The hotel looks somehow much better than my last stay. It is probably due to its new bed and new hair-dryer, ... maybe. New check-in/out system is good. The staff were all professional and friendly. Only thing to be improved may be its Wi-Fi, which sometimes became slow especially during the night time.

Convenient: 1) close to the main station of Matsue and 2) a few convenience stores within a couple of minutes walk. Confortable: 1) clean room, 2) friendly and professional staff and 3) very good breakfast for FREE ! While the facility itself looks a bit tired for sure and there are not really any good 'restaurants' to eat near the hotel, I may come back to this hotel mainly for its reasonalbe price for the convenience and comfortable setting.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is convenient for the station, but a reasonable walk to Matsue Castle. Breakfast was geared towards Japanese guests, but it was free so no complaints! Room was a little dated compared to some other Japanese business hotels, but it was very clean.
