We stayed here for one night and was really impressed. It’s impeccably clean and has a real comforting feeling to it. The lobby feels like a lodge and it has that kind of rustic and old fashioned feel. The breakfast is awesome, hot choices like scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns are always great. Pool and hot tub came in handy too. Really nice place to stay!

It was an ok stay. We arrived later in the evening and wanted to swim and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. There was a rack for towels, but no towels. When I asked the front desk person at checkout she rudely said "We can\'t leave towels out! You should see what people do with them. If you wanted a towel you should have come to the front desk!" OK...but there was no mention of it at check in, no sign in the pool area, nothing. How would we know?

Nice hotel as we were in town to visit family. Everything was very clean and well maintained it seemed. It was nice having a coffee shop inside, tons of seating areas, and a good location for the area.

We stay here when we visit family in Columbiana. Just the nicest hotel you could ask for. Love the common areas on each floor. The staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is always excellent.

Thia hotel never changes. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful and the rooms have plenty of space and are always pristine. It' s truly a beautiful hotel that offers a great breakfast and the coffee bar is an added bonus.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The pool and pool area were clean and very well maintained. The entire hotel is kept up to date and tidy. We will definitely start her again!

The cable TV didn’t work about half the time we were there. When I told the lady at the front desk she said, “oh that happens a lot here”. Two off the 4 nights we were there the people in the room above us were extremely loud all night and very early in the morning. The room was very nice and spacious, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We requested service on Sunday morning, clean towels and stuff, we never got it. Over all a decent stay. I would probably stay again.

The properties beautiful and well-maintained. I have stayed there many times. My only complaint is that this time when we stayed there they didn’t pay much attention to our room. After two days I had to go down and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. I don’t think they ever cleaned the bathroom, other than that the stay was wonderful.

Overall we were really impressed with the hotel. Clean, very friendly staff and room was great. Only negative was the jacuzzi tub, which is the reason for the entire stay, did not hold water. The drain plug is broke so the water would just drain right out of the tub essentially rendering the tub useless. We could have paid 1/2 the price for the same room without the jacuzzi since we werent able to use it anyways.

Absolutely loved our stay at Best Western Dutch Haus Inn. The room was just as pictured online, but even better in person. The in-room fireplace was amazing. So much space in the room. Super comfortable bed. Great shower and recommend the jetted tub (great bonus to have). Can’t wait for our next stay!

Our stay at the Dutch Haus was good! The furniture in our room was worn but effective. The bathroom could have been built better for handicapped individuals. More grab bars around toilet area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was good. 😊

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the stay was wonderful. The full breakfast was delicious, the restaurant and bakery had a very good menu and the bakery items were so delicious. I left something behind once we checked out and a message arrived in about 2hours telling me to call the hotel. I did and since we were still in the area, We were able to pick up the item. I’m sure that had we already started our journey home, the staff would make arrangements to return it by mail. Every staff member, were friendly and accommodating. If you are in the Columbiana, Ohio are, this is the hotel to stay at.

Super clean facility. Great staff. Better than the typical continental breakfast… French toast casserole with berries, yogurt machine, little loaves of blueberry bread. Friendly whistling breakfast worker went above and beyond to get us some biscuit gravy.

Room was good, clean. We were on the main floor and could hear floors creaking and people walking around overhead until they finally settled for the night. The food offered at breakfast, however was horrible. Even the OJ tasted like it was way past its expiration date.
