I can get to and from the airport with ease. The restaurant there is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Could use a little bit more of lighting in the hallways. I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Friendly and accomodating, all of the staff. The room is clean. Definitely be back ! They also have a free shuttle to the airport on the hour. And a restaurant on the ground floor , good breakfast and overall food . Worth of the price! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Second stay at the Goldberry on this trip. Great service and communication from airport pick up and reception.! Enjoyed Brekky and dinner in the Rabbit Hole. Lovely Room - Would definitely stay again.

We we're upgrade but our new room has mold on the ceiling, has smell of humidity, the seat under the A/C was rotten and has mold on it, the carpet on the bathroom was black, all the stainless was rust. The reception was clean and look luxury but it's another thing in the room.

Was given the penthouse #604. Bed- cool, common space - cool, tvs worked but the cable service didn't. Lots of windows, all need to be cleaned and tint reapplied. The walls need a wipe down as well as the light switches all dirty with grime. Wallpaper behind all the curtains needs to be replaced. Other than that balcony is cool.

The traffic noise was terrible. The pillows were overstuffed and very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. Then the power went out. No AC, no internet, no lights, no sleep. I had 4 nights booked and paid for. I ended up paying for a different hotel for 2 of those nights. Oh, and the breakfast was awful.

I like proximity to airport. Size of room was great. Aircon didn’t swing and really not very cool in the room at times. And tv and safe had to be swapped out. But staff was great about it.

Staff is nice and restaurant is very good in the hotel. But they tack on a lot of unnecessary charges. For example, most hotels have daily housekeeping. But here, they charge extra for cleaning the room. Also, the air conditioner does not work well and getting hot water is near impossible.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained and close to the airport. The shuttle driver was apologetic that he was delayed in picking us up from the airport because he had to shuttle a group before us. He was helpful with our questions about the area. The dining staff was also accommodating with our requests. To top it all, the staff was very honest in letting me know that I left my gold necklace and earrings in the bathroom. In rushing to catch our flight, I forgot them. They contacted me and made sure that I got them back. I am so grateful for what they did. Thank you Goldberry Staff! You are very much appreciated.

The location is perfect. It’s 5 minutes away from the airport. They offer free shuttle to/from the airport. They also have free breakfast which are all delicious. Hot freshly brewed coffee and fruit juice. I’m very satisfied with staff/ services (very accommodating and pay full step to your needs), location and amenities this hotel can offer to travelers. Highly recommended.

The traffic noise was terrible. The pillows were overstuffed and very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. Then the power went out. No AC, no internet, no lights, no sleep. I had 4 nights booked and paid for. I ended up paying for a different hotel for 2 of those nights. Oh, and the breakfast was awful.

Friendly and accomodating, all of the staff. The room is clean. Definitely be back ! They also have a free shuttle to the airport on the hour. And a restaurant on the ground floor , good breakfast and overall food . Worth of the price! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff service were exceptional, breakfast buffet is good and free shuttle to the airport 24/7 and they upgrade my room to a bigger one. Its close to the airport and along the hi-way. Theres also malls, conveniece store and restos nearby. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'll go home.

Convenient location, very close to Cebu airport with free shuttle to airport. Room was clean, although there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Some stains on the bedsheet. Didn't get to have my breakfast (they provide to go breakfast) because staff during check in didnt inform me that I need to request it ahead of time so they can pack one for me and have it ready for breakfast. This was my first time staying here so I wasn't aware. Usually, hotel would calculate the amount of guest currently checked in and make breakfast accordingly. Shuttle was clean and comfortable. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, could've been better though.
