Good gym a little outdated small pool and good breakfast

This is recent stays together. This place is close to blue line, airport link and canal boats. Getting around is easy. There is a gym and pool that are small but nice. Staff is helpful and nice. They let me check in very early for a reason amount as I had an overnight flight. But there is inconsistency at check in, sometimes they want a deposit sometimes not. Price is reasonable when everything is considered together. Cleanliness, the linen is clean. Surfaces seem to be wiped down. In the kitchenette there was grease buildup above the burners. Food particles on the wall behind the sink. Both bathroom were in need of real cleaning, one looked like someone spit toothpaste on the back side, the other a used towel was hanging on the hook. Housekeeping obviously doesn’t look at the back of the doors. Dust and spider webs i. The door louver. Don’t look under the bed. The tub, sink and mirrors were wiped down but old mildew in the bathrooms. Vent didn’t work in one bath and the toilet kept running in the other. One place wires are sticking out of the wall and covered in electrical tape. There is water damage where the paint has buckled out, and it has obviously been this way for a while. AC filters were gross. Spare furniture and mattress left in the stairwells. Maybe it sounds like I am being picky but the rooms were junior suites and could be so much more if they just did deep cleaning and deferred maintenance in the rooms every couple weeks.

The staff is very nice, the rooms quite old. It is not really clean but it's easy to access from the airport and a good orice. Breakfast ist good, gym okay. Rooftop terrace is very best...great olace to soend the day.

Room was great. Breakfast was nice. Only problems experienced were - had to wait 45 minutes to check in despite arriving after the check in time - no apologies or explanation was offered. Upon check out, told to wait for confirmation that room was clean. Waited patiently and queried a couple of times, 30 minutes later i was told it was fine only after querying once again. Seems they forgot to relay the message. Lift broke several times but seemed to be fixed quickly.

Older property with deferred maintenance, but not unclean, that is the only reason for the average score. They are aware of it and sign says they will be remodeling. I got a junior suite for $44. It was bigger than my house in Krabi. Decent breakfast for a reasonable price. Nice gym but didn’t get to use it because of my short stay. Clean pool. Limited view but it is in the heart of Bangkok and again a super good price and value.

Hotel is situated in a small alley near the Asok boat Pier and also the Metro station Phetchaburi. Location is quiet, at least the room i had. You wake up to birds instead of traffic noise. The budget rooms are small and not very convenient but still functional. The others are really providing valuable for the cost. Breakfast amazing with a good variety of food. Pool is much smaller than on the photos but ok to quickly cool down in.

Great location. Rooms a bit dated but the views from the rooftop garden was amazing.. the staff at the front counter were great especially Nu who kindly upgraded my room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is located down the lane about 300 m so well isolated from the heavy traffic noise of that area. It’s good access to restaurants and bars nearby and also plenty of transit choices within a 10 minute walk including the canal boats. Property is fairly well equipped with maintenance issues not being addressed, such as broken equipment, tile, work, and get in slow elevator while I was there. Prices were going up for the rooms and the Feet in November, which was a turn off.

AVOID. The reviews on this website beggar belief - this place is a complete dump, 2 star at best but more like 1 star. It is a disgrace to show this as a 4 star hotel and having a discount from $202 to $62. It is not worth $25. Nothing worked in the room except the kettle and the fridge. The room was filthy with broken, worn furniture; old, broken television with badly-scratched plasma screen and poor channel reception (impossible to use and even if you did use it, you would be sitting on the tiny, cheap, cigarette burned 2-seater sofa that probably came from IKEA 20 years ago); useless internet; filthy cooker that was probably broken anyway; old, worn, small towels; no plug in the sink, aircon that was either too hot (bedroom) or too cold (living space) despite being set at 23 throughout. The lift couldn't handle more than 3 people or 2 people with baggage (overload sign flashing so someone had to get out). It gets one star rating because the bed was comfortable (albeit the room was too hot) and quiet (down an alley from the main road). I didn't eat here in case the standards in the kitchen were the same as the room. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 21 and there is nothing else worth visiting in the vicinity. This is, by some distance, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Thailand and I am amazed that anyone could give this place a positive review. Of course, it is possible that I drew the short straw and every other room is perfect but I doubt it. TERRIBLE

ARLで来る方、マッカサンから屋根付遊歩道を通ってMRTペッチャブリ駅に着いたら\u3000M2出口\u3000から出れば道路を横断せずにすみます。部屋は清潔で広く静か、電子レンジや湯沸かしポットがあり、大きな冷蔵庫の中に無料の水2本が冷やしてありました。シャワー室と洗面所の床が濡れても滑らない素材で良かった。スタッフの方々は穏やかで親切です。豪華さは無いけれど1人でも安心して宿泊可。

The apartment was dirty old furniture bad condition With my 45 visit to thailand this is worst experience ever... I chose it as it walking distence to rutinen hospital but regret it I booked 3 nights and left second night even i lost what I paid.

Clean and Safe Hotel in a secure area

This property is extremely dated, dirty and the rooms are insecure. Nothing works from showers that put more water on the floor than in the shower, to broken insecure door locks, to grime and filth everywhere. Categorically THE worst place I’ve stayed in Bangkok. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESIDENCE: the reviews are VERY misleading

Ett väldigt rymligt hotell med mycket stora rum, bra städning och extremt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Åtminstone mitt rum var lite slitet men det var mer något man lade märke till om man började kolla på detaljer. Hotellet är beläget cirka 14 minuters promenad från Asoke BTS station I Söderling riktning och ungefär lika långt i samma riktning, även en mindre familjeägd kemtvätt som hade bra priser. Det finns även några mindre restauranger bara några minuter ifrån hotellet och en större 7-eleven bara några meter ifrån hotellet. Som skrivet ovan, personalen på hotellet är otroligt hjälpsamma och otroligt trevliga, har man något problem på något sätt så kan personalen säkert hjälpa på något sätt. Är man en större grupp som reser eller en familj så är dettaa hotell bra, framförallt med rummen som har kök. Nackdelen är väl promenaden till Asoke BTS men lite motion är bara nyttigt.

I suspect the hotel did not change the bed sheet or pillow cases even though I did not indicate not to change. By the 2nd night, I had bug bites and got woken up as a result. The towels look like they have never been replaced since day 1. I don't think I would go back even though the staff there are friendly and helpful. There should be a measure of hygiene and cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.

In good spot, convenient, super clean

Drainage in shower space was bad condition. Water went out very slowly.

My room was next to the elevator, and the noise from it was bothering me. The next day, when I mentioned it to the reception, they immediately gave me a bigger room.

The room was very spacious, but quite dated with a lot of broken furniture and fixtures. All in all the value for money was decent, but a horrible check out experience where they first tried to quietly charge me for "CD" that was never taken makes me hesitant to return to this hotel.

シャワーの水圧が弱い。 エレベーターがとにかく遅い。

お湯の出が少しだけ良くなかっただけで、眺望のいい広い部屋は圧巻でした。お湯の出が改善されたらまたぜひ宿泊したいです。

Please ensure you do not book the basic room if you are a couple (it is way too small to accomodate 2)

Okay hotel. But it's a 20 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping and entertainment area. Which is also the location for the Asok BTS Train Station. There is a Metro station closer. Very good breakfast buffet, my king bed mini suite room was big and had two AC units. One in the living room and one in the bed room. So, it kept the room cool. The TV is in the living room. No TV in the bedroom. The staff are very helpful. Extra towels were easy to get. It's located down a dead end short street, so it's away from the traffic noise on the main street. It's quiet at night at the hotel.

The suite was big and spacious but 2 of the A/C were leaking water and some of the fixtures around the unit needed some attention. But overall it was a really pleasant stay.

What a lovely place to stay the staff were excellent from start to finish very helpful and accommodating after my flight was delayed.

Nice double room with a small balcony. Very helpful reception staff giving directions to Jim Thompson House and Don Meung airport. Good stay.

If you are looking for a convenient hotel in the Asoke area it is great for the price. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. I came in at 01:45 am from BKK airport. No problem with late check in.

Très propre, arrangeant, je m’étais trompé sur la réservation, j’avais pris 2 lits simples pour moi et ma copine, ils m’ont au final surclassé gratuitement pour 2 lits 2 places.

駅近ではないが、便利な立地。部屋は広く快適。スタッフは親切。悪い所は、コンセントの位置が悪く使いづらい、シャワー等のお水が臭う。

MRTペチャブリー駅、ARLマッカサン駅、アソークPierがすぐ近くで、交通機関を利用するのに最適な立地です。しかし、オフィス街にあるそうなので、渋滞は常にすごく、タクシーには向かないなぁと思います。スワンナプーム空港を14時に出て、ホテルまで1時間20分かかってしまいました。 ホテル入り口にセブンイレブンがあるので、生活には困りませんでした。お土産もそこで調達できるので、パッキングで余ったスペースを使い切る事ができました。 また、スタッフの皆さんの対応は素晴らしく、いつも笑顔で、気持ちよく滞在する事ができました。バンコクには、また行くので、次も利用したいです。

-Nice facility and room, with a 7/11 right by the side. -Great breakfast and service. -A few very nice staff to give full credit to for their help. -Facing a heavy traffic main street when the peak hits.

Gammalt litet hotell som gjorde sitt bästa för att leva upp till sina 4 stjärnor. Tillmötesgående personal som är behjälpliga hela tiden. Väldigt bra frukost.

Es un hotel antiguo pero bueno en muchos aspectos, buen aseo, buen trato del personal, la ubicación es muy buena (está a 3 cuadras de una estación de metro y a 4 cuadras de una de las estaciones del tren q va desde y hacia el aeropuerto, así q llegar en tren es super económico y fácil) un aspecto a destacar y super importante para mí es q tienen un desayuno buffet muy bueno, así q en términos generales el hotel vale la pena, la relación calidad precio es buenisima

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok. The water pressure was at best a trickle for the shower. The removable shower head was falling off the wall. The rain fall shower trickled. At one point I tried to use the bumb gun didn't reach. The vanity was falling apart. The staff for breakfast could barely keep interest. The cleaning staff were friendly and nice. But the bare toiletries they offer are toothbrush's and cotton swabs. Asked repeated times to have certain things fixed. Never happened. Rats everywhere downstairs. Rant over.

空港やMRTのアクセスが良く、また近くの運河を利用すれば中心地まで10分で1本で安く移動出来ます。 また、朝食バイキングが非常に美味しく、毎日違うメニューで飽きない
