The staff was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and just overall positive during every interaction. The room was clean with Fresh Linen extra toilet paper. The jacuzzi tub however did have some build up in the Jets that came out when they were turned on. The pool size is nice for when you take children deep enough to have fun in but not too deep that you feel like they're unsafe. But it did look like the pool needed some upkeep on it the edges were pretty worn down. But other than that it was an amazing experience

We have stayed here three times now and will stay here again. Great people, good breakfast, clean, easy parking, quiet, good access to the west side of Lansing and to highways. Very little noise, and one of the few hotels where I tend to sleep decently.

Pool was sorta heated but stull a lirtle chilly...room was kinda clean but there was things missed like the floor and soap on faucet...pool was nice to get in to until the 24 kid birthday party came in and it was out of control they were screaming jumping in throwing there stuff everywhere including on top of our stuff just rude...breakfast was nice

The room and service was good but the carpet thru out the halls and the floor of the elevator were filthy. Breakfast food didn’t seem appealing because I wondered what else was dirty that I could not see. Ice machine not working so one had to go from the third floor back down to the 1st floor for ice.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. There was candy and cookies in the lobby which was a nice touch, but my room wasn't stocked with sheets for the pull out, and we had no ice bags. The pool area wasn't stocked with towels but the pool itself was warm and we loved the small outdoor lounge area.

Main reason we stayed here was for the jacuzzi tubs. Our tub shot out a bunch of disgusting chunks of whatever is left in unwashed jacuzzi jets and we had to jump out and after multiple fills/runs/rinses, it still let out more stuff into the tub. Please don't use jacuzzi without checking for this!

Hair on the shower and bathroom walls along with dirty carpets and burnt out lightbulbs in the bathroom and breakfast area along with a broken pancake maker left this hotel feeling like it could use more TLC. With a little more effort this place could be much better.

This hotel is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn name. The tub had rust marks in it, pieces falling off. The sink felt like it was going to fall apart every time you used it. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Could hear someone walking around up above us constantly. The breakfast was cold, no flavor; and the cream curdled when added to coffee. The only good thing I have to day about this place is the girl at the front desk; was wonderful.

My room had inadequate heat, no desk chair and the phone line was cut Thankfully Jennifer was able to switch me to a nearby room At breakfast when I informed the front desk that the coffee was empty they looked at each other and said “who’s on breakfast” and did nothing else since it was time for them to leave I found the breakfast person who had a full container waiting Apparently she had not checked it since breakfast opened an hour ago Other than the aforementioned Jennifer I found the staff untrained unprofessional and immature I will not stay here again

The hotel was a good, basic property. It was conveniently located close to the highway. There are a couple of fast-food places very close by and other options for dining/entertainment reasonably close. The room was clean. The heating and cooling worked appropriately. The breakfast was solid (although I would not recommend using the pancake machine. I much prefer the waffle-making option if available.) Staff were friendly and courteous.

The room and front desk staff were great. The breakfast, however, was disappointing. Normally Holiday Inn Express has great breakfasts but this one was lacking. No juices were available other than apple. The pancake machine was never loaded. The eggs were either incredibly dry or very wet, no in between. No individual syrup so any time someone wanted syrup with their biscuits or sausage (because there were no pancakes) they had to use the ONE bottle. The trash’s were overflowing constantly. There was one fella working, so I’m sure he was overwhelmed but it was disheartening to see.
