Some bit of shampoo residuals left on the bathroom. Overall, it was super clean. No slippers were provided. I did not connect to the wifi as it require usename and pw. They didn’t give me it when I arrived, so I coudn’t be asked. The hotel only have 2 small lifts for 10 floors, it can take 5 minutes for it to arrive. The breakfast buffet wasnt great.

Es ist irgendwo akzeptabel aber nichts besonderes. Schlecht war das der Pool nur bis 18 uhr zugänglich war, was natürlich ärgerlich ist wenn man erst abends wieder zurück im Hotel ist. Frühstück hab ich nur einmal von 4 Übernachtungen wahrgenommen,das war auch eher akzeptabel.das was das Hotel auszeichnet ist die gute Zentrale Lage, die Strände dort in der Nähe sind eher gut zum sonnen aber zum baden finde ich die felsvorsprünge eher ungeeignet! Im grossen und ganzen kann man machen aber verbessern kann man sich immer !

Most overrated hotel i have come across, i arrived on time for check in had to wait extra to only get a room with partial sea view as others weren't ready Sauna and spa out of service with no prior message saying this was the case Hotel is old inside and its clear from reviews (which i wished i read before booking) owner just looking to get cash out of this old place Best part comes at breakfast (thanks god i didn't pay extra for dinner) They have someone on the open buffet who goes around with you and fills your plate, and im sure the true intent isnt corona precaution Really awkward experience and a fulfilling start to your morning! Real waste of time i've been to better places not far away that charge half the price and offer better service , i feel bad for someone who booked a longer stay here for their holiday

Lovely view, nice pool area and nice when you first walk in. I was ok with old fashioned basic room but old appliances that barely worked. No cups in room that were very needed due to having dental work in antalya so couldn’t make soup. Staff were asked for cups but they disnt understand. Rooms need updating with decor and appliances. Shame cos such a lovely location

The hotel personnel don't speak well English and their knowledge about places to visit was very poor. One of the elevator didn't work at all and the swimming pool was closed. The bed were very out of dimensions. The food was very bad specially the breakfast. The pictures shows that the beach is very near which is false.

we went bed and breakfast and you were not allowed to bring food and drink from outside. baring in mind we have 3 young children one of whom has special needs and a specific diet. i am also heavily pregnant and drank gallons of water. prices in the hotel market were exceptionally more than the shop over the road. Also the shop inside the hotel isn’t always open but still they said we couldn’t bring anything in the sweltering temperatures it was unacceptable. Room wasn’t cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed no toilet roll replacement or anything. Pool including children’s couldn’t be accessed till 10 which is a bit of a nightmare when you have young kids eager to get in

Breakfast was terrible limited options Wifi was a nightmare there was 2 different wifi for the lobby and rooms and had to connect each time whenever I would go to the room & lobby. When arriving in the room there was 2 water bottles we asked we need more they said this is a gift from us for the first day & you have to purchase it yourself from the hotel shop. Also while sitting in the lobby they turn the AC off. Also there is no AC in the lift. They have no staff and the spa is closed they can't speak english. The view is the only good thing about it. Very bad experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

J'ai passée 3 nuit dans cet établissement. Pour un 4 **** j'attendais mieux mais je trouve que n'ai pas mauvais aussi. Attention la salle de sport et sauna fermé je ne sais pas la raison.

I can't understand how they were ranked as a 4 star's hotel. The lift/ elevator was not functioning properly. The breakfast was not good.

Einzigartige Aussicht. Herrliche Erholungsmöglichkeit. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider kein Strand zum Schwimmen, lediglich ein Pool und ein kleines Kinderbecken. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Standort läd zum shoppen ein. Einige Haltestellen weiter kommt man in die Innenstadt zum Basar. Sehr schöne und erlebnisreiche Straßen und Stände.

Personel güler yüzlü, kahvaltısı çok güzel, manzara olağanüstü, temizliği harika ve parasal anlamda çok uygun.

Odadaki tuvalet sürekli çok kötü kokuyordu. Tuvaletin kapısını asla açık bırakamadık. Tuvaleti kullanırken nefesimizi tutmak zorunda kaldık. 2 ayrı yatak istediğimiz için başka oda olmadığını söyledikleri için oda değişim talebinde de bulunamadık. Kahvaltı çok zayıftı. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin ciddi bakıma ihtiyacı var. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

We had a loud couple trying to get into our room at 2am and when called the reception which took 10 minutes to answer was told everything is fine and to go back to sleep with no explanation. Next morning when I felt safer I went down to complain and was told it was by accident they were the cleaners and made an error. No food or snacks or even a water bottle is allowed into the hotel forcing you to buy whatever things they have which is minimal. All in all the worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The front desk and breakfast area staff were very friendly, except the manager. He is an old guy with a beard, you won't miss it, he is everywhere and trying to run the hotel with the minimum cost. I traveled to many cities, this time in Turkey, but this place was the only place with cheap quality breakfast. Their Watermelon was so bad and old, and flies were everywhere. They didn't do anything about it. The bathroom downstairs was so old and dirty, and the place outside looks good, but it hasn't been renovated for a long time.

Özellikle manzarası harika. Eski bir otel lakin gereçler gayet yeterli. Odalar birbirine çok yakın bu kimi zaman sorun olabilir ama manzarası ve imkanlarıyla harika bir otel.

Everything is good. But you know it is old hotel. Not new

It’s not a 4 star hotel. It has an amazing view, but the rooms are smelling of cigarettes and the facilities are not very clean. You are not allowed to take any food, drinks or beverages in to your room!!! You are only allowed to buy these products from the hotel shop which is extremely expensive and limited.

Det kan jag säga att hotellet har bra läge och när till Gamlestaden ,affären och restaurangen, men resten av det allt är dåligt Otrevligt personal i receptionen service bekvämlighet och renhet är noll

Hizmet kalitesi cok dusuk .personel ilgisiz. Yoneticiler duyarsiz .personel arasinda koordinasyon yok . Yemekler asla 4 yildiz otel ayarinda degil. Cok berbat ve yetersiz.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia, personale gentile e cortese, la struttura è un po' datata, ma offre tutti i comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Positive: 10/10 for excellent location. Less than 15 mins walk to Kaleici, tram stop opposite hotel, 15 mins walk to pontoon for swimming. All rooms have balcony with lovely sea views. Reception staff did their best to be helpful So why did only 2 stars? Negative: Food - Dinners were truly awful. Almost inedible. Cheapest scraps of meat. It appeared leftover food would reappear 2 days after originally served. The same melon was served 4 nights in a row and then no dessert at all for next 3 nights. No butter at breakfast for 4 mornings (despite a shop within 30 metres of hotel) Room - the room safe wasn't repaired for first 4 days. My bed wasnt made on 3/4occasions. When I asked for balcony light to be repaired i was told all balcony lights on my floor did not work. A double room which had only 4 coathangers in the wardrobe. TV remote didn't work, teabags not replaced etc etc In General: it is not welcoming for guests to enter a 4^ hotel and be met by an airport-style metal detector - I understand this is to deter guests from buying in water, beer, food etc. So my recommendation is that this hotel would be fine for a short stay on a B&B only basis but bear in mind the hotel's many short-comings and don't expect the usual 4* standards

The room was clean, the tv was a 70's style, no mini bar in room as stated, a good sea view if you had a room at a higher level, no hotel or pool bar open, had to buy bottle drinks from hotel shop at very high price, a bottle of local wine from a supermarket was around £8, and the same bottle from the hotel shop was £23, the hotel didn't allow as bring food or drinks from outside shops, 1 morning we went for breakfast as normal only to discover that there wasn't much food or cups and plates left,This hotelmust have bribed someone for the extra stars, my option this hotel falls well below 2 stars.

Dünya da sayılı turizm kenti olan Antalya nın en güzel konumundaki 4 yıldızlı bir otelde tamamen hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Tamam belki sezon olmadığı için olabilir fakat bari otel hizmete kapalıdır deyip reklamını yapmayın hiç değilse, kahvaltı tabağı berbat, akşam yemeği berbat otel boş yani bu durum karşısında bişey diyemiyorum. Bir tek personel güler yüzlüydü diyebilirim.

Otelin tek iyi yanı manzarası. Bir yıl öncesinde de bu otelde kalmıştık. Ozaman da yenilenmesi gerektiği düşünmüştüm ama manzarası nedeni ile tekrardan tercih ettik. Fakat Otel bu sefer daha da eskimiş, kahvaltı kötüleşmiş, akşam yemeği de kötüydü, yatak çok rahatsız.
