Ottima posizione fronte spiaggia del Serapo con un mare splendido. Piscina discreta tutto sommato. Per essere un quattro stelle mi aspettavo una piscina un po' più curata. Aveva una scaletta rotta ad esempio. Camere molto belle con balconcino vista mare. Ottima anche la pulizia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno anche consentito di usufruire della piscina anche prima del check in e dopo il check out. Unica pecca: uno degli ascensori era rotto. Ne rimaneva solo uno per le esigenze di quattro piani.

Close to beach area and walking distance to restaurants shopping and site seeing. Hotel is spacious and breakfast option is good. Staff at the breakfast and check in are nice. Wish the hotel would have disclosed that there is a fee of 15 euros to access it daily. There is only one treadmill and limited equipments. For that cost compare to daily use in the States, not worth it. There’s no water towels and any other options amenities in the gym. Just a room. It should. Credo che il parcheggio sia eccessivo 15 euro al giorno, non essendoci una copertura idonea per le autovetture, il terreno di terra e piovendo diventa fango e scomodo per andare a prendere l’auto. Un po’ trascurato come grandi pulizia e manutenzione, le camere erano pulite. Sul terrazzino del piano rialzato ho trovato un cartone di pizza che già c’era da un po’ e dopo cinque giorni era ancora. Divisori dei balconi e strutture della doccia arrugginite.

My room was not ready at check in and for 90 minutes I was told “it is ready in 10 minutes, please come back in 10 minutes”, that was frustrating. The pool bar only opened after noon, which was strange. Cleanliness was ok. Most of the staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide enough selection of food.

Frukost kan definitivt förbättras, det fanns nästan inget nyttigt bröd, inget bakat bröd. Inget val av ost tex. Däremot en massa kakor och biskvier (sötsaker). Personalen var stundtals oprofessionella. Jag fick tex en utskällning för att jag överfyllde min juice (av misstag). Jag bad om ursäkt men det hjälpte inte. Servicen var okej, vårt rum städades nästan alla dagar. När det inte skedde bad vi om nya handdukar och fick dem. Jag skulle klassa hotellet som 3 stjärnor.

The property was nice and in a great location, close to the beach, historical areas and walkable to restaurants and shops. My overall review is only good, because the air did not work in our room and it was extremely hot all night long. We called the front desk a few time and they couldn’t do anything about it, however I am sure there was an empty room we could have been moved to. I booked it based on recommendations from family that stayed previously and would try it again if I’m ever in the area.

Ett ok mellanklass hotell. Fördelen är läget nära stranden och balkongen hade utsikt som utlovats. Poolen stängd trots att det stod vid bokningen att man skulle kunna nyttja poolen. Rummen märklig design, helt utan tavlor eller annat som skulle piggat upp. WC placerad så man tvingades sitta snett på stolen. Sämst var absolut de stenhårda sängarna som gjorde det näst intill omöjligt att sova. Hela känslan var att fokus låg på ett konferenshotell.

The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome.

Fint firestjerners hotell beliggende rett ved Serapostranden. God men enkel frokost - god kaffe, men savnet noe så enkelt som tomater og agurker. Fint bassengområde med grei liten bar. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig personale. Eneste skuffelse var middag i restauranten.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice pool and very close to the beach! Only flaw, the dinner was $30 but portions were very small and we found out that we were responsible to pay for water! For that amount, you can eat better and more abundant anywhere else in town
