Stayed 1 night

I did not stay at the Aartpark Hotel. I was involved in an accident approximately 83 miles on I/90 after making the reservation and approx 72 miles short of the hotel. My vehicle was rendered unusable and while trying to arrange for a tow truck I also called the hotel to advise them of the situation and that we had no way to continue further that evening. I knew the reservation made just 2 hours earlier was not cancelable but did hope there might be some accommodation based on this situation. I was told the non-cancellation policy was rigid even in the case of my personal situation. I stayed that night in a local hotel just around the corner, 3 minutes away, from where my vehicle had been towed. This was not a happy experience.

Run down old motel, not as pictured. Very small, old room with NO service, The pictured buffet has not been served in years. There is no room cleaning, nothing. Not even hangers for your cloths though there is a rod. It's out of the way and run down. The lobby is shabby. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good value for the money but keep expectations in check. Had a 'forgotten/ abandoned' vibe to it. No breakfast! Basic but safe; close to village main Street.

This hotel is good only if you're looking to stay at lower price around Niagara falls. Otherwise it's expensive for the money paid just for sleeping. It could have been at a lower price considering there are no other facilities.
