A localização é o grande destaque do Ritz, que fica no coração do Leblon, bem perto da praia, da Dias Ferreira e do metrô. Considerando a pouca oferta de hotéis do bairro, com altos preços, o Ritz é uma ótima opção. Quarto confortável, com excelente ar condicionado, é bom café da manhã incluído. Tem boa estrutura, com piscina, academia e spa. Não é um hotel exatamente charmoso, mas tampouco está envelhecido ou precisando de manutenção. Único ponto mais relevante de melhorias é a dupla de elevadores, que dá problema toda hora e não é inteligente. O sistema de acionamento dos dois é independente e as filas longas, num pinga-pinga interminável.

Bed is uncomfortable and cheap, the window's are not double glass and soundproof, therefore you van hear the traffic from the street. Common areas like swimming pool and gym are smalls and not very charming (gym is just a tin box with no windows). Not worthwed the price you pay.

A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização e o café da manhã aceitável. Tudo o resto é mau: serviço de atendimento, academia/ginásio nem as máquinas estavam ligadas e não tem janelas (um sufoco) nem ar condicionadoligado, péssima cobertura wifi, bar do hotel fechado e sem staff, marquei spa para uma determinada hora e adiaram sem avisar. Muito mau. Piscina é menor que o banheiro do seu quarto...

La ubicación es muy buena en Leblon, una zona cómoda y agradable para moverse a pie y cerca de la playa. Un punto muy positivo es que el hotel proporciona toallas de playa, algo que se agradece mucho. Como aspectos a mejorar, el ascensor se estropeó varias veces durante nuestra estancia, lo que hizo que subir y bajar fuera bastante lento. Además, las habitaciones se notan un poco antiguas y les vendría bien algo más de mantenimiento

O hotel deixa muito a desejar. Ficamos no 9º andar, onde as luzes dos corredores não estão acendendo adequadamente. Ao sairmos dos elevadores, os corredores estavam completamente escuros. Estava um dia frio e o cobertor to quarto não estava higienizado (cheirava a suor). O café da manhã também era bem ruim, com pouquíssimas opções. Cobra-se R$ 10,00 por um café expresso no café da manhã, o que me parece um absurdo, tendo em vista o alto preço das diárias. também cobram R$ 100,00 de diária no estacionamento.

Habiendo consultado con todo el grupo (porque hice la reserva de 7 habitaciones), a varios nos pasó que no teníamos shampoo en el baño y nunca lo repusieron a lo largo de toda la estadía. A otro le pasó que fueron a hacer el room service cuando aún estaba en el cuarto, pero luego de que salió no lo hicieron en todo el día. Creo que deben mejorar en ese tipo de cosas. El desayuno muy rico y las piezas bien en general.

Atendimento super bom. Café da manhã delicioso. Fica super bem localizado. O Wi-Fi que não estava bom e tive problemas com as televisões. Nao consegui ver os jogos da copa, já que só tinha 3 canais e com muito chiado e péssima qualidade. Não puderam concertar. Eu gostaria que tivessem me oferecido um crédito para um futuro para entrar voltar a ficar no hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in Leblon. However, don't get fooled with the name. The beds are horrible. The mattresses are hard as stone slabs. The daily breakfast was not good at all. I wouldn't stay there next time because I didn't get one night rest.

Hotel muito bem localizado com excelentes restaurante e bares ao redor, café da manhã bem simples e básico, acomodação que fiquei hospedado era extremante pequena e devido a proximidade de bares e restaurantes que tem música ao vivo durante noite e madrugada, os quartos não tem redução de som e ruídos e todo barulho foi sentido durante a madrugada.

Ótima experiência porém a internet no quarto não funcionou, impossibilitante de traabakhar, perdi todo, trabalhando só lobby, péssima experiência m, nem consegui aproveitar o quarto.

The hotel itself is overall nice and updated. The staff was lovely. However, there is absolutely no security whatsoever. Anyone can just walk in. Anyone can take the elevator to any floor without a problem. The biggest problem, however, is the check out situation. Unlike every other hotel in the world, you have to stop and check out. This is a) no longer a thing and b) extremely inconvenient when you don't know you need to do as much and it's 5am and the person who is meant to do the checkout is sleeping in back and then someone needs to go upstairs to check the room and then charge you for any extras. Not ideal when trying to catch a flight.

I had the worst and most horrible experience of my life at this hotel. When I first entered the room I was given, I saw that there was already a couple staying in the room. We went to the reception together, they apologized and gave me another room. and then the nightmare began. I was robbed by the hotel staff. 2 employees at the reception and another hotel employee whose job I don't know entered my room. They jumped from the upper balcony to my room's balcony, I immediately opened the door and ran away, I went to the reception and there was no one, then someone came, I told him there was someone in my room to help. I reluctantly came with me. While we were waiting in front of the door, we both heard voices coming from inside, my belongings being rummaged through in a hurry. I told him to open my room door. He didn't open it. I said I'll check the next room, maybe there's someone there, and left. Then I said whatever happens, let it happen, and opened my own door with my card. They ran away quickly, but I saw them. The receptionists in white shirts and dark colored trousers. I threw myself out into the street in fear before I could put on my clothes. I went into the pharmacy right next to the hotel and asked for help. The owner of the pharmacy tried to help. He called the police but they said they couldn't come (it wasn't a surprise because according to my friends living in Brazil, the police work with these guys). A security guard who saw me on the street came to the hotel…

Quarto ótimo , café da manhã excelente . Mas duas coisas eu gostaria de apontar : 1- Fiquei no 603 e o chuveiro precisa de uma limpeza, vários duros entupidos 2- Me preocupa a segurança no hotel. Eu entrei e saí , entrei nos elevadores e ninguém me pergunta se sou hóspede ou não . Os elevadores deveria ter o sistema de acionamento com a chave do quarto ou ter uma barreira exclusiva para quem está hospedado . Um amigo meu foi nos visitar , entrou no hotel , acessou o elevador , subiu e bateu no meu quarto . E se fosse um delinquente ?

Ficamos duas noites. A primeira foi péssima. A/C barulhento. Nos trocaram de quarto e foi ok a segunda noite. Solicitei early check in e queriam me cobrar uma diaria extra (3 hs de early). Não aceitei obviamente. Lembrando que sou status no hoteis.com e fui ignorado. Solicitei late check out de 1 hora. 1 hora!!! Não me deram. Lamentavel. Recepcao Sr Carlos. Não voltaria ao hotel.

Staff were vey helpful We had to wait in the lobby for a ride to the airport for a late flight and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best ‘included’ breakfasts we’ve experienced. Room was good, not great.

Hotel super moderno, reformado, limpo e muito confortável. Atendimento nota 10. Os meninos da recepção são extremamente gentis e prestativos, fazem de tudo para agradar ao hóspede. Mas a localização é o ponto mais forte, na região mais estratégica do Leblon, a menos de 3 quadras da praia e a um passo dos melhores bares e restaurantes. Com certeza indico e voltarei sempre!

The Hotel Ritz Leblon is ideally located in that neighborhood, with some great food alternatives (all walking distence). Leblon's beach is about 2-3 blocks away, sufficiently close, but not directly at the beach (with all the noise). If I return to Rio, I will definitely stay again.

O hotel deixa muito a desejar. Ficamos no 9º andar, onde as luzes dos corredores não estão acendendo adequadamente. Ao sairmos dos elevadores, os corredores estavam completamente escuros. Estava um dia frio e o cobertor to quarto não estava higienizado (cheirava a suor). O café da manhã também era bem ruim, com pouquíssimas opções. Cobra-se R$ 10,00 por um café expresso no café da manhã, o que me parece um absurdo, tendo em vista o alto preço das diárias. também cobram R$ 100,00 de diária no estacionamento.

Easy state and rooms were perfectly nice. Staff were hit or miss; pool and gym were pretty meager, but can't beat the location for proximity to the beach and metro. Lots of great restaurants around.

I tried to change dates because I booked wrong dates. The staff didn't help I had to go another hotel, I tried to contact the property to change or cancel no help at all. I couldn't be more disappointed.
