Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel en all inclusive avec un enfant de 3 ans et demi. Le buffet est très bon et frais, il y en a pour tous les goûts, un petit bémol pour les desserts trop industriels pour ma part. Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel est propre et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique, l'accès à la plage est rapide (mais avec escaliers). Nous avons pu nous garer au parking gratuit de l'hôtel toute la semaine, il y avait de la place chaque jour début août (nous partions le matin en vadrouille et revenions pour déjeuner).

Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Belle plage en bas de l'hôtel. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter, la location d'une voiture est indispensable pour visiter. Personnel très accueillant. La Salle de repas est assez bruyante et la climatisation est trop forte. Manque d'activité pour les enfants / ado dans l'hôtel. Le club enfant est plus adapté pour les petits. Globalement, nous recommandons cet hôtel.

This hotel has amazing sea views and is a short walk down to the nearby beach with clear warm water. We managed to get sunbeds by the pool, although we visited in June, so not peak season. The hotel staff are approachable and helpful and speak excellent English. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful sea view. The service in the buffet restaurant was good, with waitresses clearing used plates quickly and being friendly to customers. The buffet food in the restaurant was varied with some themed evenings. However, the quality of food could have been better and with signage could be clearer. The pasta and broccoli were overcooked and the food sometimes tasted a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for a short break with wonderful sea views.

Overall a nice hotel, food selection for AI is very good, wide selection and well cooked, probably the best AI I've had. Pool are has plenty of loungers but the pool are is a tad dated and needs updating. Bar staff at the pool are are friendly and fast. However I can not forgive the mold in my room at the air conditioning unit which works incredibly slow and hardly cools the room. This mad me ill and set of my breathing condition, hotel tried to tell me it wasn't making me ill but I remembered them I am a doctor. Staff was quick to clean the air conditioning unit. Was told the hotel does not offer fans to help. The hotel is also at top of a hill, nice views. We paid for a hot tub room which was nice but I feel some aid to get into out would be helpful. I was told the manager would deal with my situation on Monday, but have ignored my emails and also the ones from hotel.com so for this reason I can not recommend

Not usually a fan of staying in this kind of big hotel, preferring a smaller setup usually. But check-in felt warm and welcoming. Room was a great size, nice bathroom with double walk-in shower. The clincher for this trip was the hot-tub on the balcony which did not dissapoint. Hotel is nestled on the top of a hill, be prepared to have a lengthy and steep climb up from the beach. Pool area is big enough to have a niceAdults only area aeay from the main pool. Book a cabana for a nice touch. Food was generally good. Nice variety on offer across breakfast lunches and dinners. A shame some of the signage was not available on the local dishes as this could have been a nice way of explaining what things were. Mostly Spanish only speaking waiting team which led to a couple of awkward conversations. But not enough to put you off. Overall a great stay.

Loved the couple of nights we spent at The Palladium. Wished we had booked longer. Staff on reception, restaurant, bar, games team and room service all so friendly. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Entertainment fun too. Loved the aqua class. Views from the hotel are like s picture postcard. Could not fault it.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais certains aspects laissent à désirer. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête pour notre fille, ce qui l’a un peu peinée, et le sol était vraiment sale (sable, résidus…). La zone autour de la piscine et l’ascenseur manquaient souvent de propreté, et il n’y avait de l’eau en chambre que le premier jour. Le buffet est correct mais assez répétitif. Le personnel du restaurant est inégal, certains très gentils, d’autres moins accueillants. Le spa est un vrai plus, avec des masseuses très pros, même si l’organisation des rendez-vous pourrait être améliorée. En résumé : un séjour correct, mais l’hôtel ne reflète pas les standards habituels des autres Palladium. Dommage !

Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Ort, was komplett auf Tourismus ausgebaut ist. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte hier nicht herkommen. Hier war die Beschreibung des Hotels etwas falsch - es wurde ein ruhiges und entspanntes Hotel beschrieben. Leider gab es in der Nachbarschaft ein Hotel was bis weit nach 23Uhr, jeden Tag, laute Animation und Abendprogramme abspielte - zu hören auch im Zimmer bei verschlossener Tür. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und schließen nicht zum Flur, so dass du alles hören kannst. Das ganze Hotel wirkte laut und hektisch. Auch der Essensaal gleichte einer großen Kantine - es war auch hier laut und immer überfüllt, obwohl wir in der Nebensaison da waren. Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit bei schönen Wetter (morgens oder abends) auf einer Außenterrasse zu essen - diese gab es leider nicht. Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht und können es nicht weiterempfehlen für Leute die Ruhe suchen und etwas entspannen möchten. Aber jeder kann sich sein eigenes Bild machen. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Très bel hôtel / très bon buffet mais service client déplorable. J’ai informé l’hôtel que mon fils était souffrant et ne voyagera pas avec nous. Il fallait donc l’enlever de la réservation. L’hôtel m’indique que c’est la responsabilité d Expedia Expedia me dit le contraire … j’ai donc du payer pour mon fils qui n’a pas voyagé malgré la fourniture d’un certificat médical et de mails envoyés en amont. Escapade en amoureux pour 1 nuit, cet hôtel coupe le souffle par sa situation, la vue exceptionnelle et son ensoleillement jusqu’à 21h. La plage est en bas à 5 minutes à pied pour le bain du matin, un délice. Activités organisées autour de la piscine de l’hôtel, peut être un peu bruyant pour ceux qui veulent se reposer, la seconde piscine offre plus de tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Je recommande cet hôtel notamment la chambre avec jacuzzi. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Hotel molto grande adatto più alle famiglie che alle coppie, nonostante sia stata creata una zona con una piscina riservata agli adulti Struttura di vecchia concezione ma ristrutturata per renderla più moderna e funzionale. La vista lato mare dal balcone della camere è un plus che pochi hotel possono vantare e la spiaggia molto bella è a poche centinaia di metri. Lovely adult pool area in a proper sun trap and great jacuzzi bath on balcony with room. The customer service was always great and consistent with everyone always keen to help. The location of the property was great with walking distance to the beach and great cliff walks. The only downfall was the restaurant for all inclusive option - whilst it had a huge selection it felt very much like running a gauntlet in a zoo as this could be better managed with timeslots. Also the quality of the food could offer some themed nights such as Spanish tapas etc as it was more of the same. Also we would have welcomed some more water in our room.

À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête pour notre fille, ce qui l’a un peu peinée, et le sol était vraiment sale (sable, résidus…). La zone autour de la piscine et l’ascenseur manquaient souvent de propreté, et il n’y avait de l’eau en chambre que le premier jour. Le buffet est correct mais assez répétitif. Le personnel du restaurant est inégal, certains très gentils, d’autres moins accueillants. Le spa est un vrai plus, avec des masseuses très pros, même si l’organisation des rendez-vous pourrait être améliorée. En résumé : un séjour correct, mais l’hôtel ne reflète pas les standards habituels des autres Palladium. Dommage !

The location is beautiful, coffee is terrible, buffet options are limited. bathroom is a bit worn out. Arts and crafts activities don’t have enough supply, no white paint. Overall is a solid 3 stars hotel.

This hotel has amazing sea views and is a short walk down to the nearby beach with clear warm water. We managed to get sunbeds by the pool, although we visited in June, so not peak season. The hotel staff are approachable and helpful and speak excellent English. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful sea view. The service in the buffet restaurant was good, with waitresses clearing used plates quickly and being friendly to customers. The buffet food in the restaurant was varied with some themed evenings. However, the quality of food could have been better and with signage could be clearer. The pasta and broccoli were overcooked and the food sometimes tasted a bit bland. Otherwise, this is a good hotel for a short break with wonderful sea views.

Great location and great views! Beach within walking distance. Very good choice of food and drink on all-inclusive. Minor issue with wet room design- water does get everywhere but nothing a few more towels couldn’t fix. Would definately stay again.
