This was fine for a one night stay. Very basic room but clean and bed was comfortable. A few updates like new flooring but still an older style motel with few amenities.

the room is dated and humid, even with a/c. Easy checkin though and easy parking. Heard next room noise, bed was a 7 outof 10 as well as blankets and pillows.

The location had a nice parking lot tucked back off the road, with lots of space. Several food options within walking distance. Bed was quite comfortable, and the pillows were excellent! There isn't a lot of bathroom counter space, so we had to use the window sill, but that was certainly not something to stop us from recommending the location to others.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quite decent, clean and easy to check in. Friendly staff, great price. I had a king size room in the 2 storey building. The room itself was pretty clean, my only draw back was that the chairs were all stained and filthy. I wouldnt even sit my bags on them. So I just didnt, and it was still an enjoyable visit. Will definitely stay here again if I'm i visiting Lindsay in the future.

The sheets were clean, therefore I stayed, however, the room was filthy, Floors, walls had dry body fluids, drapery was filthy, chairs were filthy. I placed towels on the floor so I did not have to walk on it. The door needs new weather stripping as the wind was blowing in from underneath. The only thing heating (or cooling) the room was a loud wall mount heater. There was a small bottle of used shampoo available for me to use. 1/2 was gone. I went to purchase some. Visually, under the bathroom sink is unsightly. The bathroom floor especially the corners had pubic hair and other matter residue. The bathroom sink needs a good scrubbing, around the drain is black with filth.

There was pubic hair ALL OVER the washroom. Stained dirty bedding, Toothpaste splatters in sink and on mirror. I asked to move to another room that ALSO was full of pubic hair. When I pointed out all these things a man can with A DRY FACECLOTH to “clean” no disinfectant or cleaning supplies. Just a try towel wipe down.

Stayed in a one bed non-smoking room. Room/bathroom were clean and seemed recently renovated. Bed and pillow was comfortable, the sheets were ok but did the job. Only downside for me was that the walls are really thin and you can hear conversations and tvs in the room next to you pretty clearly even if they aren't loud. The staff was kind and welcoming and the location was amazing, everything you need is 2 minutes by car. Overall I had an 8/10 stay and would recommend the Kent Inn.

The room was just old and grungy. It was freezing cold and even after running the heater for several hours, it still didn’t warm up. There were stains on the lamp shades, and a big stain on the side table. The picture frames on the wall were cracked. The door to the room was hard to lock from the outside (loose handle). It was okay for a cheap motel, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The motel was adequate. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was more or less modern (no issues there). Staff were friendly. On the minus side, the walls were thin enough to hear your neighbours. The "table" was probably about a foot in diameter (pretty much useless), and the two chairs in the room were so worn that when you sit in them, you sink in the middle. If you're looking just for a place to sleep for the night, it's fine, but don't expect a luxury suite by any means.

My go-to place when I need to overnight in the Lindsay area. The rooms are spacious, fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the lighting good. Service is available but unobtrusive which I appreciate.

Old motel. Room is cramped, bed wasn't great. Sink drained very slowly. Noisy electric ac/heater. No heat when we entered. Took a day at 26° heat to warm the room. Door had a large air gap at the bottom. Minimal electric outlets. Bathroom was small, no vanity, no place to put anything. Plus side is, room was clean. Wouldn't stay again.

The office is not welcoming. I rang a bell and stood outside waiting to be let in. When I got to my room, the AC was off. It was a plus 30 degree day and I had a reservation so I would not except the AC to be off. Finally you need an engineering degree to operate the television. Had to call front office twice and it never was resolved. The management is trying but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff were prompt. Easily changed rooms when I couldn't walk upstairs because of a leg injury. Wifi worked great. Room was spacious and neat. They don't provide breakfast but have a discount coupon for a local restaurant.

Very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. On check in Priti was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended a few restaurants for dinner. A short walk to the Flato Academy. I will be coming back.
