送迎バスが空港まで1時間に3回か4回あるのですがちょっと時間がかかります。施設下にコンビニはあるのでとりあえずは凌げますが、大きなお風呂に行くのに送迎バスで空港までいって、空港の4階まで一般の方々や観光の方のお土産や食事されてたり空港へ出入りしてる人を横目に風呂へ行くのはちょっと気が引けました😅

Good location near the airport and close to the Aichi Sky Expo Convention Center. The hotel has free shuttle service to and from the airport. They also have the 7-eleven close to the hotel and next to it is the Sheraton 4 Points which has free shuttle to Aeon Mall.

愛知エキスポのライブ参戦のため初めて利用しました。チェックイン前も後も使える無料ロッカーは非常に助かりました。周辺にはカフェ等がありません。空港まで行けばお店はありますが混んでいるのでロビー脇のテーブルで休憩させていただきました。 10時チェックアウトは厳しいです。

チェックインが有人窓口ではなく機械に誘導され、有人窓口で説明されている内容の案内が全くなく、朝食の説明なし、浴衣やアメニティをロビーで取る必要があるなどの説明がなく、近くにスタッフもおらず機械でのチェックインは冷遇され不平等と感じた。部屋も喫煙室なのに鍵がないと操作できない窓でミリも窓を開けれなかった。また7階なのに駐車場が目の前で車が駐車されており怖くてカーテンは開けれなかった。宿泊のお値段はイベント日なのに格安でとてもよかったです。チェックアウト後の荷物預けもロッカー式で自分で好きな時に出し入れできてよかったです。格安ならまたお世話になると思います。

our room's bathroom had a real strong pee smell which wasn't clean well on the floor. I could see stains around the toilet. Everything else in the room was clean and ok. So I called the front and asked to clean. One lady from the front came and took one look at it and said, there is nothing she could do but to spray air freshener. She didn't even try to clean or anything and left. It was pretty disappointing service. The breakfast was just sad.

仕事で国際展示場を使用していたので、2日間こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。展示場から2番目に近いホテルで徒歩5分程度。施設内にコンビニもあって、空港もほぼ直結に近いので大変便利な立地です。駐車場も高さ制限はありますが、敷地内にあるので車での滞在でも使えます。近くにもコインパーキングが充実しているので、車の駐車に困ることはないでしょう。フロントは自動チェックインで簡単な情報を入力するだけで済みます。とても便利です。客室は清潔で部屋も広い方ですが、浴室に入った時に下水の臭いが上がってきていてかなり臭かった。シャワーを浴びた後は少しマシになりましたが、綺麗なホテルだっただけに残念に感じました。空港近くで食事や買い物に困るようなことはないです。コスパもいいので、次回も利用したいと考えています。浴室の臭いだけが残念でした。それ以外は完璧。

444号室に宿泊。微妙な部屋番号がちょっと嫌でした。施設は新しくて掃除も行き届いてました。フロントスタッフの対応も良かったです。壁が薄いのか隙間があるのか、隣室？の夜の営みの声がかなり聞こえて嫌でした。　枕が合わないのもあり寝れませんでした。

The check-in was more complicated than was necessary. In most hotels, I can give my passport to the check-in staff and they quickly have my booking papers. Here, I had to use the self check-in terminal which was quite complicated. The room was good, although the curtains were let light in; they were not blackout curtains like the hotel next door. The breakfast was OK, though other hotels offer more choices. It's easy walking distance from the airport.

中部国際空港近くの東横インIIに宿泊しましたが、とにかくフロントスタッフのM（女性）の、挨拶もなく仏頂面でため口の接客には、驚くほど残念な対応で、大変不快な思いをしました。東横インのスタッフには、好感度の高い方々もいる中で、この小太りのMのようなスタッフがいることは、東横インのブランドを著しく下げることになると思いますので、人事部の方には是非担当を変えられることを進言させて頂きます。ちなみに、このような対応は他のゲストにも同じような対応だったことを知って下さい。

今回愛知expoのライブの為利用しました。空港にも空港駅EXPOにも徒歩圏内で便利でした。ライブのグッズ販売後一旦ホテルに帰って休養することも出来ました。リーズナブルなお値段の上に朝食までついてくるなんて申し分ないです。スタッフの方の接客も心地よいものでした。また、是非利用したいです。

The hotel was quite nice, especially considering the price. The room was larger than I expected (still small compared to US hotels), had a TV, deep bathtub. And best of all located about 5 walk from the airport terminal.

The hotel was quite nice, especially considering the price. The room was larger than I expected (still small compared to US hotels), had a TV, deep bathtub. And best of all located about 5 walk from the airport terminal.

朝食会場がとても混んでいたので、ご飯をおにぎりにしてもらえるとお部屋に持って行って食べられていいと思います。他の東横インに泊まった時、朝食のご飯はおにぎりだったので期待しており少し残念でした。ただ、とても白ご飯は美味しかったのでたくさんいただきました。ありがとうございました。

My 4th time staying at this hotel. Shuttle bus drivers are courteous and helpful, and having a convenience store in the bldg is always nice though the sign said it could be super packed at night. The only thing I didn’t care for is how thin the wall is. A lady staying in the next room had multiple episodes of bad coughs-> gagging at night, and it sure woke me up. Also, because this hotel is right by the Centrair Airport, you’ll hear people in and out throughout the night, some are very quiet while others talk very loudly in the hallway at 2am. How quiet your environment for a good night time sleep really depends on your neighbors. Overall I still think this is a good place to stay for the price.
