Amazing place in small Tuscan town. Very quiet and the property was amazing. Staff was super accommodating. Would definitely go back to this location.

Wonderful! Pretty comfy room and bed. But the grounds to hang out in and the pool, 85 delicious degrees, and the views were spectacular. The staff was exceptional in attentiveness. Breakfast lovely and Dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. It a Farm ( Fattoria) so you are in the middle of the country. Fabulous! Loved it and can’t be beat for the price.

Barnevennlig. Fin lekeplass. Bra frokost. Kort vei til de varme kildene i Saturnia og andre sjarmerende landsbyer i området.

We had an incredible stay. The location in Tuscany was idyllic. The hot tub was the largest I’d ever been in. And the food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Such a great stay!

Great little find, fab hotel in a beautiful setting. We booked a design or superior double. Pros Lovely and modern, large, clean comfortable room. Comfy bed, fridge, safe, wardrobe, TV no uk channels, open fire with wood available in the yard, tea and coffee making facilities. Small outdoor space with seating from patio doors, with great views. Large bathroom with great spa style shower. Very friendly host who gave us a map of the area and description of local attractions. Location 10 minutes to the hot springs or saturina which is a cute little village. 10-20 mins from other local villages of interest. Right in the middle of lovely countryside. Property outdoor areas, lovely large seating area, heated pool with sunloungers (unfortunately quite alot of bugs in the pool put us off, but given the setting its inevitable), good parking area up a lovely sweeping drive. Breakfast, traditional fresh produce, fresh honey from the comb, fire to cook your meat, fresh bread it was delicious. Cons (if im being picky) Loads of bugs lol but it is the countryside No food options outside breakfast or evening meal at 7.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned.

Chambre très propre et spacieuse,salle de bain spacieuse aussi, pas de rangement dans la douche pour les articles de toilette, bac à douche trop court donc un peu d’eau qui s’échappe pendant la douche. Pas d’emplacement pour faire sécher les serviettes de bain. Très calme comme endroit mais aussi perdu en pleine forêt, au niveau du personnel rien à dire ils sont très accueillant, cependant l’accès quand on a des valises n’est pas du tout pratique ( monté et escaliers ) l’hôtel propose des billets pour le SPA que je recommande chaudement car la cascade du moulin n’est pas très propre et les gens ne sont pas respectueux du lieu.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, um pernoite de uma viagem mais longa de carro, mas já pretendemos voltar! A gentileza não pode passar batido, quartos limpos e modernos, café da manhã delicioso! Jantamos no hotel e foi incrível. Um pequeno comentário, que não interferiu na experiência, mas o ar condicionado não resfriou o quarto, estava bastante calor. Dormimos com as janelas abertas, todas tem telas. Recomendo!

Bella esperienza anche se di un solo giorno. Immerso nel verde a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia e dai borghi medievali limitrofi che valgono la visita. Camere moderne dotate di tutti i confort, piscina riscaldata e per chi vuole fermarsi a mangiare anche un ottimo ristorante. Migliorabile la colazione. Consigliato

Our only regret is that we were only here for one night. Next time we will book at least two. There is tons to do in the area. The property itself and room were super nice. The restaurant was also very good.

Our Superior Suite was unusable due to the crazy noise made by the children next door as the rooms are not soundproofed. We ended up in the worst room in the structure after having booked the best. At check out we were offered to pay the price of the room we stayed in like it was a way to compensate for the discomfort. Thank you but we were not looking to save money but to have a bit of empathy and to be cared for…not even a glass of wine offered! This was our second stay but they gave us plenty of reasons to explore other places for our next trip.

Wonderful! Pretty comfy room and bed. But the grounds to hang out in and the pool, 85 delicious degrees, and the views were spectacular. The staff was exceptional in attentiveness. Breakfast lovely and Dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. It a Farm ( Fattoria) so you are in the middle of the country. Fabulous! Loved it and can’t be beat for the price.

Très calme comme endroit mais aussi perdu en pleine forêt, au niveau du personnel rien à dire ils sont très accueillant, cependant l’accès quand on a des valises n’est pas du tout pratique ( monté et escaliers ) l’hôtel propose des billets pour le SPA que je recommande chaudement car la cascade du moulin n’est pas très propre et les gens ne sont pas respectueux du lieu.

Our Superior Suite was unusable due to the crazy noise made by the children next door as the rooms are not soundproofed. We ended up in the worst room in the structure after having booked the best. At check out we were offered to pay the price of the room we stayed in like it was a way to compensate for the discomfort. Thank you but we were not looking to save money but to have a bit of empathy and to be cared for…not even a glass of wine offered! This was our second stay but they gave us plenty of reasons to explore other places for our next trip.

Meget fornøyd og det beste overnattingsstedet i løpet av vår reise i Italia påsken 2024. Stor og koselig leilighet i flotte omgivelser. Oppvarmet basseng i hagen. Koselig med dyr på gården. Barnevennlig. Fin lekeplass. Bra frokost. Kort vei til de varme kildene i Saturnia og andre sjarmerende landsbyer i området.

Great little find, fab hotel in a beautiful setting. We booked a design or superior double. Pros Lovely and modern, large, clean comfortable room. Comfy bed, fridge, safe, wardrobe, TV no uk channels, open fire with wood available in the yard, tea and coffee making facilities. Small outdoor space with seating from patio doors, with great views. Large bathroom with great spa style shower. Very friendly host who gave us a map of the area and description of local attractions. Location 10 minutes to the hot springs or saturina which is a cute little village. 10-20 mins from other local villages of interest. Right in the middle of lovely countryside. Property outdoor areas, lovely large seating area, heated pool with sunloungers (unfortunately quite alot of bugs in the pool put us off, but given the setting its inevitable), good parking area up a lovely sweeping drive. Breakfast, traditional fresh produce, fresh honey from the comb, fire to cook your meat, fresh bread it was delicious. Cons (if im being picky) Loads of bugs lol but it is the countryside No food options outside breakfast or evening meal at 7.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, um pernoite de uma viagem mais longa de carro, mas já pretendemos voltar! A gentileza não pode passar batido, quartos limpos e modernos, café da manhã delicioso! Jantamos no hotel e foi incrível. Um pequeno comentário, que não interferiu na experiência, mas o ar condicionado não resfriou o quarto, estava bastante calor. Dormimos com as janelas abertas, todas tem telas. Recomendo!

Facilities were beautiful, charming and very clean. Staff very helpful even if you don’t speak Italian. Breakfast was delightful as we truly enjoyed the homemade offerings- especially the real honeycomb with natural honey and the indoor fire for the bacon! We traveled the end of May and the weather was unusually warm for that time of year. While not uncomfortable it was a little warm in the rooms as the AC could not be turned on by the facility until June 15th due to area regulations. Would absolutely stay again as the location was perfect for visiting Pitigliano and Casate del Mulino.
