Stoneridge Resort

This place has everything! Full kitchen, a golf course with a restaurant (great food, and nice salad bar), a big pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, tennis, racquetball, pickle ball, volleyball, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, and an 18 hole mini golf course! We had the best time staying here for our trip to Silverwood theme park (30min drive). We couldn't wait to get back to the resort! They have a little store with snacks & drinks, and a wonderful little gift shop. Parking could not have been easier. You can also rent bicycles (for a low cost). Oh, and walking trails! Plus there's a convenience store less than a 5min drive away (we had to run up and grab milk). The resort is so laid back and was very relaxing after busy days at the park. Beautiful grounds.. everything was so clean. Simply amazing. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, and there were plenty of amenities to keep the kids and family entertained. The condition of some things could have been better. Not all the rec center games were working, and the water features around the mini golf course were turned off. Room was spacious and quiet, but we wish the dishes in the dishwasher were washed and ready at check-in, and ice already frozen in the freezer trays. (Apparently there was some mix up with housekeeping, so I assume that's why it was done late.) But I'd definitely stay here again. Note: check-out is listed on hotels.com as 10am; in reality that's only on Fridays (noon the other days).

Very peceful environment. Lots of things to do that are included with your stay. Frendly staff. Great location. 10 min from bass fishing at spirit lake. 25 min from silverwood Amusement park. Fun mini golf course. Great pool, sauna and spa. Rec center had everything from corn hole, full size indoor basketball court, vollyball and racketball courts. Golf and driving range. you name it they had it.Totally recomend this place.

The resort itself was wonderful to stay with our children. The mini golf was so fun, the kids loved the arcade room and the saunas and hot tub were nice! Lots of options for at the resort fun. The only negative I could really say is the dish network wasn’t working but we rented a movie from the rec center! And there were a couple of things in the bathroom that were broken (inside door handle and bathtub spout). Other than that we loved our stay.

The rec centre and bbq areas were great for large families. It was very reasonable for all the amenities.

The first night the hot tub wasn’t heated but was fixed the next morning. We will definitely be back!!

Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby.

I loved the one bedroom condo with full kitchen. The bed could have been a little softer for my taste but nothing a mattress topper couldn't fix. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook every day. We took advantage of some of the activities the resort offers like the hot tub, steam room and sauna. We also played ping pong and air hockey. The mini golf had a nominal fee but we still enjoyed our time playing. The property is beautiful and I would recommend staying here if you are in the area. Lots of activities to keep kiddos busy but it was also nice for us as a couple.

Love staying here! Only con is the location as it is far from town but we love the fun kid activities, indoor pool, hot tub, and all the rooms have kitchens. We will be back!

We got in and the front desk lady, Nicole is super pleasant and nice to work with! I wish her all the best in her life! The room itself… was a hot mess. The A/C would not stay on at all and the room was extremely hot upon entry. The fan was super dusty and the room smelled musty. The toilet was dirty, underneath the lid was even worse, pee everywhere and pubic hairs. The shower had left over soap scum and questionable dried yellow stuff on the wall. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. It’s like sleeping on bricks. Was very uncomfortable all night and didn’t get very much sleep. The dishwasher full of dishes looked dirty despite saying clean. There were fingerprints still on cups and the cups were visibly dirty still with lip prints on them. I think my husband and I left the room cleaner than when we got in. We cleaned as we got in and right before we left. Had to check out early due to medical issues and again, Nicole was absolutely amazing. She’s so sweet and understanding and we’d come back just because of her. I hope the owners read their customers complaints and take action because that hotel is absolutely beautiful and I’d hate to see it go further down hill. Also, maybe make an adults only time for the pool and rec center. Even if it’s just 2 hours(10 PM to 12 AM) I don’t mind kids but we’d love to have a more relaxed time without being splashed in the face or having kids in the hot tub swimming around and making tons of noise.

It’s a very beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool, spa and Rec room actives as well as the mini golf. The one bedroom suite was very nice and clean. My only complaint is the microwave needs to be replaced. You can’t even read the numbers or settings on the dials because they are so faded. Small microwaves like the one in this room are inexpensive to replace. Everything else in the room was very nice.

The property is very run down, moldy bathroom, tvs out dated and dont work, lights burned out in room, sink plumbing smells like fish. The toilet felt like it was falling through. The couch was filthy and stained. The check in staff was nice but the overnight early morning staff was not. The food at the restaurant was ok. Wouldn't choose to stay again. Was close to a Venue that's it

Beautiful, peaceful, clean property. The complimentary coffee paired well with the back porches incredible view was very nice to have. Our family really loved the steam & sauna rooms. The room was spacious, clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen. I would recommend to bring groceries or there is a grocery store 15-20 mins near Spirit Lake. Our family will definitely be back and we recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the comfortable bed and full kitchen in our condo. The whole resort is gorgeous, clean, and well-kept. We chose Stoneridge because of all its amenities— mini golf, huge pool, tennis courts, game room, hot tub, and saunas. It was less than half an hour drive to Silverwood, which was the purpose of our trip, and located near the charming town of Spirit Lake. We loved our stay and would choose this resort again in the future. The only negative feedback I have is regarding the resort staff— we met one woman who was extremely nice, but the other three we came across were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and uninformative. Just not well-suited for work in hospitality. Other than that, it was an absolutely lovely place, peaceful, fun, beautiful, and comfortable.

The amenities and location are great for people going to Silverwood. Our room unfortunately was not clean there were dirty towels and the blankets smelled really bad. We also asked for the sofa made to be ready for checkin and it wasn’t and the blankets for that smelled unwashed. No toiletries in the bathroom so bring your own. But the amenities were great. The bbq area, pool, hot tub, rec room etc were great. Very accessible from Silverwood for people visiting for that.

Housekeeping was certainly subpar. When we arrived there was a dirty towel and washcloth still in the room. Several towels in our room were stained with makeup or sharpie. Otherwise it was a good stay. Everyone was friendly and quiet. There were lots of activities to do, the kitchen was stocked with just about every dish you could need. Most dining and shopping is at least 40 minutes away so plan for that, but it’s a really beautiful area and we didn’t mind the drive. We would stay there again, but we would definitely check the room more thoroughly before beginning to unpack.

The cons were the bed was uncomfortably hard, the air conditioning only goes down to 68 and it only cools one room, the rest of the unit was warm. Also, the marketplace was more of a souvenir shop and had little to do with stuff one may actually need if they were staying long term. Adding some groceries and toiletries to the marketplace would be good and the facility would benefit from an onsite restaurant as the pub and grill (which is not attached but near, attached the the Golf Course) has low par food, is quite pricey for what you get and takes 2.5 hours to get food and the waitresses will not keep you stocked with drinks in the meantime. They walk by, don’t talk to you and seem overwhelmed. So more comfy beds would be great, air conditioning that is a little more effective for the whole unit and some groceries would be a great addition to the place.

Loud all night

The bed was very uncomfortable.

My 3-4th time coming here and I hope the price stays where it is. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot. Full use of a resort area with pool, tennis, mini golf, basketball and more. It has a ma and pa feel to it. The rooms are like 1985 but I don’t care it was clean, the beds were comfy and you have your own mini apartment. There’s coin laundry down the hall and a fully stocked kitchenette. Perfect spot to do silverwood or just unwind with the kids doing their own thing. Where they going to go? We love it.

Great property. Don’t let the outside of the rooms fool you. The hallways are pretty out dated. But once you go inside the room is perfect. We were comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Skip the restaurant though. Overpriced and the food was terrible. It’s a golf course restaurant, so most people are there to drink.

This property is in a very rural town of Idaho, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. The restaurant on the golf course (which you can eat at) has very limited options and is expensive for the quality of food there. At check-in, Sabrina told us about all the amenities and where we could find our room. She was super kind and pleasant. In the room, the A/C is only in the bedroom so the living area was very warm. Only after booking and getting an email from the resort, we were made aware that this is a timeshare condo place with some nightly stay options. It was nice to have a dinette in the room, and they have a dishwasher which was full of cups and silverware but they don’t provide you dishwasher detergent to actually clean them upon leaving. Before checking out, you have to completely clean up after yourself, and take out the garbage and start the dishwasher (without detergent). When we were checking out I asked the front desk if we were supposed to take garbage out and the gal that was there was horrendous. She did not have any customer service characteristics. If I hadn’t have read the fine print of a long winded letter in the room, we wouldn’t have taken the trash out. Most hotels the maids come in and take it for you so it was news to us. The room was dated, and smelled of must and old people. The room doors are not very noise friendly and there are sizable gaps. Beds were very firm.

Check in was exceptional. Nicole was friendly, informative and even showed us to our room. Room was good with kitchen and separate bedroom. Nice balcony with chairs. Interior style and furnishings are mediocre and A/C cools bedroom 10 degrees below rest of unit. Exterior and grounds are very nice.

Great amenities, kind staff, well equipped room/kitchenette. Room was clean, but dated. Our only real complaint was the beds were not comfortable. Pool was huge and great temp. Kids loved it. Mini golf also dated but the kids had a blast. The actual golf course was beautiful and a delight to play. And we were there for July 4th, the resort put on a spectacular show of fireworks. I dont think many small communities could ever compete! Thanks to those volunteers and folks who made it so special!

Wonderful property. Large 1 bedroom was spacious with a beautiful view of the golf course. Rec center was fun with kids and the daily activities were an added bonus when there as smoke and we stayed inside.

Our stay at this resort would have been outstanding. Problem is the room next to us had a some very loud young children who would run up and down the hallways. As it turns out the “parents” had left a young girl to watch the kids while they were out having fun. Luckily for us Nicole and Cass from the front desk attempted to intervene. The people next door were very aggressive, ultimately the sheriff had to be contacted. They did not talk to the neighbors but a report was filed in case the people next door escalated their aggressive stance. My hat is off to the front desk staff….

Nicole was amazing when we checked in, great room and we enjoyed eating at the golf course restaurant again, so good! When we checked out the same person that did our check out last time was there and she very rude both times. I can see they are all stressed but I won’t go back if that is how I’m treated.

It’s a nice resort but parking was not great and it was hard to reach the front desk just kept going to voicemail.

It was a good stay. It felt family friendly and the staff was courteous. The recreation center was very good. The parking was a little tight and was always full for finding a parking spot. The location was great for driving to Silverwood and Spokane,.

We booked our stay at the resort to accommodate a visit to Silverwood. The room rate offered at the time of our booking was exceptionally reasonable compared to everything else in the area, especially considering all the amenities. Love that the resort is out of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and serene location. Room was spacious with everything we needed. Lots to do at the rec center and on the grounds. Next time we'll skip Silverwood and just hang at the resort! Our only concern was the keyed doorknob entry to our room with no additional deadbolt or other lock system. Would have preferred additional locks on the room door and the sliding balcony door for added security. But overall, we loved it!

Love this property, super clise to Silverwood Theme Park and small towns to go shopping and about 45mins from Coeur d'alene

Great resort and friendly staff. Stock up on groceries before getting there. Closest market is 20-25 minutes away. Room has full kitchen.

Great place. We stayed here as home base to visit Silverwood. The amenities were great, rooms comfortable and area quiet. Would stay here again.

Wonderful property. Lots of things to do within. Far from other amenities like shopping and restaurants. You'll have to drive a good distance to reach almost anything.

Property is aged but well managed. Grill and Pub type restaurant is excellent. Loved the flat bread pizza appetizer. Kitchenettes are dismally stocked without a single cup, glass, or piece of silverware, yet had bowls, small saucer type plates. Appliances from an era long ago. Golf course looked challenging, but not so that most couldnt play it. You cant best the peaceful and beautiful location.

Beautiful place with great scenic views. Only downside was the one restaurant in walking distance closes at 9pm.

Unfortunately the attached restaurant was very limited due to staffing hotdogs and soup which was disappointing because it was Father’s Day weekend but there was a grocery store close by and we got to use the super cute kitchen in the room.

Reservation confirmation stated 4:00pm chexk in. Email 2 days prior stated 6:00pm. Messed with travel plans. No shampoo. Great food and service at the Grill.

Enjoyed my stay. A little disappointed by the no jumping in the pool rule for the kids & the rec desk manager was really intent on monitoring that. We enjoyed playing golf at the mini golf area and the bbq space. Overall would return— do note that there is not much open the first half of the week for food beyond 7pm nearby. Also bring shampoo— I forgot mine and went to the little market at 10:05 to try to buy some and they would not sell me shampoo because they closed at 10.

We've stayed at stoneridge resort multiple times, once a year for the past 5 years. Their golf course is amazing! They have lots of things for kids... putt putt golf, swimming pool, rec room, movie nights, etc. The pub/grill makes delicious food and drinks, and the new golf simulator is so cool! Close to spirit lake for more dining and shopping options, not too far from silverwood. Would highly recommend. :)

The only thing I wish there were more food options nearbye, but overall great stay, beautiful property. We were happy
