Hotel Nuova Grosseto

La zona molto centrale e con poco parcheggio , non pratica per soggiorni di pasaggio e la mancanza di un ristorante interno lo rende ancora meno pratico .Personale gentile e preparato .

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, Klimaanlage, super Frühstück. Lediglich gibt es nur sehr wenige (öffentliche) Parkplatze - wir musste unser Auto am Abend in einer Seitenstraße abstellen - die Gegend macht durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof einen heruntergekommen Eindruck

Camere pulite e ristrutturate, personale gentile check in veloce. Davanti alla stazione ferroviaria parcheggi blu in zona ma anche non a pagamento nelle vie laterali. Non tante cose per la colazione ma buona.

Vi blev tilldelade ett rum med fukt och vattenskada på golvet som var svart ända upp på sockeln.

Everything was fine: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast. My room was clean and warm without being hot. No problems at all.

Positive: the hotel is right next door to the train station, not far to walk. The cappuccinos were great in the mornings, and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good but they need to add some more variety, not just a lot of cakes and breads, meats and cheeses but add afew American choices for travelers also. Some oatmeal would have been nice. More pancakes- for sure.. The rooms are clean..the hotel is keep clean, appearance is good inside. Staff helpful. Things needing attention for better comfort. A/C is not very cold at all (take a small fan with you to circulate air) the mini frig is not cold at all..the bed mattress is very hard and they need to put some top comforter pads on the beds. The pillows need some fluff..very hard and flat. We stayed 6 nights ( we had some personal family business to tend too) and hopefully the a/c, bed mattresses, pillows will be updated in the future..that would make a big difference in comfort level. I'd give them a 8 rating out of 10 👍

Hotel comodo, 10 minuti a piedi per il centro di Grosseto. Alla reception personale molto gentile. Camera e bagno ristrutturati, puliti ma con qualche particolare di manutenzione da rivedere. Soffione nella doccia con aggancio rotto e frigorifero non funzionante, particolari che comunque fanno la differenza. Ok l'aria condizionata e il bollitore. Colazione più che sufficiente nel dolce un po' meno nel salato.

Breve pernotto di due notti per Capodanno presso questa struttura.La vicinanza alla stazione e la cortesia del personale, sia in reception che in sala colazione, sono state le uniche due cose positive da segnalare. La stanza assegnatami (104, doppia, al primo piano) non corrispondeva alla tripla prenotata sul sito di Hotels.com. Poteva andar bene ugualmente se non fosse stato per diversi problemi riscontrati: letto con materasso duro, scomodissimo e cuscini bassissimi altrettanto scomodi, pavimento scollato lungo la parete della finestra, bagno davvero molto piccolo, con poche superfici di appoggio, senza rotolo di carta igienica (solo dispenser di salviettine) e, soprattutto, un box doccia con un pannello dell'anta spaccato (ricoperto da una striscia di nastro adesivo) e fuoriuscito dal telaio (quando ho provato comunque a utilizzarlo per fare la doccia, è saltato via un altro pezzo di pannello e ho rinunciato!). Oltretutto il primo gennaio dopo la colazione sono uscita lasciando sulla porta il cartellino che invita a rifare la stanza, ma tornata poco prima delle 14.00, ho trovato la stanza ancora da rifare e, sebbene avessi avvisato le cameriere al piano che stavo uscendo di nuovo per permettere loro di pulire, al mio ritorno in camera alle 14.30 la stanza era nelle medesime condizioni! Dato che il personale delle pulizie era andato via ho potuto solo avere un set di asciugamani puliti... Inaccettabile! Colazione sufficiente, da migliorare come qualità e assortimento.

Very noisy hotel. Staff is nice but they stopped AC in beginning of September, too noisy to open the window. Room was extremely hot.

Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!

Nel primo soggiorno ci hanno assegnato una camera ristrutturata con bagno e arredi nuovi,purtroppo la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto la struttura la camera era abbastanza datata. La colazione è molto buona. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è rispettato

Le rifiniture dell’albergo sono datate, però è in buona posizione, la camera è ampia, il letto comodo, il personale accogliente e la colazione a buffet sebbene non troppo assortita è di ottima qualità.

We were in a new room that was comfortable. Friends were in an older room and it didn’t have the feeling or amenities that we had. It was noisy in the morning but remarkably quiet most of the night given the location next to bus and train station.

Staff was really helpful. We had booked a car to saturnia but it did not come. He actually went outside and found a taxi for us. The breakfast staff was also very pleasant. Perfect spot to stop over before heading to the waterfall in saturnia

This is a great hotel for a few nights' stay for a traveller. It's literally next door to the Grosseto train station and just a few blocks' walk to the walled center city. It is lovely, has great, helpful staff, is clean, quiet and secure - with a 24-hour desk person who keeps the room keys while you're out. Breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality -- worth the price. Overall, great value!

La struttura é di fronte alla stazione ma a differenza di altre stazioni in altre città, l'area si presenta molto elegante, ben curata, pulita tranquilla anche di notte. Personale impeccabile, cortesia e gentilezza al top.

Very close to the railway station which was great for us. Also easy walk to historic area and city walls.

This is a great hotel and location for easy access to the old town (15 minute walk) and train station (literally 50 meters away). Great service, breakfast and experience overall.

Very good place to stay in Grosetto, close to the city center and with lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff. Only downside is that breakfast is very thin and could definitely use a bit more selection.

We were only there for one night but it was enough for us to feel welcomed. The desk clerk was warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty good - simple and comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic.
