This motel is lovely! They’ve clearly put a lot of work into maintenance with all new windows and doors and bathrooms. The groundskeeper, Ian, learned our names at check in and remembered them for our entire stay. The property is super pretty and well cared for. Definitely worth the visit!

I’m a Marriott girl. But all hotels in London were sold out due to Convocations at Western. So we took a chance here. We were very happy with our choice! This motel is not fancy, but it is clean, well taken care of and fairly priced. Beds were in good shape. Very easy to find. Management are friendly, they even waited for us to arrive after hours as we were stuck in traffic.

The room was very large with 2 big beds, though the bathroom was very tiny. The motel reminded me of traveling with my parents during the 70's on a road trip. Its dated, but comfortable. The carpet had a big stain...so though I felt the room was clean, I wasn't comfortable walking on the carpeted floor and wore slippers. The continental breakfast was simple...bagels and yogurt in a small fridge. The office hours didn't start until 8:30 which is a little late if you want to hit the road early and grab a quick breakfast. But overall, everything was good. Our thanks to the staff.

Clean, renovated, spacious motel 15 min drive from Port Stanley beach. Management/Staff were friendly, even though I arrived late for check-in late. They were informative of how the electricity in room worked and what amenities were available in the room. Staff asked in the morning how our stay was. Great towels, toiletries (soap,shampoo), coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave were appreciated. Beds were 8.5/10. Charging outlets by the bed. plenty of lighting. (a note to management- NO impact on our overall stay- Bathroom fan was loud, some dust under the furniture, free breakfast was basic, no half and half for coffee/tea. Windows/room are not sound proof. Heavy sleepers won't be impacted.

The owner was very sweet and courteous. The Cardinal is an older motel on the outskirts of St.Thomas. Doesn't look like much from the road but it is a little gem. It has just what u need for an overnight/weekend stay...nothing fancy but quaint and clean. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! Stayed there for a competition at the local high school. Affordable place. Nice to help keep local businesses alive!!!

Our room seemed to have updated features such as the AC, beds, chargers, etc. Very well kept. Legends restaurant was just down the road and Port Stanley was a simple 20 minutes away. Will stay here again if need be.
