Reasonable price and convenient to the airport. Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist.

The check in girl was surly and I’m not surprised as every guest trying to enter had problems. I did not receive entry instructions. It was stressful. On a lesser note. Toilet roll ran out every night . There was constantly urine on and around toilet. The kitchen, which was good , had someone surly ironing in there all day. Not very relaxing

Checkin rubbish had to phone up and i dont speak soanish. Luckily somebody else dud. Key left in an envelope when i got through the door Cold shower but this was put right once the manager came. I had chosen yo share a bathroom and this was very clean and modern. Shared kitchen was great. Seating outsude was great. Middle of nowhere long way to big supermarket but felt the area was safe
