La prestation proposée ne correspond vraiment aux photos...chambre petite ayant besoin de rajeunissant. Le rapport qualité prix est à revoir, je ne reviendrai pas à ce prix. L'accueil est simplement correct . Pour le parking il ne vaut mieux pas penser qu'une place sera disponible !!

Not a spa hotel at all just an old pool and facilities in need of repair. Liked kitchenette room.room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful on arrival. Close to harbour,shops and restaurants. One night stay but wouldn't return for another stay.

Hotel correct, mis à part des options non conformes du type SPA ( ne fonctionnait pas ) volet manuel bruyant et disfonctionnant. Chasse d'eau défectueuse et bruyante. Manque d'anticipation concernant l'approvisionnement du petit déjeuné. Personnel courtois sauf celui de l'accueil.

Het was in de buurt van universiteit. Er was geen nachtportier. Hierdoor werd er gefeest op een van de kamers. Bed was wel heel erg smal , geen 2 persoons bed maar een twijfelaar. Alles was goed schoon.

L'arrivée à l'accueil a été bien : directement nous avons eu les serviettes de piscine. Par contre, la chambre était bien trop petite pour 3. La table était minuscule. Il était très difficile de se connecter au wifi. Les personnes à l'accueil ne disaient même pas bonjour. Pas du tout proactive. Les horaires de le piscine sont bien. Proche aussi des visites pour l'aquarium, les 3 tours, le vieux-port, le musée de la Marine.

Das Apartment Hotel is nah zum Zentrum gelegen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos in Expedia. Es hat uns enttäuscht. Es war nicht wie abgebildet modern und erweckte keinen sauberen Eindruck, obwohl es sauber war. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Makel: keine Klimaanlage. Wir haben nicht bedacht was es bedeutet, wenn draußen hohe Temperaturen über 30 Grad sind und das Zimmer zur Straße im Erdgeschoss liegt. Lüften dauerhaft unmöglich. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Gefallen hat uns eigentlich die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen, aber der Preis war unserer Meinung nach für die doch betagten Geräte zu teuer. Auf unserer Reise haben wir modernere Geräte von Miele weit aus günstiger zum halben Preis mit Waschmittel inkl. nutzen können. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ok, aber zum Entspannen war der Raum zu klein und konnte der Nachfrage der vielen Gästen nicht gerecht werden. Es gab überwiegend süße Speisen, kein Obst und keine Eierspeisen. Das WLAN war langsam. Wir würden es wohl nicht mehr besuchen.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude.

Hotel correct, mis à part des options non conformes du type SPA ( ne fonctionnait pas ) volet manuel bruyant et disfonctionnant. Chasse d'eau défectueuse et bruyante. Manque d'anticipation concernant l'approvisionnement du petit déjeuné. Personnel courtois sauf celui de l'accueil.

very good budget with stay in a calm / nice area. there's mcdonalds and carrefour just next two blocks aways. walking 10 minutes to La Rochelle old town center. specially the room is much lager than I expected! a wonderful experience to stay here!

Hotel très bien situé dans La Rochelle, on a tout fait à pieds. La piscine c'est le top, les enfants ont adoré. Très calme, nuit reposante. Franchement je pense qu'on reviendra avec plaisir.

Had researched and knew there was free car park next door to hotel. Reception reasonably efficient without being friendly. NB - it only opens after 9am so beware if you have an early check out requirement. They give you a code to get in outside reception hours. There is a small indoor swimming pool but we didnt use. Only a 10 min walk to the harbour/chain bridge/Oceanarium. Room perfectly ok with kettle etc

L’emplacement de l’hôtel par rapport aux quais et quartier ancien. C’était parfait. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il est plutôt vieux. Notre chambre aurait besoin d’un Rafraîchissement et d’un peu plus de confort.

Es war alles sauber. Nur der Fernseher war etwas zu klein. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der Fähre geht es noch leichter.

Our stay was good. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, which is great for people with kids. Yet there where lots of shops nearby and its not a far walk to the main town area.

It is a very basic hotel. Boot camp style. Poor decoration and even poorer breakfast. The receptionists are horrible. Never seen such unpleasant people!

Séjour sympathique en famille dans cet appart hôtel. Appartement propre, petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qu’il y a (10€ par personne), piscine sympa mais propreté à revoir : beaucoup de cheveux dans la piscine. En tout cas elle est bien chauffée et c’est bien agréable. Le personnel est sympathique, aimable et agréable. Situation top : au calme, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et surtout au calme.

Séjour sympathique en famille dans cet appart hôtel. Appartement propre, petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qu’il y a (10€ par personne), piscine sympa mais propreté à revoir : beaucoup de cheveux dans la piscine. Das Apartment Hotel is nah zum Zentrum gelegen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos in Expedia. Es hat uns enttäuscht. Es war nicht wie abgebildet modern und erweckte keinen sauberen Eindruck, obwohl es sauber war. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Makel: keine Klimaanlage. Wir haben nicht bedacht was es bedeutet, wenn draußen hohe Temperaturen über 30 Grad sind und das Zimmer zur Straße im Erdgeschoss liegt. Lüften dauerhaft unmöglich. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Gefallen hat uns eigentlich die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen, aber der Preis war unserer Meinung nach für die doch betagten Geräte zu teuer. Auf unserer Reise haben wir modernere Geräte von Miele weit aus günstiger zum halben Preis mit Waschmittel inkl. nutzen können. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ok, aber zum Entspannen war der Raum zu klein und konnte der Nachfrage der vielen Gästen nicht gerecht werden. Es gab überwiegend süße Speisen, kein Obst und keine Eierspeisen. Das WLAN war langsam. Wir würden es wohl nicht mehr besuchen.

Tres bon accueil, autant par le personnel que par la direction . Lieu calme et bien situé , les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Un petit bémol pour le matelas de notre chambre un peu plus petit que le sommier ! Un petit plus serait des oreillers supplémentaires 😊 Établissement à recommander sans problèmes Tout le monde est tres sympa, une mention spéciale pour la dame du petit déjeuner 😊 Merci pour ce bon séjour passé chez vous

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude.

The car park was horrendous, Curtain at the window was difficult to use as the rail was broken so had to use the shutter for privacy but even that was hard to use, the bed was comfortable and clean
