Hotel well situated to T5 2 stops on the bus £1.75 Restaurant was good quality. Excellent service by Alison, who seemed to enjoy my husbands jokes! Good size room. One of the best premier inn rooms we have stayed in.

My room and bathroom were very clean and so were the bedding and towels. For a hotel, this is all I care about. In case anyone thinks they can walk to to this hotel, YOU CAN'T!! On Google Maps, it seems close enough but it really isn't. It is a 41-minute walk and my Bolt driver said it is illegal to walk in the Heathrow area anyway. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel and an in-house restaurant; the food I ordered that night (Indian) was only OK. The staff was friendly enough but not super helpful in providing transportation details which is fine because we can always find that information online.
