Before covid we were three times in this hotel, but never again. So many things were getting worse There was no maintenance for sunbeds, garden, the whole house For 150 beds only 18 sunbeds, this is a „no go“ Only six umbrellas, the others were broken From 2.00 pm guests cannot use the garden area, no shuttle any longer to the night market Stuff is not very helpful and unfriendly and they did not make any service at breakfasttime Management is not available, mostly in holidays No chairs in the suites The only good things are the big rooms

Every thing was great except for one major problem I had with this place . They had a lovely pool / beach bar where I liked to sit in the shade . They played the same boring elevator music track over and over again for one full week . I asked if they could play some other music and was told no . The management should look into some other , light music options because I won’t stay here any longer . That music track is driving me crazy . It’s very unfortunate because the staff and facilities are all great .

The entrance area is uniquely and gorgeously decorated. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are amazingly beautiful, with a private pool in the other section connecting to the bedroom. The breakfast buffet provides a big selection of various foods and drinks. They are all delicious. The hotel pool area is charming, big, and clean, and also connected to the beach. I really love this place.

I expected to receive a pampering room, unfortunately an old-fashioned room with a strong smell of mold, an air conditioner without a remote control and unclean curtains, even the bedding did not smell of cleanliness, there was a feeling that the room had been closed for a long time and had not been ventilated. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was difficult to fall asleep with it, so we turned it off before going to bed, so that during the night it was very hot. The staff is nice but it doesn't make up for a disappointing and old room.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge, känns dock som att hotellet sett sina bättre dagar. Personalen kändes serviceinriktad men lite oplanerad. Ofta slut på handdukar vid poolen. Poolen i sig är i behov av renovering, kakelplattor som lossnat, lite vassa kanter på sina håll. Det va lugnt och fint men skulle behöva höja upp sin standard något för att efterleva 4,5stjärnor i min lekmanna mening

The hotel is a real gem. The room I stayed in was amazing and spacious. Great walk in shower and hot tub on private balcony. The pool over looks the beach. Very good breakfast and staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely book again if I travel to Hua Hin

We had a balcony with day bed and spa (although didn’t use spa), and the Room had a separate small luggage room with clothes rack. Very spacious. Staff were brilliantly friendly and helpful, and couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast was very good. Only issue is the air con has no really low setting and points at the bed space with a powerful blast (even on the lowest setting). Even though we set it at 24 degrees (cooler than outside) we couldn’t sleep with it on as the fan was pushing icy air constantly at you. That was only only fault. Pool space and bar next to the beach is lovely. 20 Baht Songthaew or 150 Baht taxi to Bluport, Market Village (shopping centres) but we used Grab (lime Uber) for half that price. Front streetside half of the building are private long term apartments (separate pool and amenities) which is very quiet, but don’t walk through there to the hotel half on the beach side unless you want a stern warning from an over zealous security guard.

Pond and Piya were exceptional representatives of Marrakesh Hua Hin. Both paid great attention to detail towards us, a couple spending the weekend together at the hotel. Both have a good command of the English language and made us comfortable as customers. The room was impeccable. I was truly impressed in the appearance and quality of the room.

I loved the look of the place but the room was a case of form over function. I get the intent, to give the feel of being in a exotic tent on the Sahara. Thr problem was lack of simple function like a flat surface other rhan the bed, to put you jeys, sunglasses etc. There were no chairs in the room - again the form of a cool camel caravan tent with pillows to sit on. A small desk and chair would have made it oerfect.

Værelser var ikke klar kl. 14.00, lidt surt når man rejser flere timer, for ikke at få værelset når man ankommer. Sol stolene var altid optaget med håndklæder men ingen var der, det er bare ikke ok, så var der jo ikke solstole nok. Fin morgenmad, super betjening .

The property is beautifully decorated. Feels like you have been transported to Morocco. The staff and service are outstanding and very helpful. The check-in is very efficient; they staff has everything prepared. The grounds are beautiful landscaped with a large pool facing the sea. Comfortable in all means. Highly recommended for a great relaxing experience.

Great efforts to give guest a Moroccan Vibe which was a nice theme resort. Breakfast options were Meh. 10mins walking dist from Blueport mall which is one of two bigger malls in huahin. Facilities were basic but sufficient. truely enjoy the jacuzzi in the junior suite which unfortunately broke down on my last day which i had plans to use. No replenishment of the daily complimentary tea/coffee in my 4days stay

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, jedoch 3 km vom Zentrum von Hua Hin entfernt. (kein shuttle). Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ehr geräumig von guter Qualität. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Leider gibt es keine kleineren Zimmer für besseren Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room layout was a little strange, but once we got used to it, it worked out fine. There was only one tiny table in room, and no chairs, however staff brought us a folding table & chairs which worked out fine. Pool, beach, & breakfast were all wonderful; I was surprised at how clean beach and gulf water was. Staff was super accommodating & friendly. We would like to return one day.
