Catskill Seasons Inn

The scenery was beautiful with the leaves changing. We were there at the end of the season and so there was no service in the pub. But there was a diner nearby with good food.

Hotel room was very clean and check-in process was fast and easy. Hotel is in a great location in the Catskills if you’re there to go hiking or skiing, as it is very close to many peaks, trailheads, and ski areas. Hotel offers many amenities like a pool, fire pits, cornhole, and continental breakfast. My only complaint is that one of the major reasons I booked this particular hotel was because of the restaurant and bar that they advertise on their website, and the fire pits. I thought it would be really nice after a day of hiking to shower and have dinner and drinks around a campfire on a beautiful night in the Catskills without worrying about driving or finding a place to eat. However, that did not happen because after I showered, I went down to the restaurant and unfortunately was told the bar and kitchen were closed! Very upsetting, especially since the hotel’s website claims the bar and restaurant are open from 4-10 pm on Saturday, which is when I was there. I found a place to eat about 10 minutes away. I was hoping to at least relax around a fire pit upon returning, but that didn’t happen either. Strike 2 on this hotel! Other than those 2 things though, this hotel is clean and beds are very comfortable, which was the most important thing to me.

Absolutely horrible!! No lights on the stairs outside going into the hotel, sheet of ice in the parking lot was extremely dangerous! No ability to control the temperature in the room. They had the heat at around 90 degrees, we had to open all the windows and leave till it cooled down then the heat was not on New Year’s Eve night. The outlets doing work, and they left dirty towels on the bathroom door and never removed them when I asked. The manager also tried to refuse our service dog and told us we needed to go somewhere else and threatened to call the police. Never again!!!

Lovely find! Quaint and quiet with mountains and trees surroundings. Dining and bar right underneath the rooms with an outdoor area for chairs circling a fire ring. We felt like the only ones there on the weekend. Beautiful fall foliage drive to Phoenicia and Woodstock.

The place is in a great location, has a pool, but, when I went to the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner and for breakfast there were only pre-packaged muffins and k-cup coffee for the free continental breakfast. I did not see another person there mid week, mid summer when I went.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful suite. Only downside was the restaurant on the property was not fully stocked, even though the menu has only a few item on it. After a long day’s drive it was a bit inconvenient to drive to another restaurant in the area.

Great bar and little lodge. Super close to skiing. Look forward to returning.

VERY NICE, THE GROUNDS WERE WELL KEPT, THE POOL WAS CLEAN & VERY PRETTY SETTING. LOVED THE FIREPIT & PICNIC AREA, WE WERE ONLY STAYING FOR OVERNIGHT SO WE DID NOT STAY LONG ENOUGH TO ENJOY THE BAR/LOUNGE AREA BUT IT LOOKED COOL! THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE & CLEAN, MAYBE NEED A CHAIR IN THE ROOM & A MIRROR. BATHROOM WAS DATED BUT CLEAN!! I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

The actual property was nothing like it is described on the website. Mold in the bathroom, TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it told us everything was “outdated”. Very noisy at night and the buildings were in need of a major update. The limited staff was pleasant but of no help

My stay was great! I was surprised by how nice and clean the room was. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was nicely decorated and had very comfortable bedding. Good heating and nice hot water. The room could use a bit more soundproofing though. The staff are super friendly too. Highly recommend it.

Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. Three super minor, small issues: a pan was rusting through, the bathroom fan was broken, and our blinds were stuck. Only blinds no curtains. Loved having an actual kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Very quiet. Good wifi. Great location. Would come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cheerful plus the beds were very comfortable.

Dirty gloves left on the bed. Shower doesn’t work very well. Barking dog was a major nuisance

Pictures website seem a lot different. Dirty and full garbage. Too expensive for what it shows.

My 3 kids and I had a huge room! It was newly renovated and the staff was amazing! Can’t wait to stay again!

This was amazing. I thought it would just be a large room with 3 beds for the family but it was more like an apartment. In the communal space there was even a small kitchen, dining area, and lounge with large flatscreen. We had the place all to ourselves so it was more like renting an entire house than a hotel room. Very good, quick response from the owners too.

This Inn is located very close to the mountain Which makes it great if you're going for a quick ski trip however the rooms are a little bit stale and the ceiling in our room was in bad conditon. we also had a problem with lots of ladybugs in the room flying out at us at night. Which was odd for the low temperature outside.

The good: Rooms seem to have recently been renovated, clean, spacious, plenty of windows The not-so-good: Street noise, fryer smell from the bar The ugly: Breakfast - unless you like packaged donuts and cereal. No fruit as indicated, overall left me wanting. Also, set up in game room less than ideal. Might be a desirable location for some, just really not my jam. Picked this based on the customer reviews, which are usually more spot on.

Very, very small room. Had no idea how small it would be. No closet. No chair to sit in. Shower stall was miniscule. Room looked clean.

I will start by saying that I arrived shortly after Debby came through the area. When I arrived the power was out. I was greeted by the friendly bartender who checked me in. She stated numerous times that I would be given a FULL refund for my stay if the power didn't come back on that evening. She said usually the power only goes out for a couple hours, and they were expecting it to be back on later that afternoon/evening. We were able to make due with out lack of power (we are typically campers)... but when we woke up in the morning... we discovered they now had no water! Which is a sanitation concern-- no showers and no facilities. There was no staff on site to talk to, just a number to text... who said to expect a response on Monday (it was Saturday morning). There was also no continental breakfast as promised- not even items that didn't need refrigeration. We ended up leaving for a nearby motel who had power and water- so we could use the restroom and get on with our day of hiking in the surrounding area. I've have since been given a 1/2 refund for my one night stay (full refund for the other night I was supposed to stay) despite being told I would be given a FULL refund by the staff.. I've reached out to the manager 4 different times and he has not returned any of my messages. I was only trying to follow up on the FULL refund I was promised. Very disappointed in the management.

The rooms were modern and spacious. WiFi was helpful because cell coverage very limited. Breakfast is basic but very gfi and more than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The stay was perfect for visiting family in the Catskills. The fact that there was a pub for dinner worked out great for us. Very convenient. Staff is super nice. Will go again.

Got a free upgrade. Quiet property in the heart of the Catskills. Woke up to the sound of birds and the Esopus Creek. Close to trailheads for many of the Catskill 35’ers. Would absolutely recommend to hikers looking for a home base for a few days.

We had the three bedroom Apt 31. It was very spacious for 5 of us. Huge kitchen and two full bath. We have another family visiting for a few hours and played games in the living room. The bagels for breakfast was surprisingly good! Make sure getting to the breakfast before 9am, otherwise there’s possibility of running out of stock.

Breakfast should be included but there was no food at 8am. Also the room is not clean and there is a lot of noise from upstairs.

I go ace one start bc it’s clean. Anything in the property is very old. It needs remodeling, too old plus the breakfast was awful, very limited food & no nutrition. Service was from 8-10am, if u come after 9, there isn’t food. On my check ed out day, we come before 10, there wasn’t anything left including water for coffee. And you could find staff around. I would not recommend.
