Pas mal! La réception est gentil, même qu’on a dit arriver vers 23h! Pas de soucis ! Trop cool ! La chambre fonctionne et propre ! Même trop de l’odeur de produits chimiques …. Faut réduire un peu peut être…. Femme de ménage gentille mais un peu bruyante la matinée dans le couloir! Parking pratique !

Descuidado, telarañas con sus arañas tanto en el exterior como en el interior, barandillas exteriores rotas o mal reparadas. Nos entregan la habitación con toallas sucias y usadas. No tiene aire acondicionado y el calor en las habitaciones en esta época no te deja dormir. Pagamos 2 noches y solo estuvimos 1, a las 6 de la mañana salimos huyendo

This hotel is in a terrible condition, very dirty and desrroyed. We found many bedbugs in our bed. The cleaness inside the roon is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was very dirty and there was no hot water. This biulding needs a completete renovation.

Arrivés dans la chambre le neon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas... On nous l'a donc changé. 10 min après notre arrivée, un gamin qui traînait sur le parking essayait d'ouvrir notre voiture. Les WC et la douche ne font qu'une seule et même pièce d'1m2. 3 distributeurs de savon au total (2 dans la douche et un vers le lavabo) et tous vides. Traces brunâtres sur les draps et wc; et brûlures de cigarette au sol sous le lavabo. La télécommande n'est pas celle qui va avec notre tv: elle a des piles mais la tv ne répond pas et est donc débranchée pour rester éteinte . Le miroir au dessus du lavabo n'a pas été nettoyé. Petit déjeuner correct mais s'il n'y a pas de machine à café, juste des brocs de café déjà préparés.

Il y avait une forte odeur dans toute la chambre qui venait de la douche, impossible de rester dans la salle de bain 5min à cause de l’odeur. Des cheveux et des tache jaune dans la douche, des cheveux dans le lit. des poils sur la cuvette. Mise à part ça le lit était malgré tout confortable et la pièce chaude.

Wish I could rate this lower than one star. Room looked nothing like the pictures, was not anywhere near a picturesque location. Rooms share a common outside door with the adjoining room. Bathroom has shower and toilet in one compartment, sink in another. Walls are paper thin. Beds are uncomfortable. only stay here if you’re exhausted like I was.

Das nicht wirklich freundliche Personal konnte oder wollte kein Deutsch oder Englisch sprechen und das obwohl auf deren Internetseite von 'mehrsprachigem personal' die rede ist. Daher hatten wir große Kommunikations Schwierigkeiten. Das fenster mit blick auf den Flur an dem jeder vorbei läuft war jetzt auch nicht der renner. Wir konnten daher auch nicht das Fenster weit öffnen um mal zu lüfften. Dies war echt nicht angenehm denn es ist auch keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Dusche war recht klein und es war nicht angemehm darin zu duschen. Die anderen Gäste haben auch nicht wirklich rücksicht auf einen genommen. Die türen gingen von allein mit einem lauten knall zu, besagte andere Gäste waren nicht in der lage diese leise zu zumachen. Und das spät abends und früh morgens ist nicht wünschenswert. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen, nein danke nie wieder!

Llegamos en horario de checkin als 20:30y la recepción cerrada. Una nota en la puerta con un telf. Llamamos y al momento abrieron la puerta porque estaban dentro. Me parece muy mala atención a cliente. Otro día la llave no nos abría la puerta y nos pasó lo mismo. Las 20:00 horas y la recepción cerrada cuando pone que está abierta hasta las 21:00 . Además la puerta de nuestra habitación cerraba forzando mucho y costaba abrirla

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience attempting to check-in at Hotel Heco Colmar location. When I arrived in Colmar on the evening of December 9th, I tried multiple times to call the hotel to notify you of my arrival and ask for directions. Unfortunately, despite calling numerous times, no one ever answered the phone. Ultimately, after waiting for over an hour outside the hotel late at night and having no way to get in touch with anyone on their staff, I was forced to book a room at the nearby Hotel F1 for my stay instead. Given that I was unable to check-in to the room I had reserved and paid for due to being unable to reach anyone at the hotel by phone or email, I kindly request a full refund for the night I had booked. Please advise on next steps for issuing this refund. I hope you will improve your policies for responding to guest communications quickly, as this was an extremely frustrating experience that led me to take my business elsewhere. I look forward to your response. Best, Karthik

Nous sommes arrivés tard et l'on a été bien reçu La chambre est petite avec un coin lavabo et une salle de bain WC. 3 petits lits mais confortables. Pour nous qui ne voulions qu y dormir c'était très bien. The host of the accommodation is really helpful and very kind. The location is quite far from the city center, and if you don’t have your own car, transportation can be challenging in the evening. (We used Uber.) Additionally, there are many markets around, so you won’t have any problems getting food and other necessities. Our room was very small and didn’t have a refrigerator or air conditioning.

Evet colmar merkeze çok uzak değil arabanız varsa 15-20 dakika .otobana yakın olduğu için gezecek yerlere burdan daha kısa sürüyor diyebilirim amacınız ben sadece uyumak için geldim diyorsanız düşünmeden kalın yani ihtiyacınızı karşılıyor biz sorun yaşamadık Avrupa geneli gibi biz anlatılanlarla gibi bir durum yaşamadık sadece uyumak için geldiğimiz için hizmet temizlik normaldi .ama ingilizce bilen çok yok orda sorun yaşıyor olabilirsiniz biraz .

Well, it was cheap. And the staff was okay. The hotel itself is rather horrible. Located in an industrial zone, it is smelly, decrepit and feels dirty. I came away itchy. No airco or anything, so I had to open the (barely functioning) window to get any sleep. Avoid if you can.

Although it was clean, it was so dated and old looking that I was very leery. I checked everything for bedbugs, something I rarely do. The outer safety door had no locking mechanism and the doors do thin I could hear the noise from the next room clearly. The ‘breakfast buffet’ was an extremely loose term for the less than basic offerings.

Fint rent sengetøj - døre til bad/ toilet/ håndvask kunne ikke lukke, og skimmel ved dørkarme - men fungerede ellers ok. Døren til hotellet låst, da vi kom, men hjælpen kom efter 5min. Tilsvarende 5 min.forsinkelse på morgenmad - men alt i alt ok.

Arrivés dans la chambre le neon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas... On nous l'a donc changé. 10 min après notre arrivée, un gamin qui traînait sur le parking essayait d'ouvrir notre voiture. Les WC et la douche ne font qu'une seule et même pièce d'1m2. 3 distributeurs de savon au total (2 dans la douche et un vers le lavabo) et tous vides. Traces brunâtres sur les draps et wc; et brûlures de cigarette au sol sous le lavabo. La télécommande n'est pas celle qui va avec notre tv: elle a des piles mais la tv ne répond pas et est donc débranchée pour rester éteinte . Le miroir au dessus du lavabo n'a pas été nettoyé. Petit déjeuner correct mais s'il n'y a pas de machine à café, juste des brocs de café déjà préparés.

This hotel is in a terrible condition, very dirty and desrroyed. We found many bedbugs in our bed. The cleaness inside the roon is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was very dirty and there was no hot water. This biulding needs a completete renovation.

Room was a let down. No kettle or fridge, only 1 wall outlet (outside of the bathroom ones) and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Was in an ok location and easy to get to public transport.
