Our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at the hotel with the beach as opposed to the adult one. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The facilities within the hotel were worth the fee we paid. The buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a variety of selections. The hotel itself was beautiful. Excursions werent far - we booked through the hotel and they were good value for money. Main attractions were within a 30 minute drive. Would recommend grabbing taxis from outside of the hotel as these were half the price. Overall an amaxing experience and would definitely come here again.

The property is amazing! Lots of different pools (including an infinity pool), various restaurants providing fresh delicious food and right next to the sea to do lots of snorkeling. The hotel was clean and safe and staff were all friendly and helpful - in particular Reda Amer who was always helpful in taking care of us and our room!

One of the best all in resorts in Sharm - the staff and flawless service is what makes this hotel special. The foods generally good, although more effort could be given in the a-la-cart restaurants. The coral reefs by the beach are amazing and entertainments are world class!

Cleopatra Luxury Resort is a very nice hotel to stay. The first impression was amazing. When we arrived at the hotel lobby, which was beautifully designed with fresh flowers, we felt the luxury. We were also satisfied with the check-in. It took a maximum of 15 minutes even with the transfer to the room. The hotel uses golf carts to transport guests. You don't have to walk anywhere. The gardens are beautiful, the infinity pool is top notch. The staff and bar tenders also the lifeguards are very nice and helpful, of course if you can appreciate their effort and you $, they will give you everything. The room was nice, had a good standard. The housekeeper in our section was very pleasant and always very helpful. Market buffet is ok, some staff are very nice and very friendly. For me, the food at the resort was good. There are not as many options as in other hotels we have stayed in before, but there was always a choice and the food was well prepared. A la carte restaurants did not suit us. Our kids like the Hippo kids klub, animators was friendly and kept eyes on them when we wanted to relax on sun. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your resort.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Cleopatra luxury resort. The food was good with plenty of choice each night, and the staff were all very friendly. Special mention to Ezzat & Moustaffa around the pool who went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The only drawback for us was the gym which could do with some refurbished.

Inizio del soggiorno un po turbolento, che ci ha recato abbastanza stress poiche la camera non corrispondeva alla prenotazione inoltre era molto sporca. Abbiamo accettato di dormire con la promessa che il giorno dopo per le 10 sarebbe stata cambiata attesa che si e prolungata per le ore 16 con diverse lamentele in reception. Personale della reception non e stato efficiente ne cordiale finche non è intervenuto il responsabile, sulla pulizia il personale era molto gentile ma i mezzi per pulire scarsi. Ristorante e cibo abbastanza buono tranne quello di pesce orribile.piscine e giardini molto curati. Staffs and hotel are amazing but the lady at the guest relation was very rude.when we came hotel late midnight they put some breakfast in my room but when we opened the mini bar it was empty. We went to guest relation desk and asked the lady why is empty she said cause you are all inculisve and ıf you order we can put some drink inside mini bar. yes we knew we are all inculisve but maybe we want to drink something late at night in our room we want to pay money ıf ıts extra. But she didnt listen us and nobody put any drink to our minibar and her behaviour is very rude and terrible otherwise except this lady other staffs was very helpfull and amazing. Thank you

Its impossible to be a five star resort. Air conditioning is NOT working, they don't even have AC in the lobby. Staff is very unprofessional. Rooms is very outdated. Resort was ok, the executive suites have not been refurbished, they are very old, damaged and tacky. We changed over to a junior suite even then not all that nice, the smaller rooms were better condition. Check in took 1.5 hours for some reason. Staff were very nice and friendly. The lady at the spa counter was very rude and unprofessional.

We have just returned from a two week stay at The Cleopatra Hotel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, the customer service was outstanding. Every single staff member go the extra mile to ensure you have the best holiday. Our room was clean and spacious with cute towel art which amused our littles ones ( aged 5 and 3). We stayed in room 2110, our house keeper was amazing and the added extras he provided never went unnoticed. We spent most of our time at the activity pool. The lifeguards were so assertive and the pool bar staff were all incredible. Foam parties were a firm favourite. The family pool at the front of the hotel is always quiet, it has the inflatable assault course which proved so much fun for the children. The infinity pool is simply stunning and huge! Kids club was welcoming, Anna, was much loved by my two... mini disco which she led so enthusiastically each evening was a highlight of the day for our little girl. We enjoyed wonderful lunches at the beach bar looking out onto the sea. The staff at the Pilli Pilli bar were incredible - George and his team were all so attentive. Mina and Ahmed at the lobby bar were also shining examples, providing exceptional service. The food was to a very high standard, the a la carte restaurants were both utterly delicious. Special mention to Mr Eid in the restaurant who made sure our time at the Cleopatra was the best it could be. A true gentlemen who provides outstanding customer service.

This property is not 5-star and not a 4-star, as positioned in Expedia and Trip Advisor. 1st, there was a minor booking error on our side which resulted in an extra charge which was not resolved by Expedia. 2nd, the sea is not accessible from the beach as it has a shallow bottom with sharp corals/stones coated with slippery seaweed. 3rd, the food selections were plenty, but most of the food was oily or loaded with sugar; the “diet” table’s food was scary to touch; “free” drinks were not drinkable, and even water was supplied from large canisters of unknown origin; most of the food was dumped into the waste containers at the end of the meal hours. 4th, rooms had outdated facilities/furniture, even in the most expensive units. 5th few businesses on the site run in circles offering the same services again and again, which was annoying. The reception staff appeared disorganized and not cooperating; to meet the 4-star benchmark, all staff needs to be trained to understand how to behave and avoid showing their attitude. Overall, long way to improve to achieve the 4-star level.

Check in people need to get additional training on customer service. They were below average in terms of handling customers questions and concerns and they lacked the welcoming attitude. Beach is mediocre. Nothing special at all. Food is good. Pools are great. I wish I could say I’d go back. But that experience I had when I checked out and my family were standing waiting for our ride and no one even asked if we need help or offered to help carrying our bags left an extremely bad taste.

The hotel, room size, facilities cleanliness were great. However the food quality was poor, both myself and my partner had upset stomachs with on and off vomiting throughout our stay and we stayed for 4 days prior to that in Cairo, where all was normal. The reception staff were helpful especially Rahma, but in the restaurants the staff showed very little interest in providing good service you'd expect from a 5 star. We dined at the Red Sea Wharf on our anniversary night where food was better, but the head waiter(Waleed) was quite rude at the start wanted to sit us on a table next to the toilets rather then 3 tables with a good view that were free at the time and later on he came to check on us and recommended a wine that they dont even have in stock. Thankfully we were looked after by Salah the rest of the evening, he was good and with his smile and kindness made our evening better. I would like to also highlight Ahmed from Pilli pub, like Salah he was really kind to us and everyone in general, which made a difference.

The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however we felt a bit misled by the all inclusive we thought we'd get. The all inclusive only includes one restaurant out of many choices and there were restrictions on which alcohol and when we could get them. I would recommend this place with a good price but don't count on it being all inclusive like you would see elsewhere.

The hotel, room size, facilities cleanliness were great. However the food quality was poor, both myself and my partner had upset stomachs with on and off vomiting throughout our stay and we stayed for 4 days prior to that in Cairo, where all was normal. The reception staff were helpful especially Rahma, but in the restaurants the staff showed very little interest in providing good service you'd expect from a 5 star. We dined at the Red Sea Wharf on our anniversary night where food was better, but the head waiter(Waleed) was quite rude at the start wanted to sit us on a table next to the toilets rather then 3 tables with a good view that were free at the time and later on he came to check on us and recommended a wine that they dont even have in stock. Thankfully we were looked after by Salah the rest of the evening, he was good and with his smile and kindness made our evening better. I would like to also highlight Ahmed from Pilli pub, like Salah he was really kind to us and everyone in general, which made a difference.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.

Mi é piaciuta la struttura con le sue piscine e l'atmosfera serale data dalle super illuminazioni. Il cibo l'ho trovato insoddisfacente, piatti artistici ma immangiabili e non si capisce fino a dove arriva l'all inclusive. Volevamo prenotare al ristorante Fellini italiano ma ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare, stesso per il ristorante di pesce. Se dai mance ti accontentano e sono gentilissimi, se no spesso non ti ascoltano o ti dicono sì e non lo fanno. Anche l'animazione poca roba e non organizzata, passano spesso per venderti però massaggi escursioni o altro... Camera grande e pulita con tv con canali italiani e tutto il necessario. Comunque bella la struttura....

Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here!

The resort appeared to operate at a basic functional level, with many staff and managers present but limited coordination overall. While the resort was clean, the service quality was inconsistent. Some staff members were very good, but in general, attentive service seemed to depend heavily on tipping; without tipping, guests were often ignored. The buffet and drinks did not meet the expectations of a 5-star resort. Buffet staff appeared insufficiently trained. The food was acceptable but unremarkable, and the drinks were of very low quality. Desserts mainly consisted of very sweet items, such as gelatin-based desserts or filo pastry soaked in syrup. While the food was visually appealing, it lacked flavor overall. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the resort is family-friendly, which are positive aspects. However, considering the overall service, food, and beverage quality, the experience felt more in line with a 4-star resort rather than a true 5-star experience.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Cleopatra luxury resort. The food was good with plenty of choice each night, and the staff were all very friendly. Special mention to Ezzat & Moustaffa around the pool who went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. The only drawback for us was the gym which could do with some refurbished.
