I love staying here !!! The only issue was parking.. it seems there is always not enough room and they wanted us to park across the busy highway which I personally couldn’t do because of the steep hill and my bad knee. I hope there’s other options by next summer. But still one of my favorite places in the summer for a fun Bigfork/ Flathead lake stay. Beds are super comfy and clean and love the sauna and super deep pool. ( and the fun lights )

It was about 3x more expensive than it was worth. They have a great photographer…. It took over a half hour to get someone to check me in. I actually had to call the hotel finally to get her to the office. Hot tub was super dirty.

Room surrounding property was generally rundown and dirty. Heater/air conditioning unit temperature control knob was broken so temperature could not be adjusted to maintain comfort level. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and full of dead floating bugs, pool cleaning net available in the pool area was broken and unusable.

I loved the amenities of having a sauna and pool and was so nice to have a shuttle downtown! Bed was super Comfy. great mini fridge and microwave and the coffee was local and really cute idea with the kettle instead of a boring drip coffee maker. I will be back!

Older and fairly clean. Found a dirty hand towel & the coffee maker was a kettle type and had a white layer of what looked like calcium deposits in the bottom so we didn't use it. Beds were clean & comfy. Outdoor pool was clean, but the hot tub had tree debris in it from the tree above it. Should be covered between uses. We stayed end of September and was still pricey at $160 per night. Will not ever stay there again at those rates.

Rose at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly! Room is large and comfortable. Pool and hot tub clean and well-maintained. Husband walked around barefoot in the room for a few minutes and the bottoms of his feet were black, so it definitely could be cleaner. Overall, it was a perfect stop on our motorcycle trip!

It was good. The only issues we had that were not good were: 1. The safe in the room was locked and we had to wait until the next morning for a man to come around and open it so we could use it. 2. Nice water pressure from the tub but the shower head needed to be cleaned or decalcified since the water was very weak out of the shower head. 3. The room next door partied loudly late at night - after midnight I had to knock on their door to ask them to please be quiet. The hotel should have someone walking around after 10 pm to make sure nobody is partying loudly.

Very typical motel, two stories, rooms that face the parking lot, no breakfast or 24-hour reception. A nice pool and very friendly staff. But the rooms are worn and older, thankfully the beds are comfortable. For a short stay it’s fine. I probably wouldn’t return for my next stay in Bigfork. Needs a remodel and new amenities, too many things in disrepair, old and beaten down. Daily maid service which is rare these days, but appreciated, just not much they can do to clean the place without a major overhaul first.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the pillows were the size of a travel pillow and not a bed pillow, when the heater turns on it sounds like a freight train coming through the room. It does have a pool, hot tub and sauna that was good. The staff is very accommodating.

We attended the Poker run and Rumble on the Bay this weekend from Hamilton. Location was perfect, very clean hotel, girls at front desk were amazing, they even called when I left something in my room. Definitely will come back again- love this area

The staff is very accomodating. I had booked a mountainview room, but also stated I needed wheelchair access. I received a message stating that all the mountainview rooms were on the second floor, and there was no elevator access. They readily changed our room to one that was very nice. Good size room, and best refrigerator I have seen in a hotel room. Nice size freezeer with it. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again.
