El hotel es nuevo, los cuartos son pequeños, el estacionamiento también es pequeño, solo tiene un elevador y estaba fallando, no funciona el botón del 3er piso, las habitaciones pequeñas pero funcionales, no tienen refri, pero si cafetera, la cama es cómoda, pero las almohadas muy pequeñas y nada cómodas, el lavabo tiene una llave muy pequeña y algo incómoda, el desayuno variado, muy rico y suficiente!! Esperemos regresar pronto y tener una mejor experiencia!!

Terrible, the room wasn’t bigger than a closet and the bathroom, uffff, you have to walk side ways to enter. The air conditioner wind hit you in the face all night, couse it’s half the size of the room. 1, yes only 1 mini elevator for 4 floors with 72 rooms. 2 persons with luggage and you have to wait 20 minutes for the next one. And be careful getting in and out because the floor is broken and they even left the pieces there to slip over. The front glass door was broken, good exercise trying to open it. Don’t get me wrong, I had stayed in worse places, but not many, not many.

Es un hotel "comodo", no se escucha el ruido de la calle, a pesar d equipos esta la empresa Coca-Cola a un costado. Lo único malo, es que si se escucha el ruido de los pasillos del hotel. Le falta mantenimiento a pasillos y habitaciones (Nivel 1), el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia mucho ruido y enfriaba poco

The hotel room had poor lighting. The chain lock on the door was loose with only one screw on. The shower gel was the same as the soap that was nearby the sink to wash hands. It was evident that window wall was being worked on. The job was left half ways and it did not look aesthetically nice. Room service knocked on our door at 9am while we where still sleeping and not ready to check out.

The place is fair for the price. Our bed was comfortable but there were things that made our stay less comfortable. Traffic is insane at night. You can clearly hear the vehicles as if u were in the street. The outlet next to the sink doesn’t work, the AC was dropping water, staff could care less, they are on their phone all the time and their is no ventilation in the halls it’s muggy and hot.

Staff was very helpful and attentive to are needs. We negotiated to use the bus for are special even. They have buffed style breakfast everyday. Room was clean it has a blow dryer A/C / Heater and TV. Enough plugs for your electronics. We didn’t like that we had to ask for the remotes at the front desk. We also had to leave are DL at the desk if we wanted to use the iron. They didn’t have enough towels in the bathrooms and if we would ask for more they said they didn’t have extras. The beds were okay not the best. Parking was limited as well. Over all okay I guess you get what you pay for.

I booked a 2 queen bed for the night, when we got there the guy at the front desk was complaining that they couldn’t find my reservation. I gave him all my info then he complained that Expedia was a hassle to work with because he couldn’t charge me. He wanted me to call Expedia to fix it. After many arguments and minutes he finally charged me then gave me a 1 bed room!!!! 1 bed for 3 adults, he told me that they were sold out. I requested more pillows and blankets it took 3 hours for me to get them. My husband asked for ice and was given a 12 inch block straight on his hand, nothing to carry it in. I literally just bursts out laughing. When we got back from our engagement there was 1 parking left next to the fence were there was a drinking party going on. We could have gone somewhere else but we were limited on time when we arrived and had no choice but to stay.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff was not friendly, the receptionist, or all very cold. None welcoming, did not give any sense of direction. A little rude. They do have free Breakfast, but also the staff was not helpful. I think the only people that were nice where the cleaning ladies. They’re actually was a man outside that let us park in a closer area. That was helpful. They’re remodeling outside, so you have to park in the dirt. The restrooms are pretty small.

No hay muchas opciones para comer, aunque hay una plaza enfrente está casi abandonada, y paea poder pasar es un caos la avenida, en cuanto a las instalaciones el aire acondicionado del lobby no servía, por lo cual fue horrible e incómodo trabajar en esas condiciones. El desayuno buffet te lo sirve una trabajadora, que no sabe tratar a la gente, no tienes acceso directo a los alimentos como en otros hoteles donde tú escoges que comer, la señora te lo sirve y de mala manera, espero hagan algo.

I had stay at this hotel multiple for the last 10 years. The breakfast was very good. Not this time, had burn waffles and no syrup. I did asked and one of the girls in charge state that’s all we had. Very limited food. Very disappointed. The room had white towels but they are not white at all, looked dirty, more like beige towels. The floor is dirty/sand like they didn’t clean the floors this time.

Estimado Sleep Inn Mexicali , Lazaro Cardenas. I feel like I have done this before but I have not. I wanted to write to you way before since I have stayed at this location way too many times and always notice stuff that is not worthy of mention but I think is time to voice my opinion. The location of your hotel was very convenient up until the city decided to build a new bridge like there is not enough throughout the city already. That being said the location is still convenient just a little tricky to get into the parking lot because if you blink you miss the entrance. Also I wanted to mention how the last few times the food has been trash and the coffee cold. The fee that you charge to stay should be enough to get a little better quality food also it doesn't help that guys have been cooking lately is totally not the same attention to food and coffee cold. I will continue to stay here because it very close to my family but I feel like you should have a different cheaper price for people that will not eat your food like myself. Gracias

Excellent customer service and housekeeping, rooms clean, breakfast needs to have a more variety of choices and keep up with making sure guests don't be waiting on line to long because kitchen stuff didn't put enough food, I think u need more staff in the kitchen there were only 2 employees.
