Overall it was very good place for neat, calm and comfortable stay. Spacious bedrooms, 5 adults can comfortably sleep. Lack of bin's to put food waste inside the house. Swimming pool was not working. Everything else is very positive and highly recommended.

The room itself was good. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean but the outside of the hotel was a little shabby. The pool was out of use which was a shame and there were no staff around . So a very comfortable stay but functional rather than fun.

The two bedroom unit upstairs is very cute, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Living area was exceptionally large with several comfy couches. 1 bedroom had a large bed and the other a large and a smaller one, all very comfortable. Kitchen was also sizeable with basic set of pots, utensils and appliances. All other units are typical motel rooms. Has a small pool and bbq shed. 10min walking to the town centre and the beach. Loved the friendly staff.

Visited the property during Easter school holidays with family. The property was very clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy. Plenty of parking and the property was walkable distance to local restaurants and Port Campbell beach. All amenities in the property were in excellent condition and would definitely recommend for families.

Renovated recently it seems as very nice rooms, spacious, comfortable bed, tv, internet all perfect. Really comfortable. Had a noisy neighbour who I asked to be quiet about 11pm but that could happen anywhere!

Bathrooms seriously need a make over. Super old blue spa baths - not appealing and unsafe for older people to get in and out of to shower. Air Con in the main room but not in the bedrooms which meant for really uncomfortable sleep.

Property kept clean & tidy but very noisy between rooms. Strange TV as at 2am it suddenly turned on & woke us up. Soon after this people in unit next door had their TV up loud so couldn’t get it sleep.

Everything is excellent; the rooms are updated with newish bathroom fixtures and there’s a heat pump so the room stays cool or warm depending on the weather. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only reason we took off one star was because the walls are very thin and we heard our neighbours watch TV and even sneeze. Luckily we had good neighbours during our stay.

Great property. Very simple check in. Our room key was in an envelope at the reception front door as we arrived late arvo. Comfy, warm room, great linen, quality bed, newly reno'd bathroom. Over night, the room was quiet and dark. We had a great, hassle free stay at PCMI.

The reception lady was phenomenal!! Not only did she accommodate a drenched family of 6 late at night with no notice , she opened laundry early for us and changed money out of hours. Friendly and helpful don’t come close. Highly recommended

A welcoming & friendly lady greeted us for our overnight stay. She happily offered suggestions to dine for our evening meal, tourist spots to visit etc. Our room was spacious, renovated and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and certainly we’d stay here again

Traveled whole great ocean road and this was far the better places we stayed, for cleanliness etc Also customer service ( narelle ) after I messed up my booking dates tried phoning them and lost signal, she messaged me on sms and sorted it out for me. So 100% gets my approval

Great place to stay. Very quiet at night but you can hear the frogs / crickets. Nice! We had a rental car to drive into town but could have walked it too. We didn’t use the pool but had we stayed longer it would have been good. The room was super clean and close to the 12 Apostles, only 10km away! Highly recommend.
