Le quartier peu être inquiétant (mal fréquentés, surtout le soir) mais on s'y habitue vite et nous n'avons eu aucun problème ! Le métro est à côté ainsi que des lieux d'intérêts à 10 min à pied seulement. Les chambres et salles de bains sont très propres, ainsi que les sanitaires communs. Attention : il ne faut pas jeter le papier toilettes, ni les protections hygiéniques, à Athènes. Il y à une poubelle à côté des WC à votre disposition. Elle est changée très régulièrement. La formule à volonté du brunch est pas mal, mais elle mériterait d'être un peu plus fournie. Il y à une laverie à disposition, mais je crois qu'elle ne fonctionne qu'avec de la monnaie. La salle commune est ouverte jusqu'à 1h du mat (il me semble) avec grandes tables pour se restaurer, cuisine, billard, télé... Le rooftop est vraiment une expérience à faire ! Les cocktails sont très bons et il y à une magnifique vue sur la ville ! Le lieu parfait pour faire des rencontres (amicales ou plus). Le personnel est disponible, sympathique, et ils parlent anglais. Les fêtards peuvent être bruyants dans le couloir la nuit, ne pas hésiter à le signaler à l'accueil.

Overall the twin share room was good. Decent bathroom for once. The only down side was a few cleanliness aspects. One of the sets of sheets on the bed had a few holes in it. The quilt on the bed also seemed like they could have been washed. The floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. But overall was a decent stay. The lift is tiny, so be patient if you’re travelling with lots of bags and a few guests

Overall this is a pretty good hostel to stay in considering the price. The view from the rooftop bar is incredible and everything inside was super clean. All of doors to the rooms are keycard access so no one can wonder in. There’s also a nice social space on the 1st floor. The area around the hostel is not the safest or cleanest place to stay in Athens; however, I never had any issues walking around by myself. There were some guys staying at another hostel (I believe it was north of this one) who saw multiple people at night shooting themselves up so be aware of that. My main complaint is that the bunk room I stayed in was extremely hot. I understand that there are AC regulations in the city and it was July but even when it was on it felt like it did nothing. I was constantly sweating through the whole night. I never went into anyone else’s room so I’m not sure if it was a hostel wide problem. I also did not ask the staff about it because I was not staying long. So be aware of that if you’re sensitive to temperature. Despite that, I would still stay here again but hopefully in room with better AC.

Price was a key factor for me, very reasonable. Location is excellent for walking to all ancient attractions and museums. Lots of food options nearby. Facilities were very clean, staff was very helpful and accommodations roomy and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Room and hotel is fine.. I booked a private room. The problem is the walls and doors are made of paper and the hotel is more a hostel. No quiet hours, constant shouting and partying. It’s fine if you want to join and have fun, but if you plan to try and sleep, no chance before 3am. And keep in mind this was on a Tuesday night. I can’t imagine a weekend.

The outside was dirty with men all over the place and garbage bin on the side of the hotel but inside it was good, big room, nice bathroom, clean beddings and well + air-conditioning, big closet but no balcony in my room.

I booked the AThens Hawks hostel based on price, location and reviews. I wasn’t expecting a lot for the price but was really impressed with the place. We arrived late due to Taxi strike, but someone was a reception and was very welcoming. Our room was big, modern, clean and better than anything we’ve stayed in so far, for a lot more money. The breakfast was great, loved the big room and selection. The location wasn’t perfect part of town,but close to downtown. We would stay there again! We stayed 2 nights and the reception was always very helpful. They get 5 stars from us.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich an der Rezeption. Der Bartender aka DJ hingegen absolut stur. Ich ziehe Punkte ab, weil ich auf vieles im Urlaub verzichten kann, aber nicht auf Schlaf. Wer hier bucht muss wissen daß die Musik von der Bar auch mal bis 3 Uhr Morgens durchs Hostel bummert. Es wird hier definitiv nicht auf Ruhe geachtet. Schulklassen übernachten hier und die schreien auch mal Nachts auf den Fluren rum. Nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag möchte man nicht auf dem Kissen liegen und Techno Bass hören. Das Mindeste was ich von einer Übernachtungsstätte erwarte ist nächtliche Ruhe vor allem vom Personal. Die Bar befindet sich im 1. Stock. Um wenigstens etwas Ruhe zu bekommen muss man Nachts ständig an der Rezeption anrufen. Sehr schade. Der Private Room war wirklich toll und sauber. Aber ohne Schlaf nützt das nix 🙁

We stayed at Athens Hawk hostile for a budget friendly room there's three of us with a private bathroom. The room was nice clean with a balcony and the bathroom was nice. The outside area seemed a little grungy, but you're only two blocks away from the touristy area. amenities were very good. The breakfast at the time of this was five euros the price of this hotel was much cheaper than other hotels and what you get. It is well worth it it was about a 10 minute walk to the train station monostraki and about 20 minute walk to stigmata station and the government building. It was very convenient.

The hostel is what I expected. I had a private room, but even so do not stay here if you are a sensitive sleeper. Noises from the hostel and the streets woke me up many times at night. The neighborhood the hostel is in is safe though very dirty.

Good friendly staff but some of the locals told us was unsafe at night, so we make sure to go back to the room before dark, but during day time we went everywhere with no problem, very close to everything, we enjoy the food marked and the restaurants, and all the history in there 👍

The room was simple, but comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop at night. The location was very convenient for walking to the Psirri district and we enjoyed the restaurants, shops and nightlife there. It is a fairly easy walk to Monastiraki Square and the light rail station. They provide a good breakfast for a nominal price. Would recommend if you are looking for a budget stay in a convenient location.

It’s such a fun place to stay! The rooftop bar is a hit and a great place to meet friends and enjoy a view. Only note would be that the area around it looks seedy. Great experience and highly recommend.
