We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Denecrest Guest House in Windermere. The host was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, perfect for our little family. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Windermere town, close to shops, and near a park, which was great for our toddler. We appreciated the secure lock system and the cleanliness of the facilities. Although we did not have breakfast, the tea and coffee station, fridge, and microwave were very useful for preparing our child’s bottles and a warm drink for ourselves after a day of exploring. The room also included TV, Netflix, and WiFi. Lovely quiet environment which was ideal for us, and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the little entertainment corner in the dining room with books and games. Our child especially enjoyed playing with the Lego that the host kindly provided. It was a wonderfully pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend Denecrest Guest House and would happily return ourselves. Thank you for such a lovely stay and for making us feel so welcome. We really appreciated your kindness and all the little touches that made our visit so comfortable. Our little one especially loved it. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Windermere.
