清掃はエコにしたが、紅茶やコーヒー等、飲料水ペットボトルは毎日は用意されずフロントに貰いに行かねばならない。プライベートビーチがあるが珊瑚で足を痛める為保護用サンダル等が必須。Free Wifiがあるが低速度で使い勝手は要改善。

部屋の見晴らしは良く、スタッフも親切です。唯一残念なのは、コインランドリー施設が古く、故障している機械も多く、室内で洗ったものを干そうにも、タオルハンガーもないため、水着などの洗濯に少し困ったことです。

初めて利用しました。総評としては良いのですが、不満とまではいきませんが何点かあります。 ①外出後、洗面所で手を洗います。タオルで拭くまではいいのですが、洗面所の近くにタオルをかける場所がありません。仕方なく滞在中は手を拭いて湿ったタオルは洗面所の横に置くしかありませんでした。 ②朝食を食べるためにレストランへ。ご飯は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。私たち2人はレストラン入口すぐ左横のバーのエリアにある2人席へ。本などがディスプレイされている白い棚沿いの席です。ご飯を食べ始めて気づいたのですがその白い棚、ホコリの堆積が凄かったです。めちゃくちゃ細かい所ですがそれ以外の部分が良いだけに気になる所がすごく目立ってしまいます。私はサービス業を16年しています。「どうしたらいいんだろ？」と、ちょっと困っている方への積極的なお声かけ、ホテル前の横断歩道での譲り合い、清掃スタッフの「行ってらっしゃいませ。楽しんできてください」のお声かけ、嬉しかったです。ロビー横にある水槽もキレイにメンテナンスされていました。私の勝手なイメージですが、ほとんどの方が宮古島には「非日常」を求めて旅行をしに来ているのではないかと思います。「海がキレイだった！」「カフェがオシャレでご飯も美味しかった！」と、滞在先以外の印象が良過ぎるために滞在しているホテルが良かったと思われる方が少なく、逆に悪い点しか見られないのが現状なのかなと思います。ブリーズベイはシギラリゾート内では比較的カジュアルな位置付けなので利用しやすいです。だからこそソフト、ハード、共に注力してできるだけマイナスに感じる部分を減らせたらいいのではないかと思います。頑張ってください。応援しています。

浴室のカビが気になりました。それと部屋のドアを閉めた状態で窓を開けると風の抜け道がどこにあるのかわかりませんが、ピーっと部屋中に変な音がして気が狂いそうになります。空気の入れ替え時はドアも開けないと窓を開けられませんでした。ここまではまぁ仕方ないかな？ですが、問題は朝食ブッフェスタイル…。長い長い列を作らないとならないのはなんだかな？ヨーグルトとグラノーラだけ取りたくても「並んでください」とのこと。出かけるのに急いでるのにおかしいです。だったらもうちょい早い時間にオープンしてほしいな。

スタッフの対応がとても無愛想だし、チェックインの際の荷物運びも全てセルフ。部屋も古いのは仕方ないが清掃具合が決して綺麗とは言えない上にカビ臭いし虫だらけだった。

바닦이 마루 였어요. 근데 청소상태는 안좋더군요. 바닦에 먼지들이 많았어요. 그리고 의자가 무거운데, 마루 바닦이니까. 의자가 무거우니 들기도 힘드니까, 끌 수 밖에 없을것 같은데, 방 주변에서 의자 끄는 소리가 매우 크게들려서 방안에 있는게 고통이였어요. 의자 다리 밑에 소음 줄이는 패드를 부착하면 소리가 안 날텐데, 이런것은 호텔측에서 신경을 덜 쓴것이죠. 조식이 별로였어요. 별로 뭐 먹을게 없었어요. 진원들은 친절했어요 다시 예약하겠냐고, 물어본다면, 전 안하겠어요

タワー館に宿泊しました。リニューアルされていて、とてもキレイでした。お風呂の水の流れが少し悪かったですが、概ね快適に過ごせました。備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー等がとても良く髪がゴワゴワにならず、嬉しかったです。

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the harbor wing, the room is although spacious; it is super old. The decor, furniture etc are all very dated. The most terrible thing was that the refrigerator kept making very loud noise It was impossible to sleep at night The reception staff hardly speak any English it was impossible to communicate We emailed them to ask for some sort of compensation plan in another hotel within the same resort they just said there’s nth they could do Definitely does not worth the price It says ocean view room but the room we stayed at 90% of the view is block by trees Also at the balcony there was a very poorly designed trench and there is always dirty water trapped there

Not a good option for international travelers who don’t speak Japanese. I tried to get the hotel to help book diving and snorkeling trips and they told me everything was booked. Low and behold, I found multiple options online. Rooms are very average, beds are hard. There is no room service and the breakfast buffet was very low quality. I would not even consider the dinner buffet. There weee some hotel staff who were quite nice, however all in all I paid more here than I did at a Four Seasons last year for a very average hotel…the US equivalent would be a Holiday Inn. The pool is crowded and not monitored. There is also no room service.

予約していた部屋が使用できないトラブルで工事中とかで、事前連絡なしで海の見えない2階の部屋にダウングレードされていたので、チェックインの時揉めましたが、結局ホテル側が謝罪をされて最上階のスイートルームに変更してもらえました。結果的に思わぬカタチで大変満足出来ました。スタッフさんの対応が悪ければ最悪の旅行となる所でしたが、とても良い思い出となりました。

The hotel is amazing, staff is amazing, luckily 2 girls could speak Spanish and they assisted me with finding my reservation as they couldn't find it initially and I had to wait for one hour, I don't know if hotels.com did not share the booking information instantly as it was fully paid but at the end I managed to check in.

タワー棟の部屋だったので少し不便でしたが、車椅子の私も行けるように案内してくれたので助かりました❗ お部屋も快適でベランダからの眺めはとても綺麗で良かったです✌️ ありがとうございました☺️

朝食レストランが、非常に混んでいて、長い列をなしていて、会場がごちゃごちゃした感じでストレスを感じた。ドリンクサーバーの機械前にも多くの人が並び、自分の番がきて、ジュースのボタンを押しても水しか出てこなかった。ホテル出発時、荷物が多く、ホテル玄関前で迷惑にならないように急いで荷物を車に搭載する際に時間がかかっていても、手伝うスタッフもいない。見送るスタッフもいなかった。

미야코지마에서 해변을 가진 몇안되는 호텔리조트입니다. 호텔 시설이나. 이용할 것들은 많고 친절한 분위기입니다. 다만 1층을 배정해주어서 정원뷰는 좋았지만, 개미와 벌레가 있어서 살충제를 뿌렸습니다. 또 외국인이나, 휴대폰을 사용하기 어려운 손님들에게는 앱을 설치하여 아침 식사 예약이 불가능( 외국핸드폰은 앱설치자체가 안됨) 하여 로비에서 기다리는 시간이 불편했습니다.이부분은 개선을 해주면 좋을것 같습니다. 이외는 전체적으로 좋았습니다.

3/18〜21 3泊4日で滞在しました。ホテルの前のビーチもとても綺麗でした。天候が曇り時々雨、たまに日差しありとイマイチでしたが、海の綺麗さは良くわかりました。朝食ブッフェを頂きました。沖縄料理があり、ラフティや沖縄そばなど美味しかったです。ただ、ライブキッチンでのオムレツなどきたいしてましたが、目玉焼きとフレンチトーストのみで、カスタムオーダーできなかったのが非常に残念でした。

First when we arrived, no staff welcomed us at entrance. No one helped us with our luggage. No instructions on how to go to our room (we took the wrong lift - our room was in fact in another tower!). We were charged with 50kg luggage and walked up the stairs near lobby by ourselves. Zero welcome and minimal service. - Extra pillows need manager’s approval and limit to 2/person. Room was not clean the first day and we had to request every morning. - Bed was VERY hard - I’ve never slept on a bed like this. Fortunately no back pain… - VERY small pool: not ideal for a family. We even didn’t want to go Conclusion: It all feels like a hotel of low standard but overpriced. Maybe because of peak season.
