The staff is amazing. Always friendly and ready to assist. There is a large parking lot which is a huge plus. Looks like at some point there might have been a guard but no longer there. The rooms are very small but not too bad. Our room had a couple of cleanliness issues but got taken care of. The hotel offers a delicious free breakfast! Overall, a great stay. Would stay there again and would recommend.

En mi caso ocupaba espacio para estacionar una maquinaria de construcción, el espacio del estacionamiento fue conveniente, ademas utilice su centro de negocios y todo muy bien. Solo el baño deja que desear, el lavabo no tiene buena pendiente/tapado, entonces los residuos se van quedando, y la cortina de regadera es de una tela que parece mas cortina de ventana que de baño.

Location because it was close to a friend’s house. I’d like to mention that bedding in general is not clean as it should be. Sheets and mattresses covers are no changed after each guests vacates the room; also, pillows are very dirty. The sink in the bathroom is very shallow and it was clogged up, making difficult to run water as needed when trying to wash hands or brush teeth. Bathroom was also very stinky; this is proof that cleaning is not a priority. This is the last time I stay at this hotel. No complaints about employees in the reception or breakfast area.

I would say this is a perfect hotel for the price especially, the only downside is you can really hear what’s going on around you, earplugs to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Other then that, place was great, staff was absolutely wonderful.

When we arrived, we were asked what floor we would like. Which I really liked that they asked. The sheets were dirty, it had hair from previous customers. I asked the front desk for clean sheets. They were very willing to help me with that! The breakfast was delicious! I loved it!

1st room had mites, I was then moved and the 2nd room had bed bugs. Woke up to an arm filled with bites. I booked for 3 nights and asked for a reimbursement and both EXPEDIA AND THE HOTEL have given me the run around. Supposedly calling the hotel so they can authorize the refund and they said no one ever called. Horrible experience and nasty nasty nasty hotel room. I would stay here when they opened and thought they would keep up with maintenance but I was obviously wrong. NWVER STAYING HERE AGAIN even if it was free, I’d rather sleep in my car in the side of a rode than to book this place again.

1st room had mites, I was then moved and the 2nd room had bed bugs. Woke up to an arm filled with bites. I booked for 3 nights and asked for a reimbursement and both EXPEDIA AND THE HOTEL have given me the run around. Supposedly calling the hotel so they can authorize the refund and they said no one ever called. Horrible experience and nasty nasty nasty hotel room. I would stay here when they opened and thought they would keep up with maintenance but I was obviously wrong. NWVER STAYING HERE AGAIN even if it was free, I’d rather sleep in my car in the side of a rode than to book this place again.
