We found very inconvenient that there’s no place for guests to leave their luggage while awaiting for the check in time. We arrived at 9.00am on a rainy day and it was hectic. The whole bathroom got wet every time we showered as there’s no contention for the water. There’s no elevator and carrying the suitcases up three floors wasn’t fun. We loved the rest.

This hotel is only for sleeping, nothing else. There is no lift, so if you have big luggages or you are somewhat disabled this is NOT your choice. Area is noisy, but it is the way of city centre. Location perfect. Would I come again? No.

It was comfortable and airy. No lift so quite an effort getting a heavy suitcase up 4 flights of stairs and then negotiating around Laundry outside rooms in the narrow corridor to get to our door. Bathroom was very small and compact. Very convenient to the train station.

Godt: Centralt i KBH, billigt værelse. Skidt: Ikke meget lydisolering, larm fra gang og fra gaden (tømning af affald kl. 6). Fælles baderum småt, så man risikerer at træde rundt i andres badevand, når man skal på wc. Ok til prisen.

Too many stairs!!!!!!!noisy streets. Would have been nice if fore warned about stairs at time of booking we were notified of stairs 48 hours prior to arrival and booked 6 months early than date expected. Counted 40 steps up we are both over 60 years of age. No air conditioning hot on the third floor and if windows open—street noise!!!! Not a nice stay at all.

No elevator, shower on top of the sink. Comfy bed

The hotel is within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station. The lack of an elevator made moving heavy luggage difficult. The on-line check-in process was rather inconvenient.

Very dated and the whole place smells of sewage.

Triple room was clean and spacious. New towels and toilet roll provided every day. Only issue with the room was that the mini fridge didn’t work but we were rarely in the room so didn’t really need it. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay other than doors closing. Online check in and out was super quick and easy. Had no issues with room key via app. No elevator in the hotel so carrying luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Cleaning staff provided extra pillows when requested. Other than that one interaction, no other staff were seen during our visit. Couldn’t see where to store luggage even though this was advertised however, Copenhagen Central Station is a short walk away and lockers can be used for 90dkk or less per day. Hotel is a good base close to public transportation and attractions.

Our room was spacious – and light with 3 full windows – and squeaky clean, exactly as advertised. Location is near perfect; walking distance to metro, trains, busses, endless restaurants and bars, shopping ... all of central Copenhagen. Check-in was challenging in that the on-line process to register and have electronic keys activated never worked and the phone customer support was unavailable much of the time. However, even at midnight, they picked up immediately using the local number when we were at the door and unlocked the lobby door remotely, so we could pick up and activate keys in the lobby.

This is for sure the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Stayed here for 2 hours before checking out in advance. There was stains of dry puke on the floor, bloodstains on the walls and bed bugs. You should get paid for staying one night in this hotel because it is for sure terrible!!!!

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.

The place was dirty, room had a smell when we arrived. Also, the bathroom tiles literally had mold on them. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but they require you to download an app, just fyi. Met cleaning staff one day and asked for an extra towels and got them, which is the only reason why I am not giving the place one star.

Worst experience I have ever had. Vomit stains on the floor and carpet, blod stain on the walls. No reply from customer service on my complaint.

Long story short: our mattress was covered with dirty blood stains that could even be seen through the thin sheet. The man at the reception seemed annoyed by our complaint but offered to move us to a different room, whose bed was admittedly better but still with lighter stains. That an hotel welcoming so many visitors forgoes using fitted sheets while we even use them at home (without receiving hundreds of visitors a month but just for the two of us!) is really beyond understanding. Not to mention the sewer smell in the bathroom, the fact that the bathroom sink was IN the shower and connected by the same tube (even though that's a detail), that the corridor light could be seen through our door and prevented us from sleeping (because badly fixed), the terrible soundproofing that prevented us from sleeping because of the neighbours' noise, the bath products which had gone off for 4 years, the cigarette butts in the stairs... Hotels.com didn't even try to find us a solution because the blood stains (although they recognized were disgusting and a disgrace) didn't put us enough in danger. The two ladies at the reception were lovely and did their best to find some solution, but clearly this was beyond their reach and this place has a clear systemic problem of mismanagement! For the owner: maybe focus on the most basic amenities (that is: protective sheets!) before putting flat screen TVs in the rooms and nonsensical digital check-in in order to cut costs and underpay human beings?!

The refrigiater was out of order. The flushing of the toilet was not working good. The shower was not working good. The ventilation was no good. The Worst thing was the stairs. Uneven and tiny.

Super cute place, wish there was an elevator but it’s close by everything and very private. My room had a sink in the shower area but other than that was super nice. Great view from the top floor as well!

Meget lille værelse. Meget støj fra opgang lige ved siden af værelse. Kun trappe - ingen elevator. Meget dårlig seng og alt for stor pude. Persienner fungerer ikke. Eneste plusser er pris og beliggenhed.

Super fin seng men rummet bære præg af dårlig håndværk, afløbet i badet er dårligt og fald på gulvet ikke lavet korrekt. Der har en gang været en gavl på sengen - nu er der velcro og en hvid firkant på den grønne væg. Ingen lampe i nærheden af sengen, kun loftlampe som betjenes ved døren. Der er meget lydt når de øvrige hotel gæster åbner og lukker deres døre.

1. NO TV channels pre-installed and staff promised to fix but did not. 2. The TV was old and slow to use with YouTube 3. There was a desk in the room, but no chair- so I could not sit and work or eat. I wrote to staff- but no solution.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yer olmasına rağmen duvarların kağıt gibi oluşu ve odada herhangi bir ısıtıcının olmaması ciddi dezavantaj oldu. Odalar birbiriyle neredeyse iç içe bu yüzden gece geç gelenlerin gürültüsünü duyuyorsunuz. Isıtıcı olmadığı gibi oda buz gibiydi ceketle uyumak zorunda kaldım ki ona rağmen soğuk hissettirdi. Tek avantajı merkezi bir yerde olması.

Alright, small little room, good for the price, with a good bathroom. But it was so very cold in the room

Completely different than the photos in the booking portal. Much smaller than depicted, noisy (from the outside as well as the inside with paper-thin walls and a door that leaves light in from the floor on all sides!) and a bathroom where only a shower courtain splits the room in half and not even seperates the toilet from the shower with the entire floor getting soaked.

What to expect: It’s a cheap place to stay, so go in with low expectations and you won’t be as disappointed as many of the reviews state. When we got there the digital app “Mews” didn’t work and we had to download another app which also didn’t work. After ringing the doorbell 6 times someone finally picked up and explained that the digital key card doesn’t work. We then had to be let in by another guest. After that we had to check in on an iPad and create our own physical keys which was pretty easy. No elevator which is common in Danish apartment buildings, which is what the building is! We got to our room which was nothing like the photos, but it was roomy and clean so that was a win! (We got the double room with a private bathroom) Shower was fine although the shower bar almost fell off the wall😂 There was no toilet paper so I had to go find some in the shared bathroom. Yes, very noisy street but that is common for Vesterbro. Hallway in the building was very loud, the doors close loudly, and the walls are thin. But! I will say for the price paid, it was ok. Nice TV, fridge and safe box and they cleaned our room on day 2, got us fresh towels too. A Hotels should update the check in information so guests don’t stand outside waiting for another guest to let them in! Hopefully this review helps make things less confusing. Would stay there again in a pinch now that we know how it works.

Self check in impossible.. only thanks to another person who had had the same difficulties that we finally got in.. Appalling lack of service

Problems checking in with online tool (no manned reception at hotel). No answer on telephone. After many tries, check in was ok. Room was clean, beds comfortable but pillow was flat. Small bathroom with shower combined with zink. Don’t rate this hotel as a three star hotel.

Modernt boende, lite lyhört men inga problem. Bra läge med nära avstånd till centrum. Inte alls bra service dock. Vi ringde vid entrén och fick svar av en tjej som la på i telefon när vi försökte prata med henne, väldigt otrevlig.

Problem vid incheckning, digital incheckning funkade bara på ett av två rum vilket gjorde att vi inte hann få åtkomst till båda innan vi behövde gå iväg till event. Det löste sig senare och hotellet svarade på chatt efter någon timme, men ingen svarade på det angivna servicenumret. Lösningen fanns i ett av mailen jag hade fått, men det var lite otydligt pga många mail med information att leta i. Rummen var helt ok för priset, det var rent, sängen var mjuk (med väldigt tunna kuddar), det var ganska rymligt. Obekväma trappor att gå upp för, trångt och brant. Bra läge med närhet till det mesta. Vid utcheckning fungerade inte den digitala utcheckningen för oss, och vi hänvisades via meddelande att gå till receptionen - som inte fanns. Vill du ha ett billigt och basic hotell med närhet till mycket så är detta ett bra alternativ, om du kan stå ut med risken att de digitala lösningarna för in- och utcheckning kanske krånglar och att det är svårt att få hjälp.

Kaos at man skal downloade deres app for at kunne tjekke ind. Det gav problemer som gav unødig stress. De ende heldigvis med at tá telefonen og buzz en ind. Det gav sådan en dårlig oplevelse, og usikkerhed om man fik adgang til sit værelse, at det overskyggede, de fine og ellers ok værelser som stedet tilbyder.

Forsømt værelse, med mange pletter på gulvtæppe, bruser uden forhæng og man står oveni toilettet. Der står der er minibar og den er tom. Der er meget tynde døre og meget lyst. Føles utrykt at der ikke er personale og dørerne står åbent i lang tid, når man går ind. Man kan være i tvivl om hvem der kan finde på at gå med ind.

Lampor i rummet var inte inkopplade, fanns inga eluttag bakom lamporna och sängbordet. Blev utelåst från rummet på morgonen och det telefonnummer som ska vara "service nummer" och som står både i entrén och vid incheckning online - finns inte!!

Booked, payed and got four mails. Downloaded the app to check in. But phonenumber was rejected by the app None of the codes and numbers worked. And noone answered the phoned where customers can call for help. Could not check in and never got into the room. Ended up catching a night train home and had to cancel the programe in Copehagen for the next day

Its a safe, walkable and continently located cloase to Metro

It's near the Central train station, almost on central CPH , everything you need is close , except parking place

Skulle bare en enkel overnatning, da jeg skulle på Vega. Mange spisesteder omkring, ikke langt fra tog eller FlixBus. Man kan høre alt hvad der sker på de andre værelser, men det fald jeg nu alligevel i søvn til ☺️ Trapperne op til de forskellige værelser er som humle hej huset 🤪

Fint lille hotel centralt beliggende i København.

Big Room but the noise from the street was so bad it was impossible to sleep early morning. The bathroom had issues with rhe drain which made the room smell really bad. Expensive for what it is. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Disappointed for the price of the room.

Handy location for trains and old Copenhagen.

Çarşaflar ve yorganlar kirliydi. Odada birakilan birkaç çerez ücretliydi. Su icmek icin bardak bile yoktu. Check in yaparken cok zorlandik. Ek depozito alindi 500 DKK. Geri odemede sorun yasamadik ama yine de yurtdisi seyahatte paramizin blokajda kalmasi hos bir durum degil. Check in ve check out islemleri esnasinda resepsiyon bostu. Ilgili kisi genelde aksamlari geliyor. Bir sorun yasadiginizda çözümü zor olabilir

Selvbetjeningen funket bra, men vi savnet tilgang på mat og drikke nede i resepsjonen. En drikke/kaffeautomat hadde vært fint. Meget god komfort, og det var rent på rommet. God pris, og sentralt!

Helt okej ställe. Bra läge. Incheckning utan personal men funkade bra. En del ljud då det var nära stadstrafik. Bra säng stor tv med nordiska kanaler. Ska finnas bar/ lounge men den fann vi ej.

No information that was given was available, absolutely horrible experience to pay for only a bed and and walk 4 crooked floors with luggage and there was no kettle, no lounge as promised and no staff in the building. Was very disappointed and will be more careful in the future. It was the most disappointing start of my journey. But I slept well and the bed was alright.

The pros: this room was very large and spacious, which I didn’t expect from my history of European hotels. The location is good, a short walk to a bus and metro stop. There are plenty of food options within walking distance as well and a 7/11 right next door. The online checkin via the app was new, but I enjoyed it. I don’t think I ever saw a worker while there. The cons: there was a sewer like smell coming from the bathroom that was a bit unpleasant. Leaving the door closed helps but if you’re going in the bathroom, it’s bad. There was also no mini-fridge which was disappointing. Then the stairwell is a bit uneven. It needs some work done before it falls in. Overall, for the price and location, it was well worth it. I’d definitely consider booking here again.

Hotel very close to the central station and city center. Very simple hotel without any services and auto check in via app. Not so well cleaned with dust under beds and not cleaned walls in bathroom.

Loved the location, very central and easy to walk around with cafes and stores nearby. When we walked in the room smelled of cigarettes which took hours and leaving the window open in the middle of January to get the smell somewhat out. I tried contacting through the AeroGuest app but nobody ever responded to my messages and there was never anyone at reception to talk to about this. Apart from that the stay was great.
