Great location near the beach and boardwalk! Parking was simple that was a big plus for me. Nicolas and Eleyns are very good at conveying information in a professional way with emails and text messages to make sure i was situated and happy with my stay! I am looking forward to staying with them again in the near future! I Highly recommend this property!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night. Free parking at the hotel, which was nice. Comfortable room, the ac worked great. The shower head was lovely. Our one complaint, the kitchen table looked as if ii was forgotten when the place was cleaned. Other than that, great location. We definitely would stay again!

The place is very close to the beach. Parking was not an issue. It's an older place but they keep it clean. Not a lot of frills and thrills but that's not the point of this place. I loved this little apartment. The outside has its own seating area in front & a common seating area. Has everything you need. Kitchenette with refrigerator and stove. Really clean and just a few steps from the beach.

The property was extremely clean at our entrance. We were there for 5 days. Day 3 I've noticed super tiny small bugs, I looked with google to see what there were and google said they were cockroaches (luckily we were almost out of there). The last day also the monoxide carbon alarm started to run out of batteries so we had to deal with the noise. The shower was clogged. The property needs to be updated. I will choose somewhere else to go next time.

Location is great right next to the beach. Keyless entry. Laundry is available but the machines need updating since the washer doesn’t work properly. Our stove/oven did not work at all however we were given a hot plate to cook on upon request. Kitchen is equipped with basics including plates and cups. Cleaning is an ongoing maintenance but this place could use a deep cleaning. We were allowed to do an early luggage drop off that was very helpful.

The pros to this location are the location and the parking. The property managers are very communicative before and during your stay. However, I will probably not stay there again. I stay in Hollywood Beach often so I’m familiar with the area and the type of properties there. I was aware that I was staying in a dated building and it was likely to look a bit worn out in some spots but this goes a bit beyond that. The unit we stayed in needs a deep cleaning, some repairs, and at the very least a fresh coat of paint to freshen things up a bit. To be fair, I did not tell them this while I was there since it wasn’t an immediate concern.

We had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and we were looking for a dog friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how close we were to the beach and boardwalk. The room was small but very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen where we could eat some of our meals. Would definitely go back again

Every thing i needed was there. Kitchen had everything i wanted and room was nice size. A tv in the bedroom and a tv in the main room was a big plus. Right by the beach so i just walked back to room for more drinks!!

i have stayed here several times because of it's closeness to the beach it suits my needs of not having to eat out everyday but this time was disappointed they didn't communicate in a timely fashion and the mattress needs to be replaced.

Nicolas and Eleyns were the most responsive and helpful property owners. I really appreciated how easy it was to get into contact with them when need; you don't always expect that level of responsiveness from smaller venues. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic!

Arrived to find the road was closed for construction and had to pay to park over a block away. Listing claimed free onsite parking. 7am mornings very loud dump trucks, bull dozers, etc. with repeating backup warning alarms. Worst of all - when I contacted management to ask for rate reduction, they refused to do anything.

Expérience convenable, l’emplacement est très apprécié car direct à la plage et bien situé pour rayonner entre Miami, les Everglades et Fort Lauderdale. Par contre le logement ne correspond pas aux photos mises sur le site. Il mériterait d’être rafraîchit. Moisissures sur les portes, lavabo et douches bouchés. Bonnes literies et petit set pour la cuisine et salle de bain appréciés. Serviettes et accessoires de plage fournis. Laverie gratuite très appréciée aussi. Attention au parking, 7 places pour 9 ou 10 logements, 1er arrivé, 1er servi et pas évident de se garer dans la rue, on a eu droit à une amende de 45 dollars.

I stay here often. This time I paid double the amount and was given unit 9. It says deluxe king with sofa bed. More like a crap king no deluxe and no sofa bed. The stove doesn’t work. Stains and just pure disgust through the entire unit. An awful smell. I’ve contacted host and they want to argue so I’m going to dispute this charge as I have requested compensation for terrible web description. We had to buy another hotel during our stay. I could not stay in that filthy unit!
