The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was dated, dirty, and needed an upgrade. There weren’t any towels at the pool and I called twice for some but they never brought any. I had to leave the pool dripping wet.

Key points for me are the room rates, hot tub, dining options within the building and the filling complimentary breakfast. Some of the facilities are dated and could use some upkeep and the elevator happened to be out of order for the weekend which could be a problem for some patrons, but these deficits didn't make a major impact for myself. The washroom was small, the room smelled musty, the pool water temperature was freezing, one of the waterslides weren’t in working order, the sauna wasn’t working, the hot tubs jets barely worked, they ran out of towels inside the pool area, the continental free breakfast was awful, the temperature control in the hotel room wasn’t up to date it got too hot and then too cold. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again.

Extremely noisy I listened to semi’s driving by all night. We picked this hotel for the hot tub which was broken and they didn’t tell us. All the workout equipment was broken.

Would not recommend! There was two elevators and one was completely out of service and the other should have been as we got stuck 3 times in it and unfortunately we weren’t the only ones. The worst part about it is when we finally got out of the stuck elevator, all the stairways were locked and you couldn’t get to any of the floors except for the main floor. Our room was fine but upon walking in the heat was on full blast and it must have been about 30 degrees in the room. Even after figuring out how to turn it off it took quite some time to cool down. Unfortunately the quite some time was about 8 AM the next day so needless to say was not a good sleep.

The room was okay but there was hair on the sheets, the alarm clock was wrapped in duck tape. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, wall paper was peeling off, pillows were tiny. Won’t be back to stay again for the price

The hotel is very old and not clean. The hotel had a strange smell in the hallways. the key cards never worked. The pool had rust dripping from the walls and green algae growing on the other wall.The only thing decent about this place was the continental breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

No snow removal in the parking lot. Our room obviously had not been cleaned except for the bed was made. When we opened the Keurig there was an old coffee pod in it and the water was gross. The shower had not been cleaned. The main light in the room flickered. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. There was a draft coming from one of the windows. I might have complained if we had been staying more than one night, but we were so tired we just made the best of it, slept and then left.

The pool was falling apart and walls had green film growing. It smelt moldy and it was dirty. We seen beetles floating in the water. The stairs up to the slide was dark and moldy with a slimy film on stairs. We also had to walk through a maze of hallways to get to our room and as we did a strong smell of weed came from many rooms on the first floor. Once in the room, the toilet had poop stains from guest before us. The ac unit was loud.

The hotel itself is dingey and old. The room had three doors….the hall, an adjoining door as well as an outside door. The room is right by the lobby door. Every time that door opened, the room door shook. If someone was in the hall, it was like they were in your room. The lights flickered when you turned them on. The air conditioner was very loud and ran funny. The sheet was stained. There was long hair on the bed. The cleaning lady was rude, the breakfast attendant was rude. The rooms are too expensive for what you are actually staying in. Very disappointed in Travelodge Lloydminster.

Lobby is very nice but west wing, which we were told is the new part of hotel, is very old and outdated. Rooms and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Very noisy in room from main road. Did not take off shoes carpet was so old and dirty looking. Would not recommend to stay here

Hotel is very old and dated. For the price it was fine. Just manage your expectations. The rooms are small and need an update but were clean enough. Lots of pillows on beds but pretty lumpy. I think the top floor of the hotel is vacant. The area seemed fine but we heard about people coming in to lobby off the street so probably not the greatest area. The hotel itself was very quiet. There was a restaurant and bar that we didn’t check out but nice to have options. The breakfast was fine - had pancakes and waffles which were well received by my kids. You get vouchers at check in to give to the hostess in the breakfast room. The water slides are very fun despite the moldy windows. My kids didn’t want to leave. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Asked for more towels and they dropped them off and made the beds at the same time. Fine to stay at this hotel if you know what to expect before hand.

At check in the staff was having trouble with check in due to being booked through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel, so it took along time just to get a room.They where extremely kind and apologetic about it though. Only 1 slide at the pool was working but the other one was still fun and the hot tub was nice. The pool area was kind of dirty, the floors and corners of the area looked like they were in need of a good scrub. The tv in our room was also not working properly

The stay was good, the house keeping and front desk was really good. The breakfast was disappointing, the lady that was working was rude and just straight up not nice. They had ran out of food and there were still a lot of people, her response was nope they are good. The younger lady working did go get more food, but the one lady was not happy about it. Then A family showed up a couple minutes before it closed with 3 little kids and she told them it was closed. Her customer service skills were terrible and she in my opinion shouldn’t have a job as I heard lots of complaints about her. Rooms were clean, but we never had hot water in our showers, warm but not hot. The pool was fun for the kids.

We got in late, after 1:30am and waited over 30minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in! Call the front desk over 8 times, in hopes someone would come to the desk to check us in, no one did. We were just about to leave and someone showed up, no apologies! It was late so we stayed but under different circumstances I would have looked for a different hotel!

The fact that you can not have a room with cash or debit but they will only accept credit.... terrible. I do not have a credit card but I do have hard earned honest money and they turned our family away at 10:00pm. Even though we had a reservation with Expedia. Also the lady serving was sharp and rude. I have never left a poor review for anything in my life, this is my first. We went down the street to the BCMI hotel and they gladly took our cash and damage deposit. Fed us a beautiful breakfast and we had a blast in their pool and on the slide. Do better travelodge.

Hahaha.. to start off we were given the wrong key, someone was already in our room. We were located near the elevator, while a hockey tournament was underway. Numerous knocks on the doors and running away. And late night drama in the parking lot until 3am made for a very sleepless night.

When I arrived to check in, I was given a room. 3rd floor at the very end. I took all my stuff up. Once I was there, I could hear a tv on inside and there was a do not disturb sign on door for shift work. I did not want to walk in on someone, so I took all my stuff and went back downstairs to the lobby. I told the person working and she said she would go check. She left and came back and said that I was good to go back, and no one was there. So, I took all my stuff back up and the sign was still there and could still hear noises. So, I decided to knock first. A guy opened the door in his underwear and was very angry that I disturbed him. I apologized and took all my stuff all the way back down the lobby. Ask the girl at check in if she even went to check. It was apparent that she did not actually go check. She gave me another room. That room was missing the microwave, and the air conditioner was broken so it was extremely warm. I had to AGAIN go back to the lobby. She then moved me again to another room. It was not the same as what I booked online. I was supposed to have a couch, and I didn't. I was there for work and wanted to have a space to relax after work and watch tv. I was not moving rooms again. My key stopped working the next day. Then rooms are old and outdated unlike the pictures online. They were clean at least.

My family found this hotel to be “scetchy”. The pictures make the hotel look way better then it was. The hallways reeked of smoke stench and weed:/ our phone rang twice between 5:45am and 6am waking us all up. The breakfast was good but the food was only lukewarm and we were there quiet early. The area isn’t the best, nore the walk all the way to the rooms. Would not recommend to others.

The hotel was nice and some updates have been done. The pool area had mould/mildew growing and we didn’t feel comfortable to swim. There were severely intoxicated patrons outside when we went for dinner that evening and we had to avoid them for quite some time, as it didn’t feel safe. Close to the highway and convenient for what we needed for the evening. The continental breakfast was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and allowed me to check out the pool area before we decided to get a room. There was 2 water slides which my kids loved and spent hours playing. The pool area was dated but the water was a good temp and the hot tub was nice. The steakhouse located there was delicious and the service was excellent as was the meals (my family all got steak dinner). The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again.

A very nice stay for the price. The facility and room are older and kinda rustic but I enjoyed the ambiance and spaciousness. The staff were great. There were plenty of choices for food and drink but I got in late and didn’t take advantage. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable

My keyboard didn't work most of the time had to get it activated multiple times and I never have it by my phone. The hallway fire door got jammed. Could not open either way major sadly Hazzard. The hotel smelt like cigerates and the pool water was gross the hot tub was dirty and not hot. Breakfast hash browns tasted stale and a day old. Didn't receive ebkuch breakfast coupons had to go back each day to get more. Checking in took way too long. There was a major line up and the check in ladies wasted alot of time joking around with each other and chatting instead of getting thru the line quickly. The one who checked me in couldn't get my name right once and told me I booked with a master card. I don't own a MasterCard so that was not correct.
