We stayed six nights at Hotel Villa Condesa and found it to be a wonderful and relaxing oasis in the Condesa area of Mexico City. The hotel is a refurbished old mansion that sits on a tree-lined street and offers a beautiful garden patio for gathering and relaxing, as well as a 2nd story outdoor lounge for reading. The restaurant onsite serves breakfast and ddinner and the food is fresh and delicious. My husband and the friends we were traveling with, all found this hotel to be the perfect fit for us. It's quiet and comfortable and located in a beautiful part of the city that is walkable and close to many restaurants, parks, bars, and shops. Highly recommended!

Villa Condesa was a great, quiet, friendly boutique hotel. The courtyard and balcony were tranquil places to hangout and chillax. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And Josue was very helpful with accommodating our change in plans.

Tucked away in a quiet street, but around the corner from restaurants, cafes and bustling life. Charming old home, tastefully remodeled with a mix of old and new. We especially enjoyed the upper level balcony to relax after a day on the town, and breakfasts in the pretty garden. The hotel is kept immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet, the only thing we could hear in the morning was birds singing. We felt at home and would definitely come back.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. The staff was courteous, the room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was excellent. You enter the property through a gate that is always locked. There is an intercom and the front staff buzzes you in once you identify yourself. I felt very safe at the property and walking the surrounding area. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a lovely small hotel. There isn't even a sign on the street. The neighborhood is great with easy access to restaurants, parks, bookstores, and museums. The staff is great. There are beautiful outside areas. Breakfast is great.

Lovely, verdant hotel in heart of Condesa. Even a ground floor, street-facing room was quiet and tranquil. Had a delicious dinner at the hotel’s back garden restaurant. Absolutely recommend!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel! A little oasis amid the bustling Mexico City. Very well located. Rooms are cute and comfy and staff very pleasant. Many lovely common seating areas adorn the property indoors and out. Wonderful breakfast in the garden courtyard each morning. And there is filtered water to fill your bottles each day. We highly recommend!!

This was our third stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street with many restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away. We liked that the hotel wasn't exposed to the street. You get "buzzed in" to enter and the inner space is very peaceful and welcoming. This time we booked a Traditional Suite, located on the second floor of the newer building near the kitchen. There was no outside noise heard from our room. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the in-room coffee each morning from the living room couch, before heading down to the included breakfast. The breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was excellent as was the service. The staff was all very kind and helpful. We took advantage of the free bikes they have for guests and thoroughly enjoyed riding Paseo de la Reforma on Sunday when a good portion of the road is closed to traffic. I would highly recommend doing this! All in all we had a great stay at Hotel Villa Condesa and would not hesitate staying here again.

Beautifully designed and well-maintained colonial-style property on a quiet residential street within walking distance of La Condesa / Roma Norte locations. Our room was good-sized and well-kept, but it's the grounds and sitting areas that make this property stand out. The included breakfast was ample and excellent. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and all speak very good English, if that's important to you.

Lovely stay here for a week. The room was very comfortable (apart from a bit of a tight bathroom). The cleaners did a top-notch job on the room every day. The bathroom had very nice l’Occitane body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. The hotel and surrounding neighbourhood were very quiet. The breakfast each morning was healthy, fresh and tasty. Great stay!

This is the third time I stayed at this location, this time I did not like the fact that they were doing some work to the hotel and it was not notice when I made my reservation. I found the facilities quite dirty. I love the location and in the past I had not had any complains. fgi

Sad to report we had to check out of our stay and book somewhere else after checking in. Wifi was not working in our room and neither was AC. Hotel is cute and the staff was nice just was not able to offer the services specified.

It was a very nice stay, the people were super nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing was that the bed wasn't comfortable because the mattress was extremely hard. Everything else was great.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Condessa neighborhood. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Close to food, shopping and nightlife. The rooms are clean and bright. The walls are on the thinner side so folks over the kitchen may want to bring earplugs, but generally the place is very quiet.

Great stay, only one negative: Wi-Fi was completely non functional. Everything else was comfortable and reasonably priced. Great breakfast and bar and nice staff. Nice, clean rooms.

The only real issue was we asked for a king bed and got a queen. The breakfast was good, and it was within good proximity to major sites we wanted to see.

The room was clean, cute and had a comfortable bed. The hotel facility itself is nice, with a lot of common areas that were neatly decorated. The breakfast was a nice perk and staff was great too. The bathroom could use updating and sometimes the rooms were a little loud from people out in the hallway due to the building being historic.

It was the perfect spot for a weekend in CDMX! The staff were helpful and friendly and as a solo traveler I felt safe and very much at home. Slept very well! The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the evenings for some reason.

Clean, quiet and delightful hotel! Breakfast is delicious and made to order. There are a lot of nooks and places to relax with wine and cheese from the European market next door after a long day of exploring. The location is great and very walkable to reforma, museums and parks. The bed is firm but we slept well. The bathroom was nice although they do request toilet paper be thrown in the trash can. Overall we very much enjoyed the staff, hotel and location.

Villa Condesa was a great, quiet, friendly boutique hotel. The courtyard and balcony were tranquil places to hangout and chillax. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. And Josue was very helpful with accommodating our change in plans.

Beautiful, well designed hotel. Great job of catching the feeling you get of the city. Staff is very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Staff was amazing. Very helpful. Boutique hotel designed with fantastic style. Many areas outside your room to relax. Feeling of tremendous security. Owners/senior staff people ever just go through the motions. Really seem to love what they do. One of the best hotel experiences ever!

A simply marvelous boutique hotel in the very walkable Condesa neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Amsterdam Ave [the walkable, garden like ex-hippodrome]. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff was exemplary. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but they were good meals.

The location is great and very walkable to reforma, museums and parks. The bed is firm but we slept well. The bathroom was nice although they do request toilet paper be thrown in the trash can. Overall we very much enjoyed the staff, hotel and location.

This is a quiet and beautiful hotel tucked in a lovely part of the city. This is our second stay. We loved the breakfast and all the amazing restaurants and parks nearby. There’s a great running and walking trail nearby on Avenida Amsterdam. No kids. Very quiet!

Tucked away in a quiet street, but around the corner from restaurants, cafes and bustling life. Charming old home, tastefully remodeled with a mix of old and new. We especially enjoyed the upper level balcony to relax after a day on the town, and breakfasts in the pretty garden. The hotel is kept immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet, the only thing we could hear in the morning was birds singing. We felt at home and would definitely come back.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. The staff was courteous, the room was comfortable, and the free breakfast was excellent. Beautiful patio if you choose to have breakfast or dinner there. We had breakfast there one day and it was great. No safety concerns, lovely quiet street, and cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there. Allow 40-45 minutes to get back to the airport.

The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast included every morning. Located in a great area in Condesa, convenient to beautiful parks, restaurants etc the only real issue is that they were doing more construction the whole time on another room. Most every day there was banging and electric saws going , sometimes until well after 9 pm each night, during meals etc.

Our stay at Hotel Villa Condesa was wonderful. The staff was helpful, specifically Hector at the front desk. The rooms were clean and we stayed at two separate rooms the basic room and the standard. The basic room had recently gotten renovated and looks clean and modern. The standard was a good sized room with extra space. The real fast that was offered was great with supportive staff. Walking distance to shops and parks were fantastic with local shops being a 5-10 minute walk within Condesa while 10-20 minutes to get to Roma Norte. The location was easy for Ubers to pick up/drop off and calm at night.
