This property needs renovations AND staff training in customer service! I choose the hotel (not really a hotel) because of the area, location and all the positive reviews. But I can't understand the reviews. We made the most of it, but unfortunately, I would never recommend this hotel.

Wir fanden das ganze Hotel sehr schön. auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und Höfflich. Auch Wünsche wurden erfüllt.! Ich glaube ich kann mir das Urteil so erlauben, da ich selber im Hotel Wesen beschäftigt bin.. Danke noch einmal an die Hotel Leitung. Kommen gern wieder.!!! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Standort der Ferienwohnung und das Ambiente waren wundervoll. Die Gastronomie (um die Ecke) war für Kaffee, Kuchen und ein unaufgeregtes Abendessen wunderbar. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war durchschnittlich. Daumen hoch: ruhige Lage, Möblierung, Küchenausstattung und Ambiente insgesamt Daumen runter: fehlende Sauberkeit "in den Ecken", die Kopfkissen in den Betten rochen streng, der Holzofen war nicht zu beheizen und beide Minihaartrockner waren wirklich unzureichend + KEIN W-Lan und ein sehr mieser Empfang für mobile Daten Insgesamt lohnt sich aber ein Aufenthalt.

Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Manchmal störte die Baustelle. Die Küche war gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Betten waren auch gut. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
