1- We provided the property with our flight details for the shuttle they told us to simply call when we landed. When we called, we were told they don't have a shuttle past 11pm so we had to get a cab. 2- the city was doing work on the water main, so we had no flushing toilet or water pressure. The next morning, the water was brown. It would have been great to be notified of this upon checking in, or even a note under the door informing g is to run the water for 2 minutes before consumption.

Great value without question. The property was in great condition. The staff was very nice and the breakfast is quite adequate. Coffee was served throughout the day. The suite that I was given was very spacious with one large room, including a bathroom, living room with a large couch, a kitchen area, fully equipped, a very large bed. There was nothing I could have wanted. This was again a fantastic value. I did not have a car so I took the number 11 bus from downtown Charleston and within 40 minutes I was there for two dollar charge. Without question I’d recommend this hotel.

Great one night stay-over while attending a concert across the road at the North Charleston Coliseum so it’s super convenient! Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and very went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was huge and immaculately clean with fast wifi and decent channel choices in the TV. The free breakfast was good with several hot/cold options and we liked the new draft beer service in the lobby. Definitely a great option for long or short term stays. Good job H2S.

The hotel and staff were great and it was very convenient to walk across the street for concerts at the coliseum. You will need a rental car or plan on Uber/lyft for anything else. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is very nice.

I had the unfortunate experience to stay in a room that allowed dogs. They were poop stains on the carpet, and the room smelled horrible. Although the hotel is about 1/2 mile from a large outlet mall, walking to the mall is downright unsafe. There are no crosswalks, and you have to traverse several lanes of high-speed traffic. The staff was pleasant, and the shuttle service was great. I would not recommend due to the horrible room I was given.

Although the hotel is about 1/2 mile from a large outlet mall, walking to the mall is downright unsafe. There are no crosswalks, and you have to traverse several lanes of high-speed traffic. Renovated recently. Nice decorations and colors and bathroom and kitchenette. Excellent condition. Nice amenities. Convenient location. Easy access to airport, beltway interstate, food and bars. Would have rated it even higher except that the shower water pressure was low resulting in minimal shower head spray. That's a big negative in my opinion.

The place looked nice. There was a little smell likely due to the age of the space. The noise was ridiculous! The people above us were going bonkers all night. The hotel staff was nice but even housekeeping was crazy noisy as well. It was like the floor was paper thin. Comfy beds and good amenities the place was just so noisy.

Booked this property for a three night stayat $548 and had a family emergency, advised the office. Made it to the property the very next morning willing to pay for the lost night and continue with the rest of our stay. I was charged $180 for the first night and the service desk canceled the last two nights. She advised that I could book a separate reservation and the total for two nights was $778. I checked online at the same time while in the office and the price was $550 for two nights therefore I told the receptionist I will just go ahead and book online so I am not spending $1000 for three nights; she then proceeded to tell me all rooms are booked. I had to find a hotel last minute in Charleston on a volleyball tournament weekend. Ridiculous. Lost money, and was completely inconvenienced. Will not book with Hilton in Charleston ever again. Rude and disrespectful.

Impossible to review as the hotel overbooked and, when we arrived at 0045 (AM), we had no room. However the reception desk agent was excellent and had already booked a room for us at a nearby hotel, paid our Uber from the airport as well as paid for the cab fare to the new hotel

Check in was great! I don’t remember her name but the lady who checked us in was extremely nice. She chatted with us about what we had planned and we told her we were there for a concert. She said she hoped we had a great time. The next morning she was cleaning tables in the lobby and asked about our concert and wished me a good day by name (and no she wasn’t the one checking us out). She cared enough to remember that’s amazing service.

The room I originally received was not what I reserved or paid for but the front desk staff was nice and corrected it immediately. It was right across the street from the venue we were going to but there was no cross walk or light so although getting there was 2 minutes it was a dangerous 2 minutes

Great stay. Location was superb as we were in town for a show at the colosseum and it’s right across the street. Hot breakfast hit the spot. Hotel was fairly new and clean. Staff was attentive. It it was priced a little lower, I’d probably give it 5 stars

In town for my daughter's graduation. Chose this hotel specifically as it is right across from the Coliseum! We were so pleased with our choice.

Great staff both at check-in and check-out as well as housekeeping staff. Room was excellent and well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks. Located near shopping areas like Tanger Outlets. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel and staff were great and it was very convenient to walk across the street for concerts at the coliseum. You will need a rental car or plan on Uber/lyft for anything else. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is very nice.

Good stay, good service. Nice room, comfy. Perfect location for concert at the convention center. Breakfast was ok. A bit overcooked and the corned beef hash ran out early and was never replenished. No juice, flavored water?

Great stay. Location was superb as we were in town for a show at the colosseum and it’s right across the street. Hot breakfast hit the spot. Hotel was fairly new and clean. Staff was attentive. It it was priced a little lower, I’d probably give it 5 stars

Great value without question. The property was in great condition. The staff was very nice and the breakfast is quite adequate. Coffee was served throughout the day. The suite that I was given was very spacious with one large room, including a bathroom, living room with a large couch, a kitchen area, fully equipped, a very large bed. There was nothing I could have wanted. This was again a fantastic value. I did not have a car so I took the number 11 bus from downtown Charleston and within 40 minutes I was there for two dollar charge. Without question I’d recommend this hotel.

Great one night stay-over while attending a concert across the road at the North Charleston Coliseum so it’s super convenient! Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and very went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was huge and immaculately clean with fast wifi and decent channel choices in the TV. The free breakfast was good with several hot/cold options and we liked the new draft beer service in the lobby. Definitely a great option for long or short term stays. Good job H2S.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Good breakfast, but coffee was almost always out. Would definitely stay here again, only 15 minutes from the college/downtown area, and maybe 20 from Isle De Palmes and Folley Beaches. Fast food all around, so we headed to King Street for dinner or places near the marina.

The manager on duty I can't remember her name at the moment, but she was a short female was truly a very nice person to deal with. When I told her about the situation I had the night before, she took care of it right away and asked if there was anything else. She made me and my family feel cared for and that she really wanted our business knowing that we could go somewhere else the next time. She made me feel truly valued. I stayed July 3 through the 6 room 226 and I spoke with her on the 6 at around 10am. She gave me a card, and I don't have it with me at the moment, but because of her I will be back
