This apartment, located in a bustling student district is just right. The stairs leading up to the third floor are a bit treacherous, but the vibe and the view are perfect. The beds are soft and there was plenty of room for four (six might be a little tight). Would definitely recommend

Overall it was a great stay and great neighborhood. The stairs in the apartment building were difficult to climb especially with luggage. The stairs and common hallway were not very clean. But the apartment was nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a great location with nightlife, restaurants , shops all within walking distance. It had a coffee maker but no coffee mugs. Thanks for a great stay.

Location is fantastic and within walking distance (note this location requires climbing a small hill to get to). Check in and check out was smooth. Instructions are accurate but you need to read closely. Beds were well above average. As others have stated staircase is narrow/steep and I could see how anyone with mobility issues (hip/knee/back) or cardio concerns would have difficulty on the stairs. Other than recommending to turn on the lights the stairs are completely manageable with luggage but one at a time. The noise from the restaurant and bars in the area is noticeable but did not bother us. My wife who is a light sleeper did wear ear plugs one night. Overall this is a perfect location to explore Paris. We were very happy with everything and would come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cosy 3. The location was absolutely perfect and apartment was cute, clean and had everything we needed including fans!! Since we stayed during a heat wave, these were very much appreciated! Merci!

This spot worked great for our family. In the heart of Latin Quarter in close proximity to a handful of metro stations. Was well appointed and clean. Only cons are that stairs are narrow and uneven. Night life on square below is bustling, but wasn't an issue with windows closed.

This property was as described and we really liked it. There were two adults and two teenagers staying here. Located in a great area near the Pantheon with cute bars and restaurants located down below. One thing to note, the stairs leading to the third story apartment are very tight and narrow when bringing your heavy luggage up and down. That said, this property is as described in. I would recommend it.

Close to two Metro stops on M10. Easy walk to Notre Dame. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and an outdoor market three days a week. Unit was clean and stocked with the necessities. “Lively” neighborhood was very noisy during the week until 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the weekend. The back bedroom was quiet, but even with windows closed, the front bedroom was very noisy. Washer/dryer are not in the unit, but in a shared space in the utility room. Stairs are narrow, uneven, and turning, so keep this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

This was my second time staying at this property. My friend and I love the space, love the location, and don't mind the stairs! Would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a clean and comfortable apartment in Paris!

Everything was very efficient and clean and the apartment is nice. Good location on a very lively square. Be aware of the activity and noise levels in cafes underneath. While it advertises space for 6, we found it very tight even if two of us were children.

The unit was spotless and as seen in the photos. Beds were really comfortable. Really nice bathroom and functional kitchen area for making coffee or tea and making snacks. Communication was good. Had an issue when we first arrived but was taken care of pretty quickly. Location is really great and love being across the street from Les Pipos (probably my favorite restaurant in Paris!) As was noted, there is a lot of noise from the bars below. We stayed 4 nights and the first two were ok, the 3rd and 4th (on the weekend) were pretty loud until the wee hours of the morning. If you are going to be out really late, no worries but just something to be aware of. My kids are teens so wasn't a big issue but could be for younger families.

We only spent 3 nights in this apartment, but they were over the weekend and it was extremely noisy due to the cafe/bars below. The blackout curtains do very little for the noise. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything in the apartments above and below. The pillows were flat and limited (1 per person per bed) - in fact everything felt very utilitarian with minimal towels, soap, etc. The laundry was not in the apartment, but down multiple flights of stairs. The instructions were so detailed and they talked about not being too noisy, but it was ironic do to how noisy the streets were, even at 2 am with drunken singing. We loved the convenience of the restaurants. The place was also very clean and tidy. If you’re OK with noise, then this place will be no problem.

This property was a nice 2 bedroom plus pull out couch that worked well for our family of 5. The kitchen was tight but was well equipped and had everything we needed (no oven but we didn’t need one). The restaurant below was open most nights until 2am and the sound definitely drifted up as it was too hot to close windows. We were mostly able to sleep through it, but if you’re an early to bed or light sleeper, consider ear plugs. The location was great with close access to cafes, restaurants and a couple small grocery stores. We could see Notre Dame from our window. There are multiple “Cosy” apartments in this building and we were able to coordinate booking two other groups into other apartments. A great stay in Paris.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Right above a couple cafes and on the same street as handful of great restaurants, bars, a mid-sized grocery store, and kabab house. It's also less than a mile walk to Notre Dame and 2-3 blocks from the start of Rue Mouffetard (lots of shopping, restaurants, cafes, etc.). The interior of the apartment is as advertized. Nice layout, good size for european flats. The beds are pretty comfortable. The only feedback is the pillows are pretty bad (very, very flat). Our only issue was our vacation coincided with an aweful heat wave in Paris, with temperatures at 95-degrees farenheit during the day........which meant a low of 80+ degrees farenheit at night. This made being in the apartment pretty diffucult as it does not have air conditioning. The owners provided four (4) fans and we went out and bought two (2) more fans, but it was still really, really hot. I would have liked if the owners would have provided a portable air conditioner to help, but it was ok. If the weather in Paris is not too hot, this apartment is perfect! I would recommend to anyone.

This property was the perfect location for our family (5) to explore Paris. We stayed 5 days and the place was perfect for us and would recommend. The stairs can be steep but adds to the charm and is manageable. We would stay here again.

The apartment is a wonderful space to be after a long day. Plenty roomy with beautiful windows that allow you to take in the gorgeous neighborhood with a glimpse of Notre Dame. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great little apartment. It was a tad tight for a family of 5, but it worked. We loved being outside of the typical tourist areas and felt that we got more of the local flavor in this part of town. Check-in was a breeze! The restaurants downstairs were delightful and we were pretty close to a few different metro stations.

The apartment was super cute in an old building. Beautiful natural light from large windows and very comfy beds. Pillows were flat but our host provided fluffy ones on request It is small but well laid out so even our adult son sleeping on sofa bed felt like he had his own room. 3 fans helped with circulation of air. If you gave bad knees/joints the stair climb may be an issue . Loved the vibe in the area!. Walking distance to most sights. Would love to stay there again!!

The location of this apartment is AWESOME. There are a ton of restaurants and bars just downstairs/around the corner. But speaking of the stairs, please be aware that the stairs going up to the unit are tight and steep! Apartment was perfect size for 3 of us. Uber easily picks up right outside of the unit. Easy check in and out.

As others have stated staircase is narrow/steep and I could see how anyone with mobility issues (hip/knee/back) or cardio concerns would have difficulty on the stairs. Other than recommending to turn on the lights the stairs are completely manageable with luggage but one at a time. The noise from the restaurant and bars in the area is noticeable but did not bother us. My wife who is a light sleeper did wear ear plugs one night. Overall this is a perfect location to explore Paris. We were very happy with everything and would come again.

The unit was spotless and as seen in the photos. Beds were really comfortable. Really nice bathroom and functional kitchen area for making coffee or tea and making snacks. Communication was good. Had an issue when we first arrived but was taken care of pretty quickly. Location is really great and love being across the street from Les Pipos (probably my favorite restaurant in Paris!) As was noted, there is a lot of noise from the bars below. We stayed 4 nights and the first two were ok, the 3rd and 4th (on the weekend) were pretty loud until the wee hours of the morning. If you are going to be out really late, no worries but just something to be aware of. My kids are teens so wasn't a big issue but could be for younger families.

This was a great little apartment. It was a tad tight for a family of 5, but it worked. We loved being outside of the typical tourist areas and felt that we got more of the local flavor in this part of town. Check-in was a breeze! The restaurants downstairs were delightful and we were pretty close to a few different metro stations.

Host had great communication, easy to check in and out. Location is close to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, laundromat, subway stations, Norte Dame, local markets… location location location!!! Noise requirements were strict for us but the restaurants were loud at night so that felt unnecessary. Couch and pillows on beds were not very comfortable. .

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had plenty of supplies. Loved the nightlife from the cafe below and the live music. Walking distance to the Seine, Pantheon, and Notre Dame and subway station. Plentiful food options within steps.

Location is fantastic and within walking distance (note this location requires climbing a small hill to get to). Check in and check out was smooth. Instructions are accurate but you need to read closely. Beds were well above average. We had a wonderful stay at Cosy 3. The location was absolutely perfect and apartment was cute, clean and had everything we needed including fans!! Since we stayed during a heat wave, these were very much appreciated! Merci!

This spot worked great for our family. In the heart of Latin Quarter in close proximity to a handful of metro stations. Was well appointed and clean. Only cons are that stairs are narrow and uneven. Night life on square below is bustling, but wasn't an issue with windows closed.

Everything was very efficient and clean and the apartment is nice. Good location on a very lively square. Be aware of the activity and noise levels in cafes underneath. While it advertises space for 6, we found it very tight even if two of us were children.

We only spent 3 nights in this apartment, but they were over the weekend and it was extremely noisy due to the cafe/bars below. The blackout curtains do very little for the noise. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything in the apartments above and below. The pillows were flat and limited (1 per person per bed) - in fact everything felt very utilitarian with minimal towels, soap, etc. The laundry was not in the apartment, but down multiple flights of stairs. The instructions were so detailed and they talked about not being too noisy, but it was ironic do to how noisy the streets were, even at 2 am with drunken singing. We loved the convenience of the restaurants. The place was also very clean and tidy. If you’re OK with noise, then this place will be no problem.

Close to two Metro stops on M10. Easy walk to Notre Dame. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and an outdoor market three days a week. Unit was clean and stocked with the necessities. “Lively” neighborhood was very noisy during the week until 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the weekend. The back bedroom was quiet, but even with windows closed, the front bedroom was very noisy. Washer/dryer are not in the unit, but in a shared space in the utility room. Stairs are narrow, uneven, and turning, so keep this in mind if you have any mobility issues.
