C'est établissement ressemble plus à une arnaque qu'autre chose. Aucun des numéros renseigné qui ne sont pas attribués vous ne pourez contacter personne. Les annulation ne sont pas possible, car ils mettent tout en promotion pour que ce soit non remboursable. De ce fait même en prenant l'assurance qui vous sera conseillé par hotel.com vous ne pourrez rien faire en cas d'annulation. C'est une honte ça ressemble à un mauvais Airbnb avec une gestion désastreuse du fait de passer par hotel.com qui ne permettent pas les annulations 48h avant contrairement à leur concurrence. On a passé 1h à chercher ce logement et on a fini par rentrer dans le bâtiment grâce à une personne de la résidence. On est tombé sur un gardien d'immeuble qui accueil de potentiel pigeon, j'ai du donner mais numéro de carte bancaire (red flag). Nous avons pris une chambres hors de prix avec peu de service, une propreté limitée et une salle de bain vétuste. J'ai demandé d'être remboursée pour une erreur de date et j'ai fait l'erreur de reprendre une nuit dans cette endroit. Ce fut la pire expérience de ma vie. Éviter les services hotel.com et cetétablissement.

There was no power so we had to pack our bags in the dark. Hoping to get some sort of apology from the hotel….and for them to make it right

The view from the hotel room was fabulous. Overall it was a good stay. However, the rooms could use some work. The walls were crumbing apart, the bathroom was rather moldy and the tiles behind the toilet were falling. The staff was nice. It's a very busy street and can be difficult to find the hotel at first. They don't have a sign and on the buzzer it was under a different name than the hotel. All the walking tours would line up and meet right at the doors as well.

Amazing location and views! Numerous restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend Propaganda. Very convenient taxi stand at the end of the short block. Lively entertainment around the Colosseum. If you miss this gem you’re missing out.

Owner and staff were wonderful. Location was excellent.
