Excellent everything. Beautiful room. Incredible views. Spectacular beach. All personnel were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Every request granted with smiles. The best beach chairs with umbrella to look at the nicest beach.

After staying at many beach hotels up and down the Florida coast I can say with experience and certainty that The Pearl Hotel is a rare jewel. From the minute that you step out of the car until the moment when you have to regrettably leave their employees treat you like royalty. I wish I could have read their names tags because the customer service was over the top spectacular offering genuine smiles and a real and true helpfulness that made you feel special and happy to be sharing the hospitality of their auberge. The town is truly unique as it transports you to the feels of a small European village beside one of the most gorgeous beaches in Florida. The hotel restaurant Havana Grill has combined extraordinary Cuban cuisine along with a cozy ambiance that takes you back in time to the atmosphere of a quaint little bistro that makes you forget the modern day chaos. The whole vibe of the hotel is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were amazingly clean and offer great views from their cute little balconies. They provide all the added extras to make you feel personally pampered from homemade cookies to cleaners for your glasses. The soap and shampoo smell divine and the beds are heavenly comfortable. They have a beautiful pool and spa. They offer bikes for riding around the area along with friendly suggestions from the caring staff. I cannot say enough good things about this unique gem of paradise along the Emerald coast.

Beautiful! Excellent customer service! Walkable to everything in Rosemary Beach or hop on a bike cruiser (provided by the hotel) and head to Alys Beach! Can’t wait to come back!!

Such a lovely hotel with views of the Gulf and an extremely friendly staff. Can’t wait to return when the pool is refinished!

We stayed over for just one night. We are local and wanted a mini get away for our anniversary. The personal touches we experienced exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel very special. Kimmie at check-in was awesome. She asked the reason for our stay and once we got to our room she sent up a very sweet card and bottle of champagne. There were several more surprises you receive as a guest, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone! Our room was very comfortable and large. The balcony view of the cobblestone street is beautiful. The beach and pool amenities including chairs, sunscreen, aloe, towels, and water were also very nice.

The elevator was broken for the elderly to get to rroftt

Absolutely beautiful property. Staff even better. Could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Amy at the front desk is a complete pro and proactively identifies wats to make your stay more enjoyable. Perfect location. Small little additions like homemade pimento cheese and fresh baked cookies delivered to your room is a really nice touch. Spa, roof top bar and nice pool. Cannot more highly recommend the Pearl! Looking forward to our next visit.

The pool was closed 3 of the 4 days as they were finishing a remodel. It seemed the staff was not ready for the main season starting. (March spring break) Wonderful people like Ben but service looked overwhelmed. I will go back in September to try it again. Wonderful place.

This is an amazing hotel. Staff is courteous. Hotel is super clean. Leas than a minute to get to the beach. Walking distance to many great restaurants.

Easy access to beach

This is our fourth stay at the Pearl. The front desk had someone “new” at the front desk so check in was not as efficient as it normally was in prior visits. I did receive a phone call after we had left stating that our credit card information had not made it into the system for payment of resort fees. I called immediately and was told an email link had been sent to me to pay. This was not correct information. I received another call with a voicemail. The timing was not good due to it being the holidays and my hosting my husbands birthday celebration. I contacted the Pearl on the 1st normal business day and when I asked for the person who had left the voicemail I was told he wasn’t there but could I hold. I asked for how long. The young lady said she was going to find someone else and I asked to go to voicemail since I had called during a break at my work place. I eventually hung up. I received another call from the gentleman who had left the message and described the experience and the hassle this had caused. He apologized, promised to provide training, and correct the errors. He very generously comped the resort fee and asked that we know they appreciated our returning several times. Outstanding result without asking. The Pearl itself is a beautiful, well maintained, spotless, hotel. So much to do within walking distance that we never even called the valet until we were leaving. Truly a treat and a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The location is also very centrally located and every place is pretty much of a walking distance. Very close to the beach and has beach access. The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly. I also got text messages to check on my stay during the days I was there or to tell me that I have missed the nightly snacks/treats since my privacy light was on and that it was available anytime I would want to. The town is charming, the hotel is nice. It’s probably the best place to stay in the area. We had a bad view and they tried making it up to us, but the hotel was full. The room was nice, baths are a bit dated with beige marble, but overall a good value for relatively lower priced rooms.

We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of other homes. I mentioned it and they said that it qualified as town view. Ugh. Otherwise it was great. Concierge was always helpful. Thanks Wendy Rooms are spacious and plenty of drawers. Nice robes beach bag with towels for beach. Yoga mat in room. We plan to be back.

Exceptional service by all. Luz was amazing at check in and front desk. Valet was nonstop willing to help. Michael G was phenomenal. We can not wait to go back. Top tier service.

Amazing experience all around. The food, cocktail's, staff, room were perfect and of course amazing hospitality.

Friendly, attentive staff. Convenient with high quality room service and a very good restaurant on site. Nice shopping areas close by along the covered walkways. Will definitely do The Pearl again.
