Mauvaise insonorisation. On entend les voisins toute la nuit. Le chauffage siffle toute la nuit à intervalles réguliers. La cabine de douche-toilette est étroite. Après la douche, les toilettes sont toutes mouillées. La machine à café dans le couloir ne fonctionne pas bien. Elle prend les pièces et ne délivre pas de café et ce n'est pas l'hôtel qui la gère !!! Bien de surprises.

The red lights when we arrived at night didn't give the best impression to start with. The room was clean and welcoming, but the bathroom was very small and my main complain point: All plastic and no curtain, it felt like the bathroom of an autocaravan and looked worn out, with marks that looked dirty but could be of rust or paint falling off. The lack of curtain ment that the toilet and floor would get wet whenever we showered. Not ideal. There were no pictures of the bathroom before reserving, so it was a bit of a shocker. Knowing this beforehand I might have considered paying a bit more to get a better bathroom. Perfect location for a walk around Le Lac

J'ai peiné à obtenir la facture de ma nuit d'hôtel, je devais la recevoir par email mais elle a été envoyée sur une messagerie Expedia que je ne connais pas.

En arrivant j ai ete preleve de 4 chambres. Hors j avais reserve 2 chambres avec 2 lits.la petsonne du dimanche matin tres desagreable. Ne voulait rien savoir... De plus, l endroit pour le petit dejeuner est tres restreint pour le nombre de petsonnes etant ds l hotel ce week end...

En arrivant j ai ete preleve de 4 chambres. Hors j avais reserve 2 chambres avec 2 lits.la petsonne du dimanche matin tres desagreable. Ne voulait rien savoir... De plus, l endroit pour le petit dejeuner est tres restreint pour le nombre de petsonnes etant ds l hotel ce week end...

The lack of curtain ment that the toilet and floor would get wet whenever we showered. Not ideal. There were no pictures of the bathroom before reserving, so it was a bit of a shocker. Knowing this beforehand I might have considered paying a bit more to get a better bathroom. Perfect location for a walk around Le Lac

Endroit calme, avec des zones pour des promenades à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Personnel agréable. Les chambres sont propres ainsi que les parties communes. Seule remarque pas trop de choix au petit déjeuner, mais les produits existants sont bien présentes.
