I booked 2 nights 3 rooms with my family. But no car park was provided. I spend 2000 yen per night for parking my car with 3 mins distance. The staff always said car park was full when it was 4pm. Check in time was 3pm. But I observed that some car park slots were used by non resident. And I even found that a free car park ticket was passed to other people when his car was left the car park. I don't know if there was corruption or abuse element in using the carpark. But I was disappointed as I booked the hotel because it had car park parking overnight.

We stayed here for three nights in March after almost a week in Tokyo. We chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the train station as we wanted to spend our time exploring Mitake and Ome. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags with them on both our arrival and departure days. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The laundry facilities were also really useful. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

This hotel served its purpose. It is located right next to the Fusa train station. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which was the only drawback. The house keeping staff provided clean towels every day, but never cleaned the room. The staff was very friendly and assisted us whenever we needed.

This hotel is very convenient and next to the train station with shopping and food options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top (14th) floor and looked West so we had a nice but distant view of Mt. Fuji. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating is because of the bed. As other people have stated, the beds are very hard and is almost like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were not that much better. It felt like some type of plastic cubes were inside of the pillows. If they upgraded the beds and pillows this would be an excellent hotel.

mistakenly booked a smoking room and immediately requested to switch to a non-smoking room, but the staff informed me they could not accommodate the change. Unfortunately, the smoke smell was strong and made the stay uncomfortable. I also attempted to reach out through the Expedia chat option, but no one responded to my message. Better communication and more flexibility from the hotel would have made a big difference.

Hotel staff was very friendly and some knew limited to fluent English. While rooms were small and beds were hard they were clean and well kept. Hotel offers smoking rooms but each room had individual air units so there were no foul odors in my non-smoking room. Well stocked breakfast provided and main level amenities such as washer/dryer and microwave provided for guests. Convenience store located just across from hotel and also a 7-eleven location within a 2-3 minute safe walk a block away which had ATM offering multi-language option. Employees at surrounding stores were very kind, patient and helpful while guiding me through paying for purchases. Access to train station is right next to hotel but outside sounds were extremely minimal inside my hotel room on the 14th floor (top floor). 15-20 minute safe walk to main base entrance. I walked many times at late hours while visiting my son at his apartment and always felt safe in the surrounding areas. I would stay here.

I liked that the hotel is close to the Fussa train station. Made it easy to hop onto the train and return to the hotel. Within walking distance to Yakota Air Base. Walkable to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated their patience in working out our unusual reservation situation.

This is more of a budget property but for what it is, they do a very good job. Located close to Yokota Air Force Base at Fussa station. Breakfast is included with all reservations. It is right next to the Fussa train station but noise was minimal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They don't offer many amenities but there are plenty of stores nearby. Food, shopping etc. The grocery store is amazing.

Right in front of Fussa station. Convenient transportation. Breakfast buffet was always good and you could tell the kitchen staff was working very hard. Rooms may be bit small but its clean. Entire hotel felt very clean and front staff were very helpful always. One super helpful staff was this non Japanese female front desk lady. Thank you. However i wish laundry dryer was little stronger

Its directly next to Fussa Station but we didnt experience any noise from the trains. Theres several shops and restaurants and numerous bars close by. The main gate of Yokota airbase is about a 15 minute walk and all flat ground. The rooms are fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. The staff spoke english and check in was via a kiosk ojly down side is 4pm check in time Other than that its a great place to stay near Yokota airbase

This is as close as you'll get to a "western" hotel with Japanese prices. There are lots of food options within a short walk. Just a short walk to the front gate of Yokota AB. Even shorter to get to the Fussa light rail stop. From there you can get anywhere. Breakfast was, however, more traditional Japanese (most patrons were Japanese) so I can understand that. But it was still good.
