Finn Apartments is the new generation of hotel, minimum staffed but very kind and helpful, from small efficient and very clean single room to extended apartments for a big family. Self-serviced lobby with free coffe. Still very cosy. I will be back.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It almost made up for being locked out of my room twice. First time a problem with the lock and the second with the key. Come early if you plan to use the free parking. Free coffee is great but not always available since the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7. Would stay there again since it’s still good value and location.

Parkeringen är inte på topp. Väldigt trångt och svårt att ta sig ur/ i bilen. Inte många platser men jag hittade en. Finns dock fler på baksidan av hotellet men de tillhör kommunen.

I'm Gegensatz zur Ausschreibung sind kaum kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden. Wenn man spät anreist, hat man keine Chance auch im Umfeld einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Hat nochmal 150 Kronen extra gekostet.

Finn apartments is in a good location within Lund providing easy access to road & bus transportation. It’s also only a 10-15 minute walk from central Lund. Private parking was available every day of our stay. The room was great, the facilities were good and the staff, particularly Elliott, were friendly, efficient and very willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as good as it could be. Yes, there’s a construction project ongoing next door but, other than the outlook, it did not affect our stay at all. Recommended

Fint rom, men litt enkelt kjøkken. Kun en koketopp og en kapselmaskin til kaffe. Savnet f.eks vannkoker. Veldig fint med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel tilgjengelig. Hyggelig personal når de er der, og enkel self-check-inn. Fint å kunne låne sykler, men både det og parkering var litt få og ikke helt et system på, men gikk stort sett greit.

Helt okej rum, rymliga iallfall. Dock är tyvärr bäddsofforna väldigt slitna och inte alls tillräckligt städare vilket känns väldigt otrevligt. Bra service när man behöver ringa till dom, svarar snabbt och hjälpsamt. Enkel med egen incheckning.

Très bon hôtel, bien placé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Le seul bémol est le parking qui est petit, donc il faut arriver tôt pour avoir une place. Mais la chambre est exceptionnelle pour ce prix : spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Allt var jätte bra med hotellet inga klagomål. Väldigt dåligt med parkeringar. Och det är absolut inte OKEJ att städ personalen går in till rummet en timme innan utcheckningen när vi ligger och sover där ! Det var inget trevligt gjort av dom

A hotel with an un-manned reception really shows it worth when things don't go as expected. After a smooth self-service check in I came to my room - and there was no electricity/light. The problem couldn't be fixed over the phone, but less than 10 minutes later a person showed up and fixed the problem - a blown fuse. Awesome! Shows that they know how to do their stuff.

The main issue I had was I couldn't get in the building there was no one to speak. I got the access code off another guest !!. My email with the information in that I needed did not get sent until after the I had checked out. The apartments were clean and comfortable though .

Rent, prydligt och prisvärt litet rum i souterräng. Tillgång till kylskåp i lobbyn, där det också fanns diverse snacks och mjölkprodukter till salu med självbetjäning. Liksom förra gången vänligt bemötande när receptionen var bemannad. Utöver bussförbindelser, promenadavstånd till centrum för den som inte har något emot att gå en kvart till fots.

Vi er altid glad for Hotel Finn. Det er kun en kort behageligt tur til centrum og prisen er fremragende i forhold til hvad det ellers koster at bo på hotel i Lund. Dejligt med nærmest en lille studio lejlighed. Pænt og rent. Altid venlige personale (når de er til at træffe!). Synd at der ikke er morgenmad længere. Men ellers: det hele fungerer!

The rooms were modern and very clean. The surroundings looked very safe. Students and families. Parking was a bit difficult, but only due to the construction site. Breakfast was okay, but could be better.

Vi bodde en familj på 4 och en hund i ett rum. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Alla sov bra, men det var lite varmt, trots att det bara var vår. Vi glömde schampo och balsam och det fanns inte kvar att köpa i lobbyn. Frukostpåsarna var ok, men vi saknade kaffe.

No tiene plaza de parking uñy es complicado aparcar. Te ofrecen café pero siempre está vacío. Tiene únicamente dos sillas para una habitación familiar, de manera que no hay suficientes para todas las personas. Teníamos habitación con jardín, pero está tan abierto a la calle que no tiene ninguna intimidad y no tiene ni una silla para sentarse. El sitio donde está ubicado tampoco es agradable. No lo recomendaría.

Toppen boende och så lätt incheckning, fick väldigt tydligt information när vi kom mitt på natten. Så gott kaffe i receptionen . Kommer bo på samma fina boende när vi är tillbaka till Lund

Never going there again. We had to change our room because the one we got the first day was very very dirty, with nails from previous guests, cans, spoons, hair on the towels, very thick layer of dust everywhere… The staff was very helpful but still that situation made us feel very uncomfortable sleeping there. We got a clean room for the second night but still the furniture is damaged and the outdoors place without any furniture and not so pleasant.

I had what I think is the the cheapest room on offer. It was downstairs but I still had a window that opened onto a courtyard. The staff were very friendly and let me borrow a bike as much as I liked. The room was clean and there was unlimited tea in the common area. One of the lights was broken, but there were more and the shower was great. For the price, I have to give it 5 stars.
