyed our stay so much, next year we are planning on staying a few days.

The staff here were so kind and helpful. We love the full size fridge and sink in the room and the free breakfast was great. My only negative feedback is that the floors are really dirty. My toddler’s toes would be black from walking in the room. We had to wear flip flops in the room and wash my kids’ feet before bed—even after baths. We would stay here again. I just hope they do better about cleaning the floors in between each guest.

It was ok. not much changed. this year we were on the bottom floor and the room smelled musty. We stayed only a day so it wasn’t bad. I wish the new management would change the annoying shower spouts. There are 4 jets that spray all over, and a shower head. it’s confusing and annoying to simply figure out how to take a normal shower. management did change the locks from keys to cyphers, which didn’t matter to us

We stayed here many times when it was Inlet Sports Lodge. They no longer serve free breakfast and it’s not as super clean as it used to be. Lobby smells a bit like cigars. Still very nice room and comfortable. Also a great location. Not sure why but the place was empty.

This place is so amazing. If they will work on their hot water issue it would be a 10 out of 10. They even give you directions on how to get the hot water and it still did not work. Other than the hot water it was great.

The room and the bathroom are extremely nice. There’s a microwave, two burner stovetop and a full size refrigerator in addition to a small table and an upholstered chair set. Linda, at the front desk during the daytime is absolutely delightful!

The sheets are a very high quality, but the mattresses are very hard. There are so many quality mattress options that are not super expensive. The hotel would be so much better with that upgrade.

The hotel was nice and the room was great. The only problem was the bed caused backaches, but a different bed usually does. The shower was nice once I memorized the instructions on his to use it. That was a little difficult. Overall it was a good stay.

Literally I saw one person at checkin and nobody thereafter and that includes other guests. No one was at the desk overnight and I was in the lobby 3 times the next morning and never saw or heard a soul.

This property does not live up to the reviews. We chose it because the reviews were exceptional. It is run down; the service is almost non--existent and we encountered to rude and unhelpful front desk people. I would not recommend this hotel and we actually ended up leaving after 1 night, knowing we had lost on our money on the next two nights because it was so disappointing.

This was a great place for our girl’s trip weekend. Close proximity to so many of the area’s favorite restaurants, beaches and shopping. The staff was so kind and courteous. We will be returning and recommending Willow Lodge to family and friends.

Will really consider staying again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place is clean but the fall season had the pool shut down for the year. Price was reasonable considering all that was with the room Close to the restaurants and Inlet docks which was a great place to people watch. Excellent kitchen area, w/sink, microwave, dishwasher and 2 heat stove, well designed. Supermarket was only a mile down the street. Myrtle Beach and Huntington State Park is within 15 minute drive.

Linda at front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. We stayed four nights so the full size refrigerator was nice. The room and en-suite were tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The downside for us (but may not be for others) is that it’s actually too quiet. Although there was a courtyard with a nice outdoor bar and seating, it wasn’t in use. There weren’t many other people staying there while we were there possibly because of the overcast weather. I had hoped we’d be able to hang out with guests over a drink in the courtyard or pool. The attached but independent restaurant, Costas, was delicious and also tastefully decorated with friendly staff/servers. The lodge lobby is quiet and lovely but again no one was around so it was too quiet. The location is terrific to visit the Marsh Walk and to drive into Litchfield and Pawleys Island. I’d definitely stay again because it’s clean, decorated nicely, close to the Marsh Walk, and the friendly service.

We stayed at Willow Lodge for a quick weekend trip! The lodge is located in Murrels inlet and was close to all the seafood restaurants and the Marshwalk! We loved the location because we enjoy listening to live music and eating seafood. We spent one day at Garden City Beach and one day at Huntington Beach but returned to Willow Lodge to relax before heading out to the Marshwalk! We would definitely stay here again based on the location alone! It was quiet and cozy. We enjoyed The Costa restaurant located directly beside the lodge! The filet was fantastic!

What a great find! We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30+ yrs and were looking for a quiet overnight stay before we met up with family for our annual vaca. The last couple of places we’ve stayed were so noisy. Willow Lodge is a gem. It is very quiet, room was clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness), very nice courtyard for relaxing. The costa restaurant is right next door. Very convenient and the food was delicious. A little pricey but the food and service were excellent. I suggest you make a reservation. We enjoyed our stay so much, next year we are planning on staying a few days.

The room was very nice. The floors could use a cleaning. Just to let people know they are under new ownership and NO LONGER have a continental breakfast which we were unaware of.We found a great restaurant nearby for breakfast called the Blue Sky. People at the lodge were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here many times when it was Inlet Sports Lodge. They no longer serve free breakfast and it’s not as super clean as it used to be. Lobby smells a bit like cigars. Still very nice room and comfortable. Also a great location. Not sure why but the place was empty.

Lovely property, quiet and clean. I enjoyed having the complimentary coffee in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. And it's a short walk to an excellent Italian restaurant (literally right next door). Would definitely stay there again.
