Michele was fantastic, he continued to keep in touch via email after the reservation is made and in the days leading up to our arrival. He stayed in contact with us when our pre-arranged airport pickup was delayed and ensured our transport arrived smoothly. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, warm, and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless. While the room is small, it's well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable in the +34°C heat. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. The only downside was the mattress, my side was quite soft and began to sink when I lay down, though it was still bearable.

Es aconsejable que a tu llegada te guíen de la puerta de entrada hacia la puerta del hotel. Recomiendo tomar taxi del aeropuerto al hotel (los €60 valen la pena) . Hay 2 estaciones de metro cerca, cada una queda a 900mts a través de calles residenciales. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en calle comercial. Michel fue muy servicial y atento. Si recomiendo el hotel especialmente si es primer viaje a Roma y se viaja sola (solo).

Bed and best is a good basic, clean hotel in Prati with everything you need. Fabio was helpful and provided some local recommendations, the room was clean and had a kettle, coffee machine, wardrobe and mini fridge. The bathroom was fine but could have been a little cleaner and the hot water was very temperamental! Overall a good hotel at a good price.

Three day solo trip to Rome. Property was well located in close proximity to the metro, restaurants, and shopping districts. Friendly staff. I arrived early and they allowed for early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. With its location, the lack of included breakfast was not an issue. Plenty of local places to try and recommendations were made by the staff. Price wasn’t bad in comparison to nearby properties. Would stay here again.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Although I arrived very late at night, Michele at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. The facilities are not luxurious, but they are clean and equipped with everything you need. The shower door closes properly, so the bathroom floor doesn’t get flooded, and there are no moldy corners or unpleasant odors that you sometimes find in older buildings. The location is excellent: there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, a metro station nearby, the famous Castroni shop and the Barbini restaurant right next door, and Il Gianfornaio within walking distance for breakfast. Both the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo are also within easy walking distance, which made my stay very convenient. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for making my stay so pleasant.

Overall we were satisfied. The room was just small. We only used it for sleeping. It was clean. The staff was very attentive. They gave us a map to create our sightseeing route. They were very interested in the points we consulted them.

Michelangelo took care of getting us settled in, sent links, gave recommendations, and was helpful throughout our stay. The room was the perfect size for 3 friends on an Italian adventure as it was located in a family friendly and very safe area.

He also graciously arranged our airport transport and was readily communicative whenever we needed dining suggestions or anything. The location was superb - away from the frenetic nature of Rome city center, but with plenty of shopping and dining options and an easy walk to Vatican City. I'd highly recommend this property!

Michele was fantastic, he continued to keep in touch via email after the reservation is made and in the days leading up to our arrival. He stayed in contact with us when our pre-arranged airport pickup was delayed and ensured our transport arrived smoothly. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, warm, and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless. While the room is small, it's well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable in the +34°C heat. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. The only downside was the mattress, my side was quite soft and began to sink when I lay down, though it was still bearable.

Es aconsejable que a tu llegada te guíen de la puerta de entrada hacia la puerta del hotel. Recomiendo tomar taxi del aeropuerto al hotel (los €60 valen la pena) . Hay 2 estaciones de metro cerca, cada una queda a 900mts a través de calles residenciales. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en calle comercial. Michel fue muy servicial y atento. Si recomiendo el hotel especialmente si es primer viaje a Roma y se viaja sola (solo).

Three day solo trip to Rome. Property was well located in close proximity to the metro, restaurants, and shopping districts. Friendly staff. I arrived early and they allowed for early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. With its location, the lack of included breakfast was not an issue. Plenty of local places to try and recommendations were made by the staff. Price wasn’t bad in comparison to nearby properties. Would stay here again.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Although I arrived very late at night, Michele at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. The facilities are not luxurious, but they are clean and equipped with everything you need. The shower door closes properly, so the bathroom floor doesn’t get flooded, and there are no moldy corners or unpleasant odors that you sometimes find in older buildings. The location is excellent: there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, a metro station nearby, the famous Castroni shop and the Barbini restaurant right next door, and Il Gianfornaio within walking distance for breakfast. Both the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo are also within easy walking distance, which made my stay very convenient. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for making my stay so pleasant.

Es un hotel bonito, pequeño, sencillo y muy cómodo en donde Fabio y Michele están al pendiente de todos los detalles y te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Muy amables todos los que ahí trabajan. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de El Vaticano y del Castello de San Angello. A casi todo lo demás se puede llegar caminando y para El Coliseo, el autobús pasa justo enfrente del hotel. El vecindario es muy bonito, muy seguro y con muchas tiendas, restaurantes farmacias y supermercados.

A good place to stay if visiting St. Peter’s basilica or anything in Vatican City. Just a brief 10 minute walk for half the price of hotels in the area. Staff was very accommodating when arriving and gave great suggestions for food and directions. A short walk got us on the metro, so we explored much of Rome from here. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of many of Rome’s most iconic attractions, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Being able to easily explore the city on foot made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including fresh bottled water and a beautiful yellow rose left for us on the second day. A special thank you to Fabio, who was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. He promptly answered all of our questions, provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and even arranged transportation back to the airport for us. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. If we return to Rome, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen - aber vor allem überzeugt das Hotel selbst mit seiner freundlichen Atmosphäre. Michele war ein toller Gastgeber, alles war gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war liebevoll hergerichtet, das Bad sauber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!
