Our stay in An Lam Retreats Saigon River was simply amazing. A place only comparable with unique resort places in Bali, Costa Ricas jungle. We have never been in a place like this amazing place. Trranquil position outside HOCM City, but the boat will bring you into the center of district 1 several times of the day. The retaurant, the pool area, the facility, the smell, senses, the interiordesign was amazing. We wanted to buy a lot of the interior home with us. Our Suite looking over Saigon River was so beautiful maybe some of the best we ever tried...

Beautiful place to stay but transportation is very limited and the road to the retreat is unpaved and hard to drive through. The breakfast buffet is good but the restaurant food is really bad and very overpriced, which discouraged us from staying around the hotel. But boat to city and back is very limited so we had to use separate taxi,and many taxi drivers were unwilling to go to this area because it's far from the city centre and the road to the hotel is chaotic.

Et nydelig sted litt utenfor byens mas og kjas. Rolige omgivelser, og flott opparbeidet med gangveier. Vi hadde rom med eget basseng ut mot elva, og kunne nyte varme kvelder på terrassen. Maten var veldig bra, og smilende service overalt. Kjempegreit med båttransport fram og tilbake til hotellet hver dag.
Et nydelig sted litt utenfor byens mas og kjas. Rolige omgivelser, og flott opparbeidet med gangveier. Vi hadde rom med eget basseng ut mot elva, og kunne nyte varme kvelder på terrassen. Maten var veldig bra, og smilende service overalt. Kjempegreit med båttransport fram og tilbake til hotellet hver dag.

Lived up to our expectations completely, and nice to be a good distance from the city hustle and bustle. The boat shuttle was a great free service, and a cab back from the centre of the city was only 300,000 dong. Great food and the spa was amazing. Fantastic place to relax.

although it's 30 mins from the city center, it was a great resort and time for relaxation! They do have boat rides (on a schedule) to get to the city center which is really convenient!

An absolute delight staying here. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious for me and my family, the private pool was lovely to be able to jump in and out as we please. The food was lovely and the spa also beautiful. While this place is more expensive that other places in Vietnam, the remote setting was a peaceful and relaxing way to end our holiday

Offers a quiet & refreshing 'close-to-nature' vibe -- a genuine retreat from the urban bustle (you don't hear any of the noisy street traffic just a few short blocks away). Very shady, with pockets of sunlight, so the boardwalk are slippery at times. Private pool at villa was cool yet refreshing. We were stunned by the opulent beauty of the lounge/bar, and delighted by its selection of creative and tasty cocktails. Breakfast buffet was outstanding (especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict on croissant); freshly squeezed fruit juices; everything we ate there was delicious. Enjoyed several sponsored activities: Vietnamese language, gift-wrapping, coffee-making, & cooking classes. Chef was incredibly warm and friendly, offering a guided tour of the sizable organic herb garden on premises. Our personal butler, Nhu, was attentive to our needs and responsive to all our requests, providing a highly personalized yet professional service. The river shuttle is the best (& most enjoyable) way to travel to/from the city center (District 1), but it runs only 4x/day. We usually took a Grab car, which was convenient but more time-consuming. If you visit during monsoon season, be prepared for some temporary flooding on nearby streets and alleyways approaching the property. Very memorable experience.

The resort is on average, clean but some part needed a little bit of restayling. Prices for services very expensive. the most issue for my side is the location outside the city about 1 hour from the center and 2.5 from Mekong. Staff polite.

Our first time here as a family and loved it. We had late midnight checkin, we took a taxi onto the property, and the travel to the hotel was an experience in itself. The road to the hotel is under developed to the point where even the taxi driver was unsure if this was the right location, but do not let that deter you as upon making the approach you’re met with a grand entrance and a very friendly staff. All staff seemed to be well trained and professional, they all say hi and accommodating. Our cute butler Nhi made our experience even a memorable one.

Our stay in An Lam Retreats Saigon River was simply amazing. A place only comparable with unique resort places in Bali, Costa Ricas jungle. We have never been in a place like this amazing place. Trranquil position outside HOCM City, but the boat will bring you into the center of district 1 several times of the day. The retaurant, the pool area, the facility, the smell, senses, the interiordesign was amazing. We wanted to buy a lot of the interior home with us. Our Suite looking over Saigon River was so beautiful maybe some of the best we ever tried...

Beautiful place to stay but transportation is very limited and the road to the retreat is unpaved and hard to drive through. The breakfast buffet is good but the restaurant food is really bad and very overpriced, which discouraged us from staying around the hotel. But boat to city and back is very limited so we had to use separate taxi,and many taxi drivers were unwilling to go to this area because it's far from the city centre and the road to the hotel is chaotic.

Lived up to our expectations completely, and nice to be a good distance from the city hustle and bustle. The boat shuttle was a great free service, and a cab back from the centre of the city was only 300,000 dong. Great food and the spa was amazing. Fantastic place to relax.

The resort is on average, clean but some part needed a little bit of restayling. Prices for services very expensive. the most issue for my side is the location outside the city about 1 hour from the center and 2.5 from Mekong. Staff polite.

The food is over priced for what it is. Had fish and chips where the batter was soggy along with the chips. Then had the melting chocolate pudding which was over cooked as was the garlic bread. You know even the staff know it’s bad when they fail to ask you how the food is. The cocktail was nice at least.

An absolute delight staying here. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious for me and my family, the private pool was lovely to be able to jump in and out as we please. The food was lovely and the spa also beautiful. While this place is more expensive that other places in Vietnam, the remote setting was a peaceful and relaxing way to end our holiday

夫婦で宿泊しました。ホーチミン市内からスピードボートで30分弱。当日は天候に恵まれ、快適な移動となりましたが、雨だったらと思うと少し不安になりました。 チェックイン14時で、ボートの到着が12時30分。ホテル周辺には時間を潰せそうなところはないので、ホテル内で過ごすしかありません。みなさんプールに入ったり、遅めの昼食をとったりしていました。 チェックインとなり、担当の方がヴィラまで案内してくださいました。口頭で簡単な何かあった際にはzaloで質問してねとのことでした。zaloの返信はスムーズでしたが、室内に案内文書はなく、テレビのホテルチャンネルも情報不足を感じました。 …と前半は気になる点をたくさん書きましたが、お部屋はとても素敵でした。今回は妻の誕生日当日の宿泊だったのですが、テト中にも関わらず、最大限の対応をしてくださいました。 夕食、朝食といただいたのですが、あまりに美味しくて、チェックアウト後の昼食もいただいてしまいました。ベトナム料理も、エッグベネディクトもとてもおいしかったです。 個人的には２泊くらいがちょうどいいかなと思いました。

We absolutely loved our stay at An Lam. Their attention to detail is second to none and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious, particularly the buffet breakfast which has cook to order options as well as the buffet. Their drinks lounge has a wonderful view over the river and many options. A special shout out to Tan for his amazing service!

As our primary stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this place has one negative: it is quite pricey. But in our opinion it earns it. The resort is located on the Saigon river and offers a relaxing and calming stay. The food options are great and they have a cute little bakery. Ofcourse, the highlight is the beautiful setting, it looks like a treehouse in all aspects and the aesthetic is very well maintained. The swimming pool surrounded by greenery is always a great experience , feeling like a pond in a jungle. The complimentary boat ride of the saigon river is also a lot of fun and shows you the city vibe very well. Overall its an easy recommend, but it is certainly going to cost a pretty penny.
