Ginfranco the owner and daughter are lovely persons and you feel at home. Very close to the river, they offer the parking slot free of charge and use of changing room after left the room. Great place and lovely people.

The photos didn’t do it justice. We were blown away by the property. The rooms were fairly standard but the property is beautiful, the wine is great, staff were friendly, the cascate was an short walk. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Serious “Under the Tuscan Sun” vibe here. Couldn’t imagine a retire place. Private thermal river, and a 10 minute walk to a fun bar and the free thermal pools. The evening appetivi was lovely, and the breakfast was plentiful. Service was sweet. Room and bathroom were huge. Do not miss this spot. And, if you buy the house next door, you better invite me to come stay!

Bel posto in cui soggiornare se si vuole visitare in modo agevole le cascate del mulino. La struttura ha un parcheggio esterno vicino alle cascate 200 mt.buona la colazione dolce e salata. Scomodo il materasso ma tutto il resto impeccabile.

Perfect stay, completely relaxing. We took advantage of the deckchairs positioned near the stream with thermal water, the aperitif with local products and wine, the possibility of leaving cars and personal objects directly in the structure since it is only 500 meters from the mill. At dawn we were able to fully enjoy the spa without other people and then we treated ourselves to the fantastic breakfast prepared with local products.

Lovely area surrounded farm land. Yhe room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. I was nice to have parking just steps from our room. The town of saturnia was a nice little town with a variety of restaurants and Gelato. We were there to visited the falls. They were crowded but did not disappoint. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Really loved this property, friendly staff, its close location to the public hot springs, and breakfast was lovely. Only drawbacks are that there is no safe in room which is problematic since you should not wear any jewelry in the hot spring water (as it may turn black) or bring any valuables down to the hot springs due to no place to securely store your personal items while swimming and thieves are known to frequent the area. Also, the air conditioner did not work in the room and there was no window to open and let fresh air in at night so the room was very hot in mid-May when we visited.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno indimenticabile, il posto e verramente bello, tutto e curato in minimi particolari però pecato che perde un po di stelle nel letto, si muove e fa rumore quindi non siamo rousciti a dormire (eravamo nella stanza con nr 10) colazione super abbondante, staff gentile, mi hanno consigliato un bel ristorante a Montemerano che e un borgo bellisimo. Great location to the springs. The accommodation is v basic. No restaurant for lunch or Dinner. No AC or windows in our 1 bed apt so we couldn’t sleep with the heat. They turn the AC on in June though. Driveway in is v long and narrow. We met two cars and there’s no where to turn or pull over so we had to reverse. Overall it was ok.

Nice quiet site. Closest to Tereme. Our room was large with comfortable bed, but no windows. In case of emergency there was only 1 exit. No staff on site at night. We got up early and decided to leave, as the breakfast offered started at 8:am. We didn’t know what to do with key so just left it in unlocked room and guessed they would figure it out. It seemed like the breakfast was advertised to go with room rate, but we must have misread, because it’s $20 per person extra. We thought that a bit extreme.

Der Anfahrtsweg ist in einer Sackgasse. Leicht zu finden. Zimmer war sehr ok. Das Personal war professionell. Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden von der Auswahl und der Menge, aber ok. Besser, als es bleibt zu viel übrig. Das Wlan war nicht gut, weil die Anbindung in der Gegend angeblich generell schlecht ist derzeit.

What a magical place to unwind after a long flight! The staff was so welcoming and friendly and the grounds were incredible. Just a short walk to a private dip in the river or just a 5 minute walk and you are at Le Cascatelle di Saturnia. The surrounding towns are a short drive away and well worth a visit- nice restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. We can’t wait to go back! Oh! A beautiful breakfast in the morning with local products!

Very good B&B, close to hotel standards. Short walk to amazing hot springs. Breakfast ok. Only backdraw is that you have to drive a bit for dinner at night. But we got good advice about restaurants in Montemerano. Go for Il Moro, it’s great!

Great stay at a place that allows you to really get the feel of southern tuscany. gorgeous property with wildflower and mature plants. Comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast with all local foods was AMAZING. I even got to see two hares in the wild, which is their branding logo on the oil and wines.
