An incredible and affordable location to rest you head for a couple of nights but it is very remote, the pool is actually a 5- 10 min walk from the hotel and is only open 10.30-18.30 and can get very busy, a bus load of small children arrived while we were there and took over the pool for the last hour and a half of the day. This place doesn’t have a holiday vibe it’s definitely a monastery with a public pool. The breakfast is good albeit basic but it’s included so that’s a budget bonus. Over all a great clean well priced place to stay to see the surroundings but a couple of nights was probably one too many.

Ein sehr schönes Kloster und Hotel. Tolle Lage mitten in den Bergen. Wir haben exakt das gebuchte Zimmer im obersten Stock bekommen mit kleiner Küchenzeile (alles Notwendige zum schnellen Kochen vorhanden incl Spülutensilien, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank), schlicht aber alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Zum Flur etwas hellhörig, und da unser Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant war, abends länger laut. Sonst ruhig. Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück, es wird laufend abgeräumt und aufgefüllt. Restaurants haben wir nicht genutzt. Der kleine Shop hat das Nötigste da (auch Pasta), erhöhte Preise aber das weiß man ja vorher. Das Kloster lohnt eine Besichtigung, der kleine Botanische Garten ist sehr romantisch! Abzug gibt es nur dafür dass der Pool erst am 2.6. öffnet. Das steht leider nirgends und hatten wir für uns fest zum Relaxen eingeplant. Wir würden wiederkommen.

What a beautiful setting. Staff are very welcoming, and the grounds are very relaxing. The single room is incredibly basic but that was expected and makes stepping out of your door feel even more special. Dinner at the hotel was very reasonably priced. Loads of lovely walking routes in the area, the pool and botanic garden were great too. Only downside for me is the shower in the single room. Its very small. If you're a bigger person it may be difficult for you. I would definitely return here.

3 jours atypiques dans un lieu chargé d'histoire et en retrait de l'agitation des stations balnéaires. Logement modeste et fonctionnel, personnel a la réception très charmant, très grande piscine, cadre exceptionnel. A sa fermeture le sanctuaire et ses jardins deviennent un lieu réservé aux seuls résidents qui peuvent jouir de tous les espaces.

Ein schönes altes Gebäude mit Pool und bequemes Bett. Das Bett ist eher hart, was mir gut gefallen hat. Der Pool ist schön angelegt, aber er schließt leider Anfang Oktober. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Abendessen war lecker.

Logement situé dans un monastère en plein milieu des montagnes, le cadre est vraiment magnifique et on est à même pas 20 minutes des plages (Pollença). Les logements sont spacieux et fonctionnels. La piscine est dans un joli cadre elle aussi (montagnes et arbres). On passe par le jardin botanique pour y accéder. Il y a un musée à visiter qui est très intéressant aussi. Les serveurs du restaurant sont très accueillants et le personnel à la réception également. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander vivement ce logement !

Frühstück und Abendessen sollte besser organisiert werden, lange Schlangen im Gang beim Einlass und an der Kaffeemaschine. Unfreundliches und lustloses Personal. Angeblich nach 3 Nächten Roomservice, fand aber nicht statt. Insgesamt verbesserungswürdig.

Traumhafte Lage in dem Bergen und sehr gepflegtes alte Gebäude. Das Zimmer war jedoch unter aller Kanone! Die Möbel waren eigentlich nur Sperrmüll und die Sauberkeit eine echte Zumutung.

We had small but cozy room for two, clean, ideal for one or two nights stay. The staff was really sweet and helped us, gave us some tips what to see or do in the area. The hotel is situated at nice place, it is an old monastery after all.

Il faut demander quand on veut un changement de draps/serviettes qui 'est pas installé par le personnel malheureusement. Nécessité de changer ses propres draps sur les lits! Un des lits n'est constitué que d'une planche !

sehr weit entfernt und man kann den Ort nur mit Mietwagen erreichen. Zimmerservice erst ab 3 Tagen möglich. man muss nach Handtüchern fragen. Das einzig gute ist der Ort, weil es ein Kloster ist und somit sehenswert, aber wenig Auswahl an Einkäufen oder Umgebung.

Eine sehr gut gelegene, idyllische Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist für eine altes Kloster angemessen. Neben den Schlafzimmern gab es eine Wohn/Esszimmer und eine Küche. Diese war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Bad war zweckmäßig. Wer hier Luxus erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Ebenso ist es sehr hellhörig, was einem die Nachtruhe verderben kann. Die beiden Hähne geben morgens ihren Senf auch dazu. Der Pool reichte für eine Abkühlung. Das Frühstück typisch Spanisch, ausreichendes Grundangebot. Dennoch…. Eine hervorragende Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Erkundungen im Westlichen Bereich der Insel. Ein gutes Restaurant in direkter Nachbarschaft kann auch gerne an drei Abenden hintereinander besucht werden.

Unterkunft wirbt mit Fotos von besseren Zimmern. Leider sind nicht alle Zimmer in dem Zustand, wie es auf den gängigen Buchungsplattformen angeboten wird. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Leider war es ziemlich eng und hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte gar kein Fenster. Das Apartment hatte wenig mit den Bildern sonder Buchung gemeinsam. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. War auch gut so, da Kochen in der kleinen Küche nur schwer möglich wäre. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist OK. Top Essen kann man dafür allerdings nicht erwarten. Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Ein Pluspunkt war noch, dass man das Frühstück in ein Picknick-Paket umwandeln kann. Das ist dann für frühe Abreisen vor dem Frühstück sehr hilfreich (am Vortag aushändigen lassen).

Lovely stay at Santuari de Lluc. We stayed for 5 nights and even though it was hot it was bearable with the fans in the room. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant which was fab and the surroundings are just beautiful! We had absolutely no complaints for the price of our stay.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, dies hatte aber kein richtiges Fenster. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht sichtbar. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Nach zweimaliger Reklamation wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer versprochen, aber nicht gehalten. Schade

Frühstück und Abendessen sollte besser organisiert werden, lange Schlangen im Gang beim Einlass und an der Kaffeemaschine. Unfreundliches und lustloses Personal. Angeblich nach 3 Nächten Roomservice, fand aber nicht statt. Insgesamt verbesserungswürdig.

The hotel, grounds and pool were idyllic and really lovely, we paid for half board breakfast was ok although they were constantly running out of bowls, coffee cups and orange juice etc. The evening meal was shocking table service and a menu to choose starter main and desert from. It was all pre prepared and then microwaved though, we put our order in with the waiter and it arrived within seconds the food wasn’t great but the service from the waiters was shocking, plates pretty much thrown down on the table, no customer service skills whatsoever, so much so that by the third night I found it quite amusing sitting watching waiting to see what would happen next. So overall enjoy the stay, it’s lovely but don’t eat at the restaurant!

Très bel endroit, calme, reposant. La réceptionniste a été super à notre arrivée bonne explications de bon conseils sur les choses à faire. Chambre vu sur la montagne très jolie, avec le reveil au son des bêlements des chèvres qui sont dans les arbres jiste en face. La chambre est très correcte, il y a ce qu'il faut, peut etre un seche cheveux ne serait pas de refus. Le point negatif serait l'isolation car parfois l'impression que le voisin de chambre qui parlait très très fort etait avec nous dans la chambre. Sinon un petit déjeuner plus que correct, buffet à volonté, sucré et salé. Personnel très agreable.

Séjour exceptionnel !! Magnifique monastère, très bien entretenu !! Nous avons eu un problème dans notre chambre, le personnel a été très réactif pour nous trouver une autre chambre 😊 Je recommande vraiment ! Très belle expérience !!!

Området var väldigt mysigt. Man bodde på ett kloster mer eller mindre. Rum och frukost var spartanskt och de verkade underbemannade i restaurangen. Men för priset man betalade var det ändå prisvärt och området fint.

Good value but only a fan in the room made the stay quite uncomfortable in such warm weather. Breakfast was okay, though all 3 coffee machines stopped working halfway through service so options were limited to hot chocolate or boiling water. Hotel also hosts school trips or summer camps so the pool was very busy. Good price, but perhaps not what we were looking for on this trip. Everything was as advertised and the fault is partly mine for underestimating the heat and assuming it would be fine with a fan! Lots of nice walks in the area, best early morning or in the evening. Nearby restaurant very good, didn't eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner as staff seemed a bit cold.

First off, the location is the absolute highlight of the accommodation. Every day I walked up the small road up the mountain to enjoy the gorgeous view. It’s also very peaceful although during the day groups of tourists do visit the monastery grounds. The rooms are very basic, but for someone who only stays there to sleep, it was perfect. The food was also quite basic (I had breakfast & dinner) but the service of the staff at the restaurant left a little bit to be desired. But overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

La struttura è bellissima e si respira una pace unica essendo un santuario. Piscina bella e in ordine. Possibilità di diverse escursioni in zona con partenza direttamente dalla struttura. Parcheggio ampio a 4€ A settimana. Colazione nella media dalle 08.00 alle 10.00 Camera semplice e funzionale. Se volete girare Palma attenzione però perché la struttura è ad almeno 25 minuti di strada con tornanti da tutto. (Palma di Maiorca 50min)

The property is incredibly peaceful and tranquil ...... especially before & after the visitors have left. It has a lovely feel to it. There are good restaurant facilities, especially the one near the main entrance. It is basically an hour from anywhere by car, but a great place to get away from it all. Doubles rooms at front of teh hotel are worth teh extra. Amazing views of the front area with mountains behind great you when opening the shutters. The place is 'no frills', but a fantastic place to stay if you want to be in a more remote and quiet location

Ticket wird dann an der Rezeption getauscht, sodass man während seinem Aufenthalt aus und einfahren kann wie man möchte. Kostet pro Aufenthalt 4€.

3 jours atypiques dans un lieu chargé d'histoire et en retrait de l'agitation des stations balnéaires. Logement modeste et fonctionnel, personnel a la réception très charmant, très grande piscine, cadre exceptionnel. A sa fermeture le sanctuaire et ses jardins deviennent un lieu réservé aux seuls résidents qui peuvent jouir de tous les espaces.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Lage und Umgebung in den Bergen von Mallorca sind wirklich schön. Wenn man viel wandern will, wirklich perfekt. Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Ma femme est moi son allée au sanctuaire de Lluc, niveau accueil c’était super bien, le personnel est à l’écoute des clients, le confort reste correct pour le rapport qualité prix le lieu est tres familial, le seul point négatif c’est la route pour s’y rendre 1h pour aller à palma dont 20 min de virages difficiles dans les montagnes

Beautiful surroundings, clean and nice rooms. Staff is nice. The old Santuari is amazing, but can get a bit noisy. The food in the restaurant is poor. The food at dinner, was very simple and seemed micro-wavy. The breakfast was chaotic and also, not very interesting. BUT, there is a great bakery just next to the hotel. Find your breakfast there, your dinner somewhere else, and you will have a nice stay.

The room was spotless, including the bathroom, had everything i needed, showers were great and really hot too. This really is a special place to visit, i was staying as a base for my cycling and it was great. Resteraunt menu was fine but could do with a little more love Breakfast was good with lots of cold options, pastries,m ham cheese cereals ect. Overall a great place to experience and stay, Thanks 😊
